Annoying. Can't paste verification code, which is ridiculous. Excessive notifications and way too many settings (40 for email, other methods in 30s) to sift through to turn off only the annoying ones, so I turned everything off. Online check-in procedure takes too long and includes irrelevant data-harvesting (e.g., re: income). I'd delete it entirely if it weren't for lab result access (which isn't stellar, but is reasonably useful).

Overall, the app has gotten better over time. Things seem more cohesive and less buggy. However – the two-factor authorization for text is impossibly slow. I receive the texts -after- the code expires! For example, I received a code at 10:25am that expired at 10:18! This happened 3 times this morning. Don't prompt me to verify my phone number if the only option is literally impossible! Good thing there's an email option for logging in.

What is the point in going paperless if I can't see my bills on here. All I see are the two bills I paid LAST year. I have NEVER been able to see my bills on there, but yet they have no problem sending me to collections. Then when I ask about it through the app, I get the same response, call the billing center so they can help you pay your bills! Who has time to sit on the phone to go through my bills when I should be able to see them on the app that continues say, see your bills, make payments!

There is no way to send the doctor a message like with other my chart apps such as Cone Health's. You can message the Dr and PA themselves and not have to depend on other people looking it up and telling you when you should hear from the Dr or PA or nurse.

We literally missed a virtual appointment today because we couldn’t get past the sign up process for my son who is now 18. The Google disclosure screen has no buttons, no links, no way to continue, so you’re completely stuck. When you input your contact information, it claims your data is wrong but doesn’t tell you what to fix. There’s no Help section, no support, and their phone lines are busy helping everyone else that can't log in. Worst app ever!

Text continually switches to Spanish plus the pages shrink to a point you can't even read the print without enlarging it manually, spreading it with your fingers. please correct this. It's so irritating. I received a text from Atrium in Spanish and I don't even know how to translate it. I don't even see an arrow or a way send this text.

very nice staff. Dr. Jason was very helpful at exspllsing what procidure he would be doing to my right knee. I sustained in a fall on the ice. and hurt my right knee. its very painful

I changed phones and now I can not access my account. Ap just takes me back to the password access but won't let me recover or set a new password. now I'm logged out for too many attempts! I just can't remember my password... very very frustrating! no way to access help either on this ap. poor customer service. now what do I do??????

The old app worked way better than whatever the heck this is. If the content ever loads, it takes 3-4 times as long, and there isn't a way to escape / back button out of many records so I have to force close the app. This is not an upgrade, y'all.

Clunky interface. Majority of the time, when you click on something, you get an hour glass and then a message saying an error occurred or their servers are busy. Not enjoyable to use. I'm a young person, I cannot imagine my mother or grandmother attempting to use this app. Log-in is always a hassle. Requests to send temporary code to email or text to phone are , you have to wait and they sometimes are never received.

I barely use it. But when I do, there is problems. 1) you can't access most of your personal info. Ex: medications. 2) you can't look at your health messages from your providers twice, or at all. 3) you can't schedule appointments through the app even though on telephone, they say other wise. There's more to the list, but I think these will be the main problems until further more. App could've been great and easy to use with these difficulties.

Transition period or not, app interface is terrible. Listen to your reviews and speed up the process. If it weren't for the fact people's information is effectively split between two applications, one embedded in the other, it'd be okay. This transition period has been in place for awhile, it's not a permanent excuse for shoddy development.

Completely confusing. Not all of my doctors are listed on the "send messages". Go to blue. You're on green. Have your portal people take a look at the UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center) portal for how easy it is to use. Keep it simple and easy. Have only one way to access messages, lab results, etc. I dread trying to find anything on this portal.

If only it would work reliably...great concept, but it won't go to any selection I need. I select "medications', it reverts back to main page. If I need to ask simple health question, it reverts back to the main page. To be fair, it could be connection issues when on data, but sometimes it works properly on data & sometimes it doesn't. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.

To early to tell how the whole app performs but right of the bat there's an issue with logging off the app. I use fingerprint to login to app. When I log out, it keeps taking you to the fingerprint login screen. You have to select Cancel, it then gives another prompt saying you didn't scan finger. When I log out, it should just close the app.

Familiarity has & integration of has improved my impression of the APP. Some records still in old system apparently based upon reference to blue. Huge amount of information still required to provide fill all of the data requested. I am 70+ and there is no way for me to remember what year I had every possible medical condition for myself much less members of my family. I remember doing something similar on paper for CMC, but not as extensive.

This app at one time was wonderful. Lately within the last month it dose not allow me to log in. It keeps telling me "Login Unsuccessful please try again shortly ". I had the same problem last month contacted customer service, they helped me fix the problem. It worked one or two times and then the same issue has been back since.

I saw that the app was updated in Dec 2022 for a fix of a fingerprint login bug. We'll, it didn't work. Whenever I logout, the fingerprint screen appears, and I have to press my 'back' button. Then it doesn't show the next time I go to login again. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, to no avail. This is ridiculous. There is also no way to send a message to tech support for help.

Looks really cool with lots of colorful icons, but is a very confusing interface. For instance, I press on "messages" if I want to see or leave a message, but in that section I am told to press elsewhere to see or leave a message. Other features make about as much sense. NOT user friendly, even in 2022.

Easy to send messages to your doctor, make appointments, request prescriptions & also manage your families profiles/ information as well. The reason I rated 3 stars is because health summary does not transfer over completely, leaving health issues outdated. User is unable to directly their health issues into system & can be asked multiple times to complete health issues/ record questionnaire, which frequently does not save or will time out. Very frustrating.
