I would like to understand why the data is not syncing on a daily basis. Is the system designed to function this way? I have been using the device for the past five days; however, data is available only for the first two days. I have attempted to adjust the settings in the app, but the issue persists. Given that the device is equipped with a 4G modem, the primary purpose is real-time or timely data access. It defeats the purpose of both the app and the device modem features.
the app can't sync with resMed Air sense 10, no data is available in the app. Is it due to app only allow 2G/3G which is outdated?
tried as u mentioned by changing the email ID and still nothing happened. I selected country and follow all steps and enter serial number and machine number it said verified and entered name email and all those and when I click confirm next page is not loading for me to create a account
Not compatible with resmed v11. Unable to connect, even if I change country location.
I've not got a humidifier that I initially promised to provide after the machine but no one bothers.... I called them but no response
After update, the device lost all my previous data. After logging in, I cannot view history - it crashes. My account profile details are blank and I cannot update anything. It is like an empty shell. The only thing that works is it accepts my login and password. I suspect it has something to do with region/country. On the website, my records are shown as US (because Malaysia and many countries are not listed). In the app, there's no US, and selecting any other Asian country must've confused it

Really great app which helps our patients take control of their CPAP therapy progress whilst we support them remotely. First time users might get worried over the error message received during software updates, but everything is back to normal in a day or two. The doctors have access to more detailed data, so this is really just for the patients. The only times when I heard complaints that the app is not syncing is when patients buy illegal imports to save $, not knowing that they cannot sync.
Amazing how a machine that costs over a thousand dollars comes with an app that can’t even figure out if I have internet— even with perfect Wi-Fi and 5G. When it does load (rarely), the data is vague and unhelpful. Nothing is user-friendly or insightful. Feels like no one at ResMed tested this with real users. For a health-focused product, this app is a joke. Needs a total redesign. Extremely disappointed.
I donot find the software been designed by any professional. The data from the Machine is not easily sinked to the mobile. The data is not enough to draw inferance as it does not give the graph plotted of AH! vs Air pressure. Overall the instrument is good in functioning but week on reports. I am not at all satisfied on the same.
After setting up eqpt data in this app, it forgot the next day and asked for the data again. After 2 days, it still can't download sleep data from the machine. This unreliable app is telling me not to buy the Airsense 10. Comparatively, the Philips DreamMap is way better.
integration with Health Connect to get sleep stage data does not work.
Not enough details. No data on sleep and wake up times. Events is per hour. I want it to be AHI score. No data on mean pressure during the night. The data on dream mapper app is much more useful. I find this app to be not very useful.
No pressure related data, sleep or wake time. Very basic, should include more data in the App report. The daily synchronization is very much delayed ... It is updated only after 4-5 hours. Company should try to improve.
After App installation on first week of this October , data was uploaded only for two days. Subsequently no data is being uploaded and I am not able to follow the sleep progress. Hence this app is of no use to me. It is now rectified. Thanks.
Some more essential parameters of sleep could be added in the app like average pressure being used, total apnea,hypopnea and obstructive apnea episodes and data transfer timing could be reduced from one hour.otherwise app looks good,runs smoothly.Thanks.
Worst app.Most of time it misses to upload data.
Not working properly. Not updating my data. In the morning, after waking up I'm keeping the device on for more than 3 hours. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times but no use. Today is 9th December 2023...the daily sleep data updated upto 3rd only.
The application is very helpful. But I feel the number of events should be given more weightage in the score. Reducing events is the purpose after all.
Using the app was a revelation. Very easy to use, it anticipates the key questions and anxieties in your mind and addresses them right away.
It was good earlier.. but.. not syncronizing the data for the last many days. If I uninstall and again install, will my old data get lost. How to set it right, without loising old records.
