My balance has been wrong for the last 4 months. I have emails and called for mychart to be corrected. They tell me I have no balance due but have still not corrected the mychart balance. Consequently every time I have an appointment or test they ask me to pay off my account. I am so frustrated with this I went to the hospital directly and found out there is no payment/finance department at the facility at all. Just call and leave a message just like I have been doing for months. Zero cust. Ser.

Over the years, MyChart has increasingly become more inaccurate, confusing, and time consuming. Its difficult, if not impossible, to find old test resukts so i xan compare and keep track of growth, progress, or so ething that needs attention. Its easier with regard to looking up appointments, checking if there's any outstanding new balances. But that is sometimes confusing as balances shown in My Chart do not appear the same general time statements received by mail are not in sinc.

I just happened to be having a medical issue that required me to be admitted to the hospital for 8 days. I got test results instantly, and I could compare them to past test results. I could see when my next antibiotic IV bag was due, and I saw where my surgeon booked a time slot with highly detailed notes. If not knowing the what and when bothers you as it does me, this app is amazing! Even if you're healthy, comparing years of blood work #'s side by side is great.

Wonderful way to stay up date on my appointments, medications, and abilities to communicate with my doctors. Easy-peasy way to pay my bill, co-pays, etc. Two things it does need: 1) ability to delete old messages/letters, 2) ability to send/receive messages with doctors quicker than current 48-72 hours, especially when it comes to paperwork needing to be fiied out & filed by them so insurances will pay for your medications.

App is unintuitive and glitchy. "On my way" button leads to page to make an appointment, for example. There is no guidance on how to choose between immediate care or walk-in clinic. Searching for nearby locations should sort by nearest, instead sorted alphabetically. Requires the installation of a completely separate app to function (MyChart) - just combine them!

Orders for lab test, etc are not viewable in the app, hence they are not available to reference when scheduling a lab visit through this app. Instead, I need to answer a bunch of irrelevant questions, when I just need to reference that my lab appt is for the orders that are literally in my chart. Adding this capability seems like a logical, and efficient improvement

Glad it's not an emergency because I would never find out what a result is from one of my tests!! Same wasted time now as it was this afternoon!! You have sent me 3 different codes I tried them all but it keeps on circling around and won't let me get into what a result was from one of my tests!! How stupid is this ? You can't get it straightened out!! It's the same with the My Chart app to let you know you have a message, so what's the difference ?? It's a joke!!!!.

5 stars except for the help bot in the bottom right hand corner. It is incredibly distracting and unhelpful. It blocks a good portion of the screen and it's message wiggles are irritating because I don't need to use it. Please either remove it or add it to a menu of some sort.

I agree with another review that complained about Eleanor down on the right hand side. She is always in the way. If u get X to delete her, she still comes back. In messages I can never get rid of her so it's difficult to read back what I've typed. Also she covered the allowed characters notice &the app allowed me to continue &half the message had to be deleted. There are no options for medications if something is not correct. Just leave it or remove.

When I try to sign in, first I see the EEHealth heading only. The rest of the page is blank, I then go back & see the pg to sign in. I type in info , press log in only to see an error message. I've done all that I could. I've emailed them without response.

Excellent way of communication with any of my providers. I really appreciate and love the communication method. Test results, after summary visits, e-check in, medical history etc are very easy to review and use for the patients. Site can use only by patient's sign in by patients only to get access to the patient profile. Strictly confidential. No paper trails or trash the private information.👍👍

Application is extremely helpful with my schedule. It performs as if you had a personal away contact with the staff and your doctor. Virtual visits make non-emergency questions with staff or a doctor very convenient when a full appointment is not necessary, leaving time slots open for other patients who need to be seen.

Excellent app, results from my doctor's office are available right away. I do wish I could tweak the notifications I receive. I don't need a notification to tell me that I just scheduled an appointment for myself. Generally I turn off the notifications except when I am anticipating results.

It is great to be able to keep up with your care when in patient. You see your test results and can prepare questions for when doctors or nurses come in. It also allows you to communicate with your medical team. Great tool!

The app works well most of the time and makes managing your personal healthcare much easier. I would LOVE to see the ability to connect digital health information from devices, like Samsung Health Monitor and the Apple equivalent. I think there's real value in healthcare pros having access to that data and would gladly participate. The UI is a little clunky and a bit glitchy; it feels like it's 10 years old. Not the most intuitive or feature filled experience, but does it's job well.

The app itself is great. Everything I need is is in one place. Fairly easy to use. The low rating is for the Doctots who don't read it, and the administration (Edward Elmhurst Hospitals) who makes it difficult, near impossible to make a complaint. Maybe in the resource section they should add LAWYERS. SHAME on you for taking a useful app and turning it into garbage.

Appointments drop off and you have to reschedule, never getting your original date and time. Fill out the forms online and I'm told it's missing when I show up and have to do it in person again. And the staff is then annoyed and that you didn't do it online and rude because you make them have to do some actual work.

It's ok. Menu is confusing and complex. Messages are all over the place depending on who is replying and why. Not well coordinated with the text messages. Links during from texts do not go to the correct item.

it keeps becoming unusable and i have to wait til the next day to use it. the offices (while i know a separate issue) keep saying to just 'do this' on the app but it doesn't work the app keeps giving me an error screen.

I have double verification ON. App sends me a code to log in, but I've waited up to 50 minutes to receive it. I have better things to do so I switch to a simpler sign in. Fix this or I will stop using this app. Jim Hopkins
