BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THE APP! They will double charge you. This happened to me multiple times this month. Last time, the front desk canceled my booking when I arrived due to a "problem" with the booking. Customer service has been a nightmare and refuses to refund because it was past the cancelation time, even though it was Motel 6 that created the problem and Motel 6 that canceled the booking. Front Desk at the hotel can't even see the charge made by the app. Complete scam.

So the location I went to would not honor my reservation at all and I was told I had to pay a daily rate when I scheduled a reservation. They put me in a room where someone was selling out of from the people coming all hours and I had no other place I could go since I thought my reservation was going to be honored when the location is literally on the app I showed the employee and he said straight to my face we don't do that. Not ever using or recommending this place. 👎🏽

This app literally falsely advertises discounts. You're literally paying full price for the room. They really need to stop saying you're getting a discount

Impressed with the welcoming reception by the staff member on duty. Then SUPRISED by the cleanliness of the room! It even smells clean! I cant find ANYTHING to clean!! Thats a 1st!! Even passed the black light test..( yes Im super picky) nothing to do but relax on the nice firm bed with fresh clean sheets, and watch TV. I can leave my travel blankets in the car!! Im very comfortable. Give the staff a raise!!

I love this place & so do my dogs. It's spotless, a very nice room with lots of counterspace, a desk, bathtub & lots of outlets & USB ports! & the staff is so friendly & helpful. Their special doggy spot is also the best I've seen & very clean with little trees & bags/trash can. It's our favorite place to come back to & lots of shopping, transit & food nearby.

for what ever reason, whenever I'm out of town without a room reservation inevitably coincides at when all the rooms in the area are booked, with one exception. Motel-6. Sure, they might not be to a certain standard as some other places, or necessarily located in ideal location. But when you're tired of driving around looking for a room that doesn't exist, and you just want to kick off your shoes and flip on the telly, its comforting to find a clean room a Motel-6.

The staff have all been very kind and friendly. Moved some things around to get a bottom floor/ handicap accessible room ready for me, and even allowed me to check in a few hours earlier than normal check in time because I had been stuck waiting in my car with 2 pets. The building itself isn't updated or fancy, but that is reflected in the lower than avg cost. Personally I prefer the cheaper price and friendly staff. Oh and the free WiFi actually works well, has a strong consistent signal.

They have the best prices and convenient payment options, like the book and pay when you check in.

Great Easy and Fast ! Had No Trouble Booking with Motel 6 After my reservations with Another Motel Fell Through.

I haven't stayed at any yet it's out of the area I need to be in but not to far were my travel and use sometime because I love the fact that they are all about our dogs being aloud there just like us and no extra cost which is so special and helpful. the are good priced and looks like a clean place nothing special but does the job and helpful money wise. ❌ what I didn't like while decided to go there was the pictures of rooms were all same and only two .

Excellent choice The room was clean, like the hard wood floors, quiet, near everything you need or want within walking distance and fast access to be on your way north south east or west. The best was the staff. Super friendly and quick check in if you like or lovely conversation too. The price is excellent!!! Just all around a good place to stay. The landscape seems to be a work in progress so don't let that deter you because you will be paying a lot more for a lot less.

I just downloaded the app and never really looked at it but I feel that it allows me to see travel a little more comfortable than looking at ways to find places to book or rent. I like that it gives the cities to look at right when you open the app that makes it inviting to see where to book. I want to give it a try.

Im an over the road truck driver traveling with pups and Motel 6 has always been great to me and my babies. They have also been the most affordable. I havent had a bad experience going with them anytime im over the road at all. I get a room once or twice a week so thats big because i go to a Motel 6 in every state and in a lot of different cities. Will continue to do business with them as long as im a truck driver. And even when im not :)

User friendly, easy to reserve a room as it shows the rooms and what's all included. Shows things to do around the city your in. Easy to cancel the reservation as well. They sent me a reminder when it was close to the deadline

It was good! a really cheap place to stay, with free wifi and tv! when I come back to visit family, I already know I'm going to stay here again. The front desk workers were always nice whenever I talked to them, and they helped me on every single question I had with a straight answer!

Good no frills clean studios that are safe and in good areas most of the time and open to swing lifestyle and small gatherings of the manna.

Absolutely best booking experience I think ever. Easy to navigate, understand and use. All the info is provided and no hang ups or glitches. Motel6 and Studio9 again excellent app. Facts 5star. Thanks for the better than p****L*** or Ho***s dot com. BB letter prices too. thank you

I like the app, but it REALLY NEEDS the option for multiple rooms. I had to book my trip through a different site bc I could not book 2 separate rooms. Yes, I can make 2 separate reservations but I checked and it costs more when doing that. Please bring in the option for multiple rooms.

I would not even give this motel and one star. it is a totally horrible to stay there there's really no room service no sheets for 2 weeks we got sheets once the whole time we were there and tells every few days there's no room service it's cold in there to heat the heater makes noise they're very rude our car was damaged by their maintenance crew. they did nothing about it. it's the charged us way more and then what did the deal was. you will be 🧹 🥶 unhappy 😭 😡💢
