The sleep stages used to work with my Pixel 9 Pro XL and Pixel Watch 3 for 10 months without issue. all of a sudden it stopped working a week ago. Support team says only Apply watched and Samsung watches are compatible. Very weird. Other than these arbitrary scores the app provides it's not very useful.
I like this app and found an issue with syncing and discover it was probably related to the time of the software upgrade. My ask is if there is another update to the app can you add the pressure as one of the stats? I see it on the device's screen but its not found in the App or Webbrowser. If its too much work, the app/report can show an average pressure. I feel its useful information. Thanks
It hasn't synced with my CPAP machine in a few weeks now. It's done this before. But today it just stopped working. No display at all, just an error window pop up. I'm done with this app. Ive downloaded Oscar and I can see my nightly results directly on the machine so no need for the inconsistency with this app anymore.
I like the app but sometimes it disconnects from the Bluetooth and may give inaccurate sleep data sometimes. I find that restarting the app helps but it's a bit annoying. otherwise it is a great app overall.
Have to keep logging back in. Every time the app updates it logs you out. I don't think the hackers care about our sleep data, please just keep us logged in edit: not only do you have to constantly log back in but your password has to be over 10 characters a number and symbol so there's no chance of remembering it and have to do a password reset every time to come up with some other weird password that satisfies the security requirements, at that point just email us a number ever 2 weeks
If you work late and sleep past the reset time it penalizes your score. Not fair when some of us dont control the hours we sleep. Having it reset at 11am does some of us no good! Not fair! I wont use this terrible app. I even emailed customer service about it and was spoken to so rudely that I wish I could post the reply. Dilah was her name. Terrible app. Terrible service.
It's clear that ResMed's design mandate here was: "Make this app look like a reject from a 1983 arcade, but less functional." The UI, appears to have been crafted by a committee of six-year-olds and the data? Well, who needs "worthwhile data" when you can get a single, deeply profound score out of 100? It's the digital equivalent of a fortune cookie: utterly meaningless, yet delivered with an air of immense importance. Bottom line? A totally useless app.
App is good for what it is meant to do. The issue is, the integration with Health Connect, in the "Sleep Stages" section. While my Health Ring and Smart watch actually shows the entire Sleep stages and sends it over to Health Connect app. To prove that point, I checked the Health connect app, and everything is recorded as shown in the other accessories. MyAir app doesn't receive sufficient information from Health Connect as it should. All the Syndication permissions are allowed and connected.
is the app down again? I haven't had data from my cpap to the myair app. I have Bluetooth connection but no cellular data on machine. I tried everything. is the app down? Is the app fixed yet? An update would be nice!! I'm still not getting data downloaded to my app!! Very frustrating. June 9, 2023. My app still not working.
Basic recording of CPAP data extracted from compatible ResMed devices. I would give it five stars if the Android version could share data with Google Health or Samsung Health. But it does not. So, it is a standalone way of tracking success with ResMed CPAP or APAP equipment and recording a history of results to use with your health professional.
I have had NO difficulty adapting to my machine (soundless, air flow j6st like breathing, mask comfortable but needs adjustment as the strap loosens). I find the MyAir very helpful and encouraging. Let's me know if the mask needs adjustment and, best of all let's me see the drastically reduced 'incidents' each hour: dropping from 54/hr to average 1/h r is hugely motivating. Thank you!
The only thing it doesn't do is provide the in-depth data that you can view from the SD card.
myAir for Canada app had worked flawlessly for 3 years for my airsense11 cpap machine until the company updated this app in March 2025. Since the update the app stopped receiving data from each night's cpap use. I tried everything that I could think of to remedy the problem, following their instructions, and contacted the help line through their phone, and email, with no fix to my problem. Does anyone have a useful suggestion to solve my problem, other than "reboot" or "delete and reinstall" ?
After reading the reviews, I reluctantly downloaded the app. Now trying to connect with Bluetooth. Got a 4 digit code on the machine. I selected the device under Bluetooth- get message "Must have app". Yes well I am logged into the app. Where do I enter this code in the app? The manual says "Log into the app and tap Continue". There is no Continue prompt or menu item. I'm already super annoyed. No place to send a free text question to support. This device was expensive. I expect much better.
I like the app and it gives great info on the sleep data, but it would be helpful to have a section where we could put a note in, such as "I missed a night because I ran out of distilled water", or "I took the mask off early because it irritated my nose." Something so we know why our data was off besides what the machine reports. Kind of like a journal for that night. Otherwise it's a great app!
This app takes hours to update with your score. I was told "within an hour" of waking. Well it doesn't. It takes about 6 to 7 hours, or not at all. I am well into my day by then, and won't even look at the score. I am deleting this app. It is useless. Edit: My score came in much more quickly this morning, but it says that I only used the machine for 1 minute last night when I used it the entire night. Also, I keep losing points for usage under 7 hours. I have only ever slept 6 hrs a night
The app is ok for the machine set up. After that I have used the machine for two weeks, and I have got maybe 2 days of data to come from the machine into the app. I am VERY disappointed. I paid extra for this and it does zilch. There seems to be absolutely 0 support, as the app allows only their preset choices for questions, which is really no different from FAQ. This feature of resmed machines looks to me like a giant rip off. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.
The app works ok, but your machine connectivity is absolutely atrocious and I've had nothing but problems since getting an air sense 11, with data constantly missing for weeks and months at a time. Please explain to me how I'm supposed to use a medical device for breathing if I can't even see the data 90% of the time? None of your troubleshooting works and your support is absolutely useless.
First 20 minutes, and this app won't even call up the phone's Bluetooth app to pair up. I even tried just doing the connection without the app myself, and it would work, but the machine asks for the code from the app, which I cannot do, because the app doesn't "see" the machine. And loops back to the 'Step 1: Place the device on the flat surface' bit. No, there's no conflicts with other devices. And the phone was just bought brand new last weekend; hasn't had enough time to be a problem either.
FIX THIS PLZ!! I've had this for a few months now, and very unsatisfied. Last night, I slept for 10 hours. The machine was on when I fell asleep and was still running when I woke up. I checked the app and it says only one hour. This has happened many times before too. I don't care about the smiley faces and encouragement. I want the facts. Nothing else. Also, it never includes my REM sleep, etc. which is information that I would appreciate having. Please, cut with the cute and give me my stats!
