Really insightful but the results took significantly longer than expected. The app is slow to load and some features (like fitness planning) seem to be missing. I was mostly interested in the personalized meal planning but that was also a let down. The menu is clunky and the meal options too fancy are impractical for everyday life. I recently took a staycation and it was still an impractical amount of cooking/prep work.

Pretty useless app. You should be able to download an extract of your results without needing the app. Customer service was pretty poor and I unsubscribed. However I have to keep the app because you can't get the results anywhere else.

Since there is no website portal, all information depends on this app for delivery. The videos do not stream properly and throw errors in Android. There is no way to print or export the insights, plans, or even the shopping list for later reading or shopping. There needs to be a way to process the meal plan selection based on the results of 2 or more individuals. A meal for one person might not be healthy for the rest of the family based on their DNA results. I will update if improvements come.

The resu8lts are amazing but wothout having the ability to print out or share the results it is very limited to use when getting thrid party advice or to incorporate into a complete health system inc bloods etc. I would expect with so much scientific experience this would have been logical.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been waiting since March for myDNA Insights results and have nothing. The only contacts I've had with the company are what I initiate. The app is nothing special for recording entries, no better than any of the FREE services. Even worse, the videos are not as good as what's FREE on Y0uTube. Save your time and energy, try something else.

This app crashes so much, I can't even use it. If I'd known I'd have this much trouble, I'd have used Ancestry and linked it to LoseIt. At least that app doesn't glitch me out every time I open it.

Terrible, been waiting longer than they say. Sent sample off almost a month ago and heard nothing except for the terrible fill in videos that most of us already know about or could find elsewhere.

I had an issue downloading the premium plan on this app after my trial ended. I'm not sure if it only affects Canadian subscribers, but it's disappointing.

This is appalling! I couldn't even get an verifying code! I purchased 4 items for myself and daughters and friend as birthday gift. It's a gimmick

App doesn't open. Have uni stalled and reinstalled at various points over the months to no avail.

Not working for me on Samsung A31 phone, keeps crashing, have tried uninstall and reinstall but still crashes. Working fine for my husband on an identical phone....

Everytime I'm trying to delete my account, my phone freezes completely. Have you done it on porpose to prevent me deleting data about me?

Poor user experience. We are living 2023 and this does not work like "plug and play" :D

This was supposed to unlock DNA information from a genealogy site. It didn't.
