Worst app/service ever. Every month when I try to pay the bill the app is not working, and when it works I can't make payments due to unknown errors. Same thing on the webapp, can't even log in. Frustrating to use, can never find what you need. This has been happening for over 6 months so it's not recent. Invest in development or infrastructure because this is lame. You have to phisically go to a store to pay, not to mention cloaing an account with Telekom, it defeats the purpose of a mobile app

Does not log in so I cannot pay the bill, once a month a stupid update comes that logs you out and the app does not log in. Last time I tried to log in every day for a week. I don't receive the confirmation code. Why do you insist with stupid updates? Just for a new skin for the app? I wonder who says: great looking app, it doesn't matter that is useless, It look's great! I will just look at it! Just for this little problem I'm thinking of moving to another provider.

Keeps logging me out every now and then, I am not able to change my contract options although I have the right to, as it is written on my contract, or at least as they advertise it. Update: it logs me out every time, not every now and then. Signing in and password retrieval are horrible UX. Same login details were good for logging me on the other app, Telekom Fix, ffs! Most of the app is an unprofessional and rough webview of what seems to be a redirect to the generic website.

The worst of the worst.. they asked for a cellphone number/account..as I don't have a cellphone in Romania, I entered an account..of course, they won't let you create an user.. uninstalled, useless!! Finally, it worked for awhile but, as with the most Romanian apps, they damaged it.. it behaves stupidly, cannot see the invoice and the app continuously asks to choose e-bill.. but that's bc they want you to pay extra for the paper bill. I will cancel everything with them, not a good business!!

I have to try to remember once a month what the password was because they keep making me log in every time I open the app instead of just keeping me logged in. It keeps sending you to outside pages that don't work instead of having all the info needed inside the app. It's an annoying app to know you have to use.

Worst experience ever. I never rate apps on playstore but I hate this app so much that I'm actually rating it. I don't have too much space on my phone and Telekom is not allowing me to enter my profile in the browser version of their site, forcing me to downloas this horrible app. Besides not actually having anything special on it, it is a very basic app that takes up a huge amount of space that you can use only for paying your bill. You don't even have a detailed bill or anything else. Awfull

Worst app ever. I cannot login, it says 'oops there is an error'. If i try to login from the website it says i dont have an account, if i want to create a new one an error occurs. Neither the app, neither my account on browser are working. This is stupid and frustrating. The invoice arrives super later via post. What shall i do in this situation?!

All your links are doing the same thing. Not practical at all especially if you want to pay the bill. Not all cards accepted for payment. Wasting your time each time yoy actually want to pay. Plus, if you abroad.... It's even worse... Won't recognise you when logging in or declining payments. If I could give you half a star, that is what I believe this app deserve.

The new updates are more confusing than helpful. I am trying to pay my bill and it asks me to log in, while being logged in. Also, there's no summary for my past payments, let alone the fact that it doesn't show my current unpaid bill. I also loged in through the browser, I get the same thing+ a lot of advertising. I called for support and solved nothing. I might just not know how to use such complex technology. Could you please dummy it down for the masses? Thank you

Full of bugs, even in payment area, and the AI is just a delight. The bug was that sometimes it other prices appear than what it should. I had a moment when I paid my bill and then I had to pay it again because the app showed it as unpaid. To call the customer service is exactly like being boiled slowly. Can you add an option to contact directly the customer service without giving me all this useless info? PLEASE!

Each time I try to add credit to my account, it redirects me to the bank app to accept the payment, and when I do, it won't redirect me back to the Telekom app, instead the app just crashes. I tried 3 times today and a few more last month until I finally gave up and had to add the credit using the browser.

Worst billing app I ever used. Now it doesn't even work anymore. Can't log in. Gets stucl on "sending authentification code" which never arrives. Before that, it sent the code and "encountered an error" and couldn't log in. But of course, if I'm late with my bill, it's my fault, right? Will uninstall ASAP and switch mobile operators. Telekom is going down the drain.

Worst experience with an app I had in a long while. Incredible slow and bugged. Had to insert my details for an online payment 6 Times until it worked every time deleting all the data I was inserting. In an email row it automatically writes with a big letter and places a space after a dot also it autofills my name. And errors at the end of the payment telling they really wanted to take my money but they got an error.

It used to work but it doesn't keep a session for more than 3 days or so. Now I see a warning that the current app is only for mobile users, I have to download Telekom Fix which I cannot find in Play. Reset password does not send a reset link at all. I tagged as junk an uninstalled. Sorry guys, you should have better devs with all the money that you are cashing in nationwide.

Too many crash errors and once you switch to another app and then return to it I have to close the app and open it again in order to be able to log back in. Tried on different devices and internet conections abd the iasues are the same. Might just be the intention of keeping it safe however, it slows down the process of doing anything.

Awfull app. It says it accepts visa card for payment when you go and press continue it says card not supported. Same card used on older app to pay bills and was accepted. Last month made payment for bills got confirmation but the bill resulted as not paid. Costumer care services are horrible at Telekom, waiting time an eternity, problem solvers almost equals to zero.....

2 years after my previous review i reinstalled app. Every time i open it it requires to accept TOS. Also i get spam calls from them with all kind of offers even i told them im not interested. Each call i get i tell them from start that i don't need any offer but they keep insisting telling me whats new. So i reported their number and gonna do this each time they change their number. Avoid this carrier at all cost!

Only using it to pay the invoice. It would be nice to have an option to log in automatically if connected to registered wifi, similar to how Vodafone logs you in automatically if you're using data instead of wireless. The fact that it remembers the card details is a big plus for convenience.

No more access to my account since the latest update, which incidentally hadn't been accessible for weeks anyway. Seems to refer me to another app now "Telekom Fix", which cannot be found in the play store. Good communication on Telekom's part, as per usual.

I downloaded the app, I had to login several times because it was logging me out. Account information was loading very slow. I didn't receive any confirmation message when paying the bill, I had to check my balance to confirm it was payed.
