MyDigi Mobile App

I don't know why but for the past couple of weeks the data was soooo slow. consistently high ping when playing online game, downloading stuff take a long time and even watching video I have to lower down the resolution just to watch it. what the hell is wrong with digi nowdays?

At some point, ive use to it. Topup, billing, internet. But its getting slower, not like the old days. I can't get contact to the support help center using this app. Too complicated and slow.

That's it. I'm porting out of celcomdigi after the 31st when this app can't be used anymore. I'm not gonna register again and freely give my info just to sign into the new app. Used digi for many many years but I guess it's time to move on. All the best!

i like the previous app more than the new one , the previous one is more easy for me to renew my subscription than the new one , I DON'T EVEN KNOW THE BUTTON THE BUY IT , END UP IM GOING BACK TO THE PREVIOUS APP TO RELOAD, pls don't discontinue the previous app its really helping me and i guess helping other too since ive read the review , we all love and miss the previous app , pls read this MyDigi i don't want you to discontinue the previous app, or make the new one a user friendly.

why did you have to combine with celcom? I loved using digi because there is line everywhere and fast, but even since you combined with that c line, my data went on and off, became slow af and went to normal back and forth. even watching TikTok, the popped up kept showing up, "back online", every 5 damn minutes.

I really love to use this app. Much better, simpler, very user friendly than the new, really complicated celcomdigi app. Why do we need to install the new celcomdigi app? Please do not discontinued this mydigi app.

The Digi app really helps me to manage my mobile plan easily. Checking data usage is simple unlike before have to dial certain number or go to the website. Payments are quick which is very convenient.

your money expires in this app and you must top up minimum 5 ringgit and it's designed so your digi wallet have excess amount always, disgusting design. wonderful design to maximise profits. do not recommend.

Why Mydigi apps force me to download Celcomdigi, even that line too much slowly?? And when I go back to Mydigi apps again, immediately changing items. No more subscribe data for "Unlimited" in one day 👀

good apps, bad connection since the "merge for betterment"... full bar but no internet connection. in city..CITY! still have a lot of data left. where's the I will follow you wherever you go.. ahhh

I am going to miss this MyDigi apps. Everything is easy. Compared to the new CelcomDigi apps, troublesome and hard to make verification. Retain MyDigi apps...!!!

please don't discontinued the mydigi app. celcomdigi app is too complex with the UI and this mydigi app is the only simple and easy to use that doesn't require waiting time

After merged with celcom, the service becomes worse. The work flow for the port out is very bad. In the 1st place why do DiGi want to merge with celcom (network weak and customer service is out).

Coverage sucked caused by either signal towers congested due to lack of upgrade or reliant on third party towers that throttled its performance. Regardless, it detrimentally affected my connectivity.

This app is much much more user friendly than the new celcom digi app. The new app expect us to speed read like Flash, being the scroll animation going a bulley train speed.

badly designed app. laggy. The last app by digi was light, responsive and easy to navigate by comparison. ps: app compared using IP17, IP11, Xiaomi 11.

Please do not discontinue this app, there's no Box of Surprise in the new app. This is not the best app but it's definitely better(by a LOT) compared to the new one.

Please keep this app, don't remove it don't terminate it.. this app is better and more user friendly than the new celcomdigi app. We all love MyDigi please keep it updated
