Update 2/10/26: Cant even log in now. I know my username. Even after "successful" pw change, im locked out after 1 attempt. Update 7/3/24: I've changed it from 3 stars to 1. This app is useless. It might even be worse after the update. I can sign in and maybe upload documents but I cant read any messages. Probably just going to uninstall cause it's wasting space on my phone. 12/8/18: Things don't work properly. Nothing saves right. Can't view all documents. Frustrating.

I just LOVE an app that is always broken and now won't even open when we all depend on for basic necessities like food, shelter, and medical care. it's great that the problems are never fixed and it always gets worse, yet the state forces us to use it more and more. happy new year! edit: why are you telling all of us to contact a useless help # when the app is clearly the problem and not us? there are 1 star reviews from people across all devices and carriers.

I've had this app for a really long time, so believe me when I say it's only gotten WORSE after each update! I used to be able to login and have issues uploading documents, but now I not only can't even log in because it says that I have no connection and to try again later, but when I'm able to get to the login page on the website it redirects me to it says my username and password aren't correct. I've had the same username and password for YEARS for it! It hasn't changed!! Overall just useless

Case worker told me to download this since u.s. mail is so awful and unreliable. Said this was the best way to keep track of things, super easy to snap a picture and upload documents, etc. But nothing ever works. I've never received the email code they say they're sending, none of the upload functions work, always says there's connectivity issues. Extremely frustrating. If it would work, it'd be great.

It won't download a letter in my messages. It keeps saying the app is unavailable right now. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same.problem. I called the helpline and it was busy both times. The app and the helpline are supposed to be available 24-7. The glitches are creating a need for a visit to the county office and a time consuming, old-fashioned, in accessible for many, process, defeating the purpose of the technology.

This app ALWAYS has an issue & it's so complicated to locate what you need when the app even decides to work. It could be laid out in a much easier, user friendly way. I'm not sure why it isn't. Example, it's telling me to update the app (I've been trying to access the app for 3 days and it kept saying it was "under maintenance" - which, again, seems to happen quite often and yet nothing is ever fixed) and there's no update available-day 4, I still have NO access but I'll be punished for "late"!

Everything is pretty good about this app except when you're logging into the account. Once you get to step 2 of login, it asks for your birthday. This would be great if you could just input all the numbers of your birthday, but instead a popup calendar comes up and starts at today's current date. So you have to go backwards from 2018 to your year and month of birth. Super annoying, frustrating, and time consuming.

I can't log in even after changing the password multiple times. This app is useless. From my phone or laptop. I think it's been over a year of trying to get the app to work properly. If I did manage to log in, whatever I would enter information wise, never made it to the case worker and caused delays or cancelations. I don't fell that my personal information is very safe with so many issues on the app.

Everything I've read on the reviews is definitely on point. It is impossible to log in , keeps saying I've logged in five times and I need to wait and that's not the truth. When I try and put in my correct username and password it tells me I'm wrong. It's a shame because it would be nice to use an app on the phone but unfortunately it's been a long time this app has been not right. don't understand why they keep saying sorry ,if still having problems contact blah blah,isn't the point not to!!!

Attractive interface, but absolutely zero functionality. Every time I click on a tab - say, to upload documents - I get either an error message or an endless spinning circle. Notifications appear backdated to weeks before they appear and can't be deleted or marked read. I am unable to look up or connect to my case number. And every time you switch to a different window, the app automatically logs you out. I don't know how much the state paid for this, but any amount was too much.

Works pretty well. I just wish when you take a pic to download, it would show what was within the frame and not cut it off. When asked to enter dob, you literally have to flip monthly back to your year through calendars...this needs to be fixed. Would be helpful if you could comment on photos or be able to leave information when submitting documents. Also, would like to be able to email through this app. Otherwise, works nicely.

most functions don't work, can't get messages, can't see status of applications. now I can't even log in, the "secure login page" doesn't even load half the time, and the other half it never loads after inputting log in credentials. at this rate I don't feel like it is secure and Google should investigate whether or not it has become compromised. (there have been numerous reports of people having id theft via this app over the past few months.)

There is no help on updating the app the number wasnt helpful at all. The number just rings and rings and then hangs up on you It gives me the button that says UPDATE NOW so I press it. The screen goes to the Google store and it says open but nothing happens . I'm just in a constant cycle. Why did you mess with the app? It was working just fine on my phone before. Now it's a mess... You need to roll this update back!!

App keeps telling me I need to update to continue. No update available. Called the number & they could not help. Not sure if it's something with Google Play store. had issues previous to this. the app timing out. Not uploading documents. App down for days/weeks at a time. I used to use this app all the time to upload my documents. As that's easier for me having a special needs/disabled child. Now it's completely useless.

Absolutely the stupidest app I have ever dealt with. Definitely NOT user friendly. An issue every time I try to log in. Also logging in isnt enough... you still have to enter other info once you do. If it randomly sends you back to confirm ID page, and it will, says info doesn't match. All I want to do is check my balance but I'm so frustrated with this stupid app I'll never use it again. It's pretty bad when you'd rather call and type in 16 numbers. Piss poor. Fix it.

Ever wanted to see and feel what an app from the earliest days of the internet was like? Look no further! Wonky, frustrating, bad design, cumbersome sign in each time you use it, no real time assistance, no way to verify anything you sent even arrived, in short, this is a typical government use of tax dollars - waste as much as possible for sub-par results. UPDATE: 06/05/24 - Gave it another chance. Locked out after trying to input correct Log In info!?! Wants me to start new account?? BS.

It keeps saying I need to update the app, but there's no way to update it. Was going to give 5 stars. Now bumping it down to 1 star. Please fix this issue. Update: The app supposedly "updated", but since the update, I can no longer log into the app. I enter the username, but sadly I forgot the password. I enter the username THEY say is right, and then come back with "no account exists for that username". When I try calling the number they suggested, always get a busy signal. Great app "update"🙄

Constantly inaccessible because of "maintenance" or "no wifi" (when I've only attempted to login using wifi). There is, what seems to be, a standing error message that their site is down and cannot allow me to enter my email for verification, so that I can receive any notifications. After more than a week, again, of "maintenance" having rendered the app inaccessible, it is now asking me to update the app in order to open it. There ARE NO updates for the app, so now it's inaccessible period.

The app is helpful for the renewal process as far as making it quicker, but not very user friendly. Many times. I have trouble logging on, their app process differs from the actual application so it can be hard to make sure that you have consistent up to date information, and they do not have notifications as far as I know as to status. You just need to keep logging on, it would be nice to at least receive something saying you have an update.

The most recent update has basically made the app useless. I can't even login anymore because as soon as you open it, you are given the error that you aren't connected to a mobile network or wifi (even though I'm connected to both). Before the update it wasn't great either but at least you could login and check your messages or updates. This app is a buggy clunky mess that's frustrating to use no matter what part of it you're attempting to use.
