I've got autopay set up and every month (for over 2 years now with the same card set) it says it couldn't process the payment. I can log into the app and make the payment without issues. When is asks what card to use, I click the one that is set for the autopay and it works fine. Also, the "upgrade" for phone is a joke. I've had service from them for over 5 years now and to get an "upgrade" it costs pretty much the full amount to buy a new phone, but new customers get a free phone that's better.

The app is slow opening and there is always a message that the app is crashing but it still opens. The app freezes when attempting to make a payment. The payment is charged to your account but the transaction is not completed and 30 minutes your account used for payment is credited. This needs to be fixed today, you know what you changed in the last update, reverse it until your software engineers are more capable. No, I don't have time to talk with your engineers, tell them to debug the code.

The app is always down and says to call. 9 times out of 10 I can't use it. I went to pay my last bill and it would not go through even though funds were available. No attempt was even made to my bank. I had to go another route and pay with my Google pay and it finally went through. Chat was no help. I had to figure it out myself after much trial and error. Simple things like viewing your lines or devices are hard to access and are constantly redirected to new products instead. It's been bad.

The app used to work fine, but it's been horrible lately, constantly crashing, not letting me sign in to my account, it keeps saying it's gotta make sure it's me, says it'll send a verification code to my phone number, never does, when I push send again it crashes again and nothing happens still. I've been trying to make my payment for my Cricket service, but I refuse to pay extra just to pay my same monthly bill as always over the phone with a call, or in person by going to a store.

I can't even get the app to load and it's been this way for months. Everyone else's app loads just fine. mine gets stuck on the opening page and I'm lucky if I can even get to the sign in page. Passed that, nothing loads. If I go in store, I'll be charged more. if I call, I'll be charged more. Fix this stupid app please. I can get a deal on service somewhere else without this much dang hassle.

At least for me, upon logging in, it takes quite a while to load, but half the time it's either "temporarily unavailable" or "offline" or some issue or another and the app doesn't run very smoothly. Also, I can't seem to easily find a pdf copy of my bill or somewhere to download it, just a tab that has a list charges and payments.

Why doesn't the auto pay work? I receive the same message EVERY MONTH, saying that my payment was declined. Then I open the app and press the Make Payment button, and it pays immediately 😞. It's either a bad system or an attempt to cheat me out of the auto pay discount. It's very annoying. I've confirmed that everything is set up correctly for automatic billing, but it still doesn't work.

this cell service has went to hell. 90% of the time I cannot log into the app. it's stuck on the green screen. I follow all the steps and still no luck. then I give up and wait a few days usually around payment due "conveniently" I'm able to get into it. Also if you try the web browser it asks you to login only to immediately log you back out. this has happened for several months at minimum. Also I've changed my auto payment to a different account and yet the old keeps getting charged. 🤬

I've called cricket several times now, to correct their error with my automatic payments. every time I call, I get someone that's obviously in a foreign country, that barely speaks English, and I have to go through the process again and again, because they can't fix the issue. I have to enter everything again every month, for them to process the payment. I'm also stuck with cricket apps that I don't use, don't want, but can't uninstall!

For 2 months now I get a blank screen every time I log in. Nothing is loading, so I have to log into the website to pay my bill where google pay is not an option but on the app it is, which is weird and inconvenient for me. It was never a great app to begin with, getting that "services unavailable" error message all the time but now it ceased to work all together. This is worst app on my phone, period and I can't believe a company of your size has such a bad app!

For the most part we've had pretty good service and the same with the customer service when it's been needed and for the most part it's been pretty good and not much problems with the mycricket app but for some reason just now it said that it couldn't process my payment through auto pay and it has my correct information pertaining to my bank account. I also logged out of my account and that has happened a few times when it's been important like this.

Ive been a customer for many years. Great service in the beginning. "Unlimited" was "Unlimited". Now, they charge you for items that should be under the " Unlimited" clause. They slow your service as you approach your payment date. I have 9 days till Im due for payment, and my account has been slow to the point of partial inactivity. This is not new, happens alot. Gonna look for a new carrier.

I can never submit payment online. The app simply states their system is experiencing issues and to try again later. This happens no matter what device, internet connection, or debit card I use. This has been going on for over a year and no one at cricket seems knowledgeable about it, after I have to wait on hold for 20 minutes to submit payment verbally to them for a $5 "convenience fee." Irritating beyond measure. Fix your app and website.

Horrible! It won't allow us to make payment on our accounts and when I try to update the app I still had a problem. It wouldn't let me log in with my current information so I had to set up another account. It let me go through that process only that process only to not let me log in with that very same information. Then when I wanted to go through the automated system because I can't obviously go through my app app, you guys are charging $4. 00

I had to call your customer service line a couple weeks back to get my payment info changed. They claimed they changed it. Well that was a lie as I had to pay non auto pay (more than normal) because you guys keep messing up my information. NOT ok! How hard is it to delete one piece of information and add another. It kept trying to charge to an account that didn't exist anymore.

Rarely works. I have to go in to the store every other month or so to fix a simple problem. The app just doesn't connect to the server most of the time, despite being on fast Wi-Fi. Payments fail because, "ypu need to update your app to the most recent version." It's already updated. "You must make a payment to get your count out of suspension." "Payment due is $0.00" Cricket service is decent. Customer service is trash.

I used cricket for years but it's gone downhill. It's very annoying to run out of data when traveling and be reduced to slower speeds or have to pay more, when other networks will just let you have unlimited data for the same price. Then, when they sent me a survey, it said they already had enough responses from my "demographic", and I did not even get to fill out the survey, so they clearly are not interested in the opinions of their customers. The app rarely worked, had to use browser.

This app is always down and usually right around the time I'm due to pay my bill, which they charge extra for paying any other way. Not to mention they don't allow postponed payments. Only a split pay over 7 days time, which sucks when you get paid every 2 weeks. I've had to reset my password numerous times. I've also noticed my phone's connection is getting slower and slower. Overall, Cricket seems to be going downhill in all aspects.

Well, it would be nice to see the total amount you owe when the service is suspended because "Oops, something went wrong." and it won't accept your payment in the first place. Even getting an updated phone with the updated app still presents this issue. No, I don't use Twitter or Facebook anymore, so reaching out to those platforms won't work for me.

The app is always saying it aint working. Tells you to call customer care, but they are incapable of helping. Also, dont get the international calling feature, it does not work. Also, i am convinced at this point that the app refuses my correct username and password. I do not know how many passwords i have made, just so i can access this stupid app a couple times a month.
