The app is ok. Being a Purdue student timing is very important when going to and from class. This app has been very finicky these past couple of weeks. I used to absolutely love it, but now it doesn't actually show me the bus location. I have to click on the stop individually to see the times. I've also had many instances recently where it will say the bus is due, and then all of a suddent they aren't coming for another 10 to 15 minutes. Very frustrating especially when I rely on this for class.

Do you like busses showing up 30 seconds after the app says they are 5 minutes away? Or maybe you're more into a bus showing as due and never bothering to show up. This app is inaccurate, slow, a battery hog, and crashes all the time. But you dont have a choice, so good luck!

A decent app, except they've taken away the My Location feature so it doesn't actually just automatically tell you the times of the bus nearest to you, which kind of defeats the point. Instead it just tells me the times of buses in City Center, which I never asked for and don't need. Otherwise a useful app.

There are a lot of nice features on this app but a GLARING issue is the fact it gives arrival times that simply don't exist. No bus arrives and it just moves onto the next time. Extremely annoying when you could've gone to a different stop and actually caught the bus. Overall, it somewhat works, but don't plan around arrival times use the bus gps icons

CityBus website and mobile app give different, sometimes conflicting routes. I am frequently given directions or routes by the app only for there to be a route change or detour that there is no way to tell until you get a notification on the app after the stop is already passed up, which makes it impossible to plan trips. I will never use CityBus services again, and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.

App consistently does not show your actual location. Sometimes it does and sometimes it shows the location from the city bus center (when I am not even there), making it difficult to use. A useful app otherwise. I just wish this issue was fixed because it is hampering the app's effectiveness.

I thought taking the bus would be easy. Thanks to this app I stood in 15 degree weather for half an hour waiting for a bus that never came. I kept trying to use the "plan my trip" feature and it would tell me to take a different bus every time even if I just planned the same trip twice. half the time it told me to just walk the whole way. I ended up getting on random buses until one went past my destination.

Service for 35 Lindberg Express is absolutely abysmal at times. Students rely on this bus to get to campus, and sometimes the buses just simply aren't at stops when they are supposed to be. If there is supposed to be a bus at a stop at a given time, there better be one there. My money indirectly goes to these busses and I'm not satisfied. Also drivers can be very rude, and sometimes they will show up early to a stop, and leave multiple minutes before they were even supposed to be there.

if your ciry uses this app, I'm praying for you. Almost never works, arrival times are usually 20-30 minute off, and when it's not bugging out, the servers are down and the entire product doesn't work. an absolute petulent wreck of an app

"Next times" consistently reports higher than actual numbers. Meaning I leave for the stop when it says 9 minutes, and 3 minutes later I see the bus leaving the stop I'm not quite to yet. Please add some buffer time to these estimates. Underestimation is ALWAYS better than overestimation.

This app is so slow all the time. Edit: how did the app get worse? The relevant busses dont even show up anymore on the main screen. Edit: breaks often. Buses often go missing. Edit 2: the app has gotten more reliable, i feel.

Great for finding bus times, but the map function that tells the location of the buses often gives incorrect locations. This can lead to missing the bus and frustration.

If you want an app that doesnt work 90% of the time, this is the app for you! Its constantly crashing, freezing, and incorrect with time estimates. I really hope they didn't pay money to have this made!

You have an expired ssl cert, so I'm unable to use the app, which makes it hard for anyone to get anywhere. Not just my phone, but my friends as well. I did uninstall, then reinstalled. See if fixes it.

App has removed location based results for bus routes. This was an important functionality as I don't know where are all the bus stand in the city. You're better off using Google maps because it does show which busses you can take which are near your location.

Crashes all the time Edit: I deleted the cache as I have been told to do, and now it freezes all the time. I really don't recommend this app if you can use some other alternative.

I like the app before it showed your location and it doesn't pop up to the right one when you first open the app up. I like this app so I don't have to stand 10 minutes out in the cold in the winter updated again I'm going to have to delete it

Terrible app. It was barely and infrequently useful before, but now they made the genius decision to remove the feature where you can find buses at your location.

Very useful and handy app that's very good for getting around Purdue. Shows bus times and bus stops and will help find routes and similar. I even prefer using this app over Google Maps because this has up to date timing and stop locations.

I don't think drivers have ever rode a bus cause when it says over 10 minutes away it shows up now bus times are ludicrous you call in they say 5 minutes away on the app it says already hit the stop also raising prices when people are struggling right now don't know their riders
