There is health information that should be on my account that is not and there is old outdated information that has been corrected a couple of times now during intake to hospital stays. There needs to be a way that the patient can update certain categories of information such as medications, allergies (mine is completely wrong) and others. I have also each time a test has been done after a couple of weeks of no results showing had to report the problem in order to get the results entered.
Unable to download and/or print diagnostic reports. Constantly crashes and doesn't allow you to add or remove medications, surgeries and hospitalizations. The PineApple app is much better and very user-friendly.
Way too many errors uploading insurance ID card and photo IDs. it also produces errors when simply updating information and navigating through the app. It's a horrible app.
I have an echocardiogram appt, but the time per the app is different and location is missing. Phone number to call just gives hospital locations, but not a live person.
Bad interface. It is hard to find what you need. Directs you to a different site for billing where you need extra information to log in instead of offering a single sign on experience. Appointments are also very confusing as it shows past and future together. Pay appointments don't include any medical info.
simple to navigate and explore all segments of app. I found it easy to access.
trying to view my records just directs me back to the home page. trying to see my past ER visits and can't find them, can't pay for them. useless app.
So far I have just opened this resource and have not had a chance to interact with medical staff or access records and information other than the date, time, and location of my upcoming visit. But starting a MyHealthOne account was straight forward and simple. I am hoping that using the app will be as simple.
I go to use it and see a notification to update. I proceed and see another that it is no longer compatible with my very capable, efficient and still very fast Galaxy Note 10+. Why??? I haven't had this problem with any other app. Very disappointing!
Slightly helpful. unfortunately extreme amount of incorrect and incomplete information. majority seems based on assumption and not information obtained from patient or prior medical providers.
could not find any of my health reports or tests taken during any hospital stays or visits. They were accessible at an earlier time, close to the visitation date. why they are no longer available or found is baffling. Also none of my information such as doctors and insurance etc seems to have been saved and any that were saved were not updated so reports went to doctors that I no longer have or are no longer practicing or no longer in the area.
I was asked to download this app because of an upcoming surgery. I did so. I had trouble creating an account. I finally did, but there was no information about my provider. Also, I could NOT find where to log off. I wrote a Help Ticket. It asked me which category of help I needed. I indicated I needed help with the app, which was one of the choices. I got an instant reply, telling me to indicate what category I needed help with, which I had already indicated on the Help Ticket. Now DELETING App.
this app is absolutely incredible! it is very easy to navigate. also all my medical records are in one place organized completely. and you can send your medical files via email or print them for whoever you need and whatever you need. I've never seen an app like this it's incredible.
customer service number when called isn't the correct one takes you to a whole different number and they don't have a clue what is even trying to be discussed
l love this app very conveniently and finding all my information that I can check on for insurance companies. and for my doctor to receive all this information . Thank you very much for your services. and just to know all you.r medical history and dates and testings and surgeries. I would definitely refer this app to other members of the family and friends. Even to check on each report and lab works in the app, I got very much a lot of understanding and knowledge on my health record. Thank
Healow wasn't great, but so much better than this. Use the Epic system like the rest of the medical providers in this area.

I visited this facility on Sunday, 12/21/25 with my Dad with COPD. The attention they gave him there was exceptional. He was taken care of quickly and the staff there are great 👍. Thank you guys very much. My Dad means alot to me.
Terminal mother has been in hospital for 13 days. I've had to reach out twice to support and have them sync the records. When asking if I need to message them every time for an update (lab reports, imaging) I was told they are experiencing issues and to reach out to medical records at the hospital for updates. Absolutely wild seeing this is mostly the purpose of having the app. No updates in 6 days. Clearing cache and using different browser does nothing.
