The MyGP app is honestly one of the smoothest telecom apps out there. Super clean design, really fast, and everything you need is right at your fingertips — checking balance, activating offers, buying data packs, paying bills, and even tracking rewards. MyGP app sometimes gets slow and takes a long time to update balance. Besides, the 'special offers' shown in the app are not really affordable. 4G (4G) speed is still not available at the village level, while the cost of internet is sky high. I am demanding to extend the period of the package and reduce the price of internet. Also, the app should have an easy option to turn off the auto-renewal feature.

recently recharged my GP number, and immediately, money was deducted for an offer I never subscribed to. I tried contacting support through the MyGP Live Chat, but responses are very slow, and the app sometimes doesn’t even show my messages. This experience is frustrating and unfair. GP should stop automatic charges without consent and improve customer service response time. I hope GP takes this seriously and fixes these issues.

Most of the time, while purchasing a bundle, flexi-plan, or pack via MFS payment, a success pop-up appears on the MyGP app. However, the pack is not actually added to the 'minutes and internet remaining' display bar. Instead, the recharge amount is simply added to the main balance on the display bar.

Sim (minute & Internet) offer is not good. Very bad app, I've been trying to log in since yesterday, only once or repeatedly the verification code comes much later, which is useless.

the most dogshit and worthless sim providers and app. It restricts you from visiting weird sites, takes an insane amount of vat on purchases (Spotify premium) where as my old Airtel took just about none, and the support line is so God awful. no one is helpful, and the chats don't save. everytime you close the app by accident, your support line worker disappears. I wish I never got this SIM, and I wish I never downloaded this app.

same good.It’s fairly good. I wouldn’t say I liked it a lot. It was very important for me, so I bought it; otherwise, I wouldn’t have. Earlier, MyGP used to give really good offers, but now it gives much fewer offers.

Internet rate per GB is too high. It should be half. And the flexiplan rate is absurd. Bundle offers are ridiculously high price except one or two. Basically, the customers who are using this app, are not benefitted but pay more than the non user of this app.

It is very easy to find any offer you like, thank you, please add more minute bundles. I request you to increase the limit of each package and give more time with validity. Take necessary steps to ensure that no MB and minutes are lost or wasted after a certain time or MB minutes purchased with money are reused.

I’ve been using the MyGP app for a long time and honestly, it’s one of the best telecom apps in Bangladesh. The interface is clean, fast, and very easy to use. Checking data balance, buying internet packs, recharging, and managing offers—all can be done in just a few taps. What I really like is how smooth and stable the app is. It rarely crashes, and everything works exactly as expected. The personalized offers, usage history, and notifications are also very helpful.

I have been using the MyGP app for a long time.I haven't had any problems so far, but recently I need to check my Usage History. I found that I can only see the Usage History of outgoing calls. But I can't see the history of incoming calls. I also use another SIM and from that SIM's app I can see the history of both incoming and outgoing calls. I want to be able to see the history of incoming calls in the MyGP app as well. And I hope that MyGP will add this feature in the next update.

Good app. But once i bought offer from this app, next time i had to bought it with higher cost. I found many good offers and bundle from the app but next time these became invisible.

My GP Hase become an OTT advertising app not a GP app anymore. Too many advertisements. First feature in the app should be the balance, then my shortcuts. OTT and other can after that. Or at least allow users to customize please.

Totally bad services found by this app !! when I try to log in they say " something went wrong! But why brother ? there's no wrong. it's only the way to eating data or cutting customers pocket. I'm totally hated this app 👎🏼

The application functions reasonably well; however, the absence of a dark mode is a significant usability issue. In 2026, dark mode is no longer a luxury feature but a basic accessibility and user-comfort standard, especially for prolonged usage and low-light environments. The lack of this option causes unnecessary eye strain and reflects poor attention to modern user experience expectations. Until this feature is implemented, I cannot give it more than 1 star.

Home screen was blank, tried reinstalling but now it says "Network error" when trying to log in with number. Don't understand why. Please fix. Edit: Used mobile data, now it doesn't give that issue and the home screen is fixed now.
