MyGeotab Fleet Management

Once again the app has been changed, even less visually appealing with each update, yet the biggest issue with the app is never addressed. When zooming in on the map, no matter how careful you are, it will zoom you all the way out to outer space. This happens to everyone I know that uses this app. Every device. Every operating system. Nobody wants this to happen. No one. Not ever.

great program. but it seems to have a hard time staying connected. you open up the app look for the info you need at that time. 5 mins later you try again and it won't connected. I use it all the time it frustrating.

After upgrading to a pixel 6a I cannot get live map updates of vehicles on their routes. The app is now useless for me and I can't plan trips. After about 4 weeks of constant restarts of the app, it finally worked just a few days ago. No explanation as to how or why and no change in my setup. I can finally see vehicles again.

I work for a large company in my zone their are 98 trucks. Being a assistant I need this app to work to make sure all routes are getting completed. Since the newest up date I can not see the daily travel when in trips. Some times it will show half of what's completed. Or like 2 streets. Works on the laptop but not from android phone. Very inconvenient.

Fine until update After the lastest update. Now it doesn't show all of my fleet. There is usually one missing from the map. I also liked the different colours but wished I could pick them specifically but that doesn't matter now because that feature is gone anyway. Please check with an actual fleet owner when making changes.

This has to be the most useless app I have ever seen, absolutely nothing works. If you enter a unit number to search for it it still shows all units on the map. And forget about searching for fault codes that never works. In fact I don't think anything actually works

The app is not in real time there is a lag on tracking vehicles and the two finger navigation is annoying. Lately I have been unable to navigate around the screen at all. Is there a fix for that because it like that on all my devices. I have tried to install and reinstall the app but it the same. I see that the last time this app was updated was in November 2016.

Not as many futures as syncfleet. I was upgraded from T-Mobile syncfleet to MyGeotab, thinking it was going to be better or at least same. To my surprise, I'm now paying same price of what I was paying with T-Mobile syncfleet, but with only 65% of futures. I think I might switch later to another provider.

Gone downhill since the last update. Assets disappear and when you click on an asset you have to x out of app completely to view other assets. So annoying!!!! 😡

Good app for tracking, but needs to be upgraded, does not have the right road speeds also no place where you can correct it

Everything was working fine until this week when the app and the website on mobile have both been giving me the following error: Error during loading: RequiredScripts?i=GCU.//local&x=geotab.default Geotab still works on a desktop.

They have updated this app so often in the past year, and each time the app gets worse and worse. This most recent one is so inconvenient.

Overall the app is nice. There are some minor inconvenience the most prominent for me is the gps location when I click on map view takes me to my location and I need to manually add address into maps.

Eh. The app used to work great but all of a sudden it keeps saying wrong user and password. Definitely isn't the case, it works fine in a browser. Fix the mobile app please.

All in all pretty good. Only issue is that unlike iOS version there is no "My Location" option when in map mode which makes finding drivers truly nearest to you difficult.

Used to work well, now constantly freezes or completely crashes when you try and zoom in or move the map. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still unusable.

I cant create route plan on android app as I get error "The distance between waypoints cannot be estimated because you dont have a map provider API key". Tried to updated my google map but still no improvement. Please help.

I don't like the fact that it's supposed to be for management and I have friends that have the normal Geo tab and can get in on this one and look at everyone's else's information can tell where we at if we are on off sb or driving

App was good. For the last few days swipe and pinch to zoom does not work on map navigation.

Map works well, pretty easy and intuitive to use, all the info I need to track vehicle use and position while out in the field.
