it does not open at all in android 16 and keeps trying to load the start page. please, try to fix it since it provides important info for the services that were performed and the upcoming ones. the smartphone brand is pixel.

Every time I click on my bike in my garage within the app, it crashes. How am I supposed to verify ownership when I can't even get the app to stay open.

Cannot use because the MyDucati website will not accept any passwords nor does it indicate what the password rules are. Poor usability. Update: Got the password to be accepted by clicking Terms of service and there was a password change field there for some reason and it worked. Now that I have access to the app I find it disappointing. Zero value add. I read that I was supposed to have access to my owners manual. I did not find that. Mostly this is just trying to collect personal information

Bug fixes are not fixed, app wont sign in new member , hope the new multistada v2 is more reliable than this app i paid 135 buck for .

Was useful for access to handbook and service records. However this update has dumped service history and service due information..... Of little use now. Even worse you need to enter credentials every time you access app. Very poor. Updated now and maintenance issue sorted. Still need to sign in each time though! Not great.

I had to uninstall. After spending $$ on a bike and not providing service manual, I'm not liking getting unsolicited ads from this app & finding no way to turn them off. I'm losing my desire to buy more bikes from Ducati to be honest. I buy a new bike each 1 to 2 years & I reckon that's just not enough for some companies to act respectful and with ethics.

As of today, cannot upload a picture of my bike or a profile picture even with camera permissions enabled. The configurator runs a bit slow. Would be nice to be able to have a parts/upgrades wishlist for bikes in the Garage so I can queue them up for ordering. Running on a Pixel 7 pro.

It is an almost completely worthless app. Almost as bad as the bikes themselves. Mine was set up wrong from the dealer, has been having electrical issues half the time I've owned it, and been to the shop twice with no luck on fixing it. I was contacted by Ducati North America regarding it and they were even less help. Short version is don't buy their bikes and don't bother with this app.

Love this app but i had 3 software updates that needed to be performed and they did not show up on my garage.i had a warning ⚠️ light and that's when the dealer said it needed the update,i have had no problems after that, and if you own a 2019 Ducati Pentigale V-4 then you will love the new software update, it makes the dash light up and flash yellow and red when you hit 8k rpm. I love it.

had to send them loads of my private details. My driving licence, my vehicle log book. my membership was revoked. I complained, said they had made a mistake and all was up and running now. however, it doesn't work now and it won't let me log in anymore. not happy someone has my details.

Thought it would be useful but not really. It does flag when there's a recall on my multi. I had it taken care of months ago but still flagged as a recall. Local Ducati shop says it shows it taken care of in there system. App doesn't really link or show anything of interest for the local club. Can't sort the events by anything that's close to you. Have to go in and individually get rid of notifications instead of select all. Just a suggestion... Have a Ducati owner/user make the actual app.

App will not recognize that my profile is complete. I have entered something in every field just to be sure but no matter how many times I refresh or log out then back into the app, it just won't update... Disappointing.

I cannot complete my profile 100% because I cannot add a photo to my profile. It doesn't let my neither to take a photo (although the app has permission to access camera), not to add one from my galley (the app has permission to access storage). The same issue for the bike photo (garage section)

Impossible app. I signed up in English with an UK address but when I use the app it is all in Dutch... I tried three times with different apk versions but all defaulted to Dutch. I decided just to uninstall and not bother again.

Cannot even login as the Ducati app will not even let me set my password. Not surprised, after the terrible customer service I received at the Richmond, BC, Canada dealership. The Ducati brand has definitely left a negative impact. ‐------------------------------------- I'm pleased that Ducati read my review above and they were in contact with me to correct the issue. It took a few days, but they sorted it out I'm now able to login and receive the benefits. Thanks Ducati team!!

Clunky - not sure what it's used for besides collecting user data. If you could use the app to track service history or download manuals at least that would be something. I love my bike but there is no point to this app

No value for the user. They just want you to fill as much personal data as possible, you get nothing but useless badges in exchange. Not even a log to input your motorbike maintenance log...

It's a useless app. It gives the user nothing of value. It is simply collects your data and pushes you marketing. Does not connect to bike.

It requests too much of your personal/private information for no real or tangible rewards. It's 'nothingware' whose sole purpose is to profit from selling your data on to cold callers and spammers. Avoid it at all costs!
