My experience with this app, I would not recommend it due to the failure of the software program having glitches that is preventing me from logging in from my phone or laptop desk. I have given numerous attempts, but is denied access, even from recreating a new password and still in return, I get denied access. This is very unfortunate that I can't give a better rating.

I hate this app for a good reason. It only lets me see the meds I take. The last app was great. It showed so much more information like, when medicine was last ordered and shipped. When a refill order is either being filled or has been refilled and when shipped how long before it will arrive. Tracking for certain items. I feel like I'm being left in the dark. And I believe the member should be allowed to keep an app they like. Also the sign in is not very easy to use. Use more programers agree.

If all you are wanting to do is look at your claims or your card, then it does its job but anything other than that?, not so much. I'm assuming the devs have never bothered trying it. One look at how they list providers says it all. Not to mention the fact that most of those listed are no longer "in network". For it to be something so simple as basic data entry you would think the execs could spare enough to cover that but alais not. End of rant... The app itself works but is sorely lacking

This app is a joke. Users receive an email each month to let the user know the latest summary statement is available. Then you log in, see the new month report, and click on it to download it, but it just spins and spins. You simply can't download it right after they send out the notice. Sometimes you can download it the next day or two. Just a really poor designed app.

Dumbed down to hardly any information over the past 4 mo. This app used to be much more comprehensive. After logging in I could find out relevant information, now the "information" is so surface and end up needing to go online. I also find the app sends you down rabbit trails and loops. Considering I have to register and log in with my personal information and account number I expect to be able to find more; I would rather not have an app than half an app.

It never loads properly. Takes several minutes just to get past the security, even when using biometrics. Then once you are actually in the app. We'll that is where it all falls apart. Please wait and the spinning circle of death is all you get when you try to get past the home screen. Yes I know that means bad connection. But no other apps I have do this. In short I will use my phone to call them.

Not the least user friendly! UHC has a much more user friendly app. This one directs you to go to 365, log on, not easy to navigate. Humana may offer more for dollars available in the long run, but people are not going to collect just because the way to document everything is such a hassle. If you can go between family members, have not figured it out, have to log out, log on again, another user name, another pw.....!!!!! Not really worth the effort and very time consuming.

I just tried to sign in, it wants to " verify ", after already going through the process of installing , etc , but it wants to send a code to a phone number i no longer have !!! This isnt the only app this has been happening with,, and there is no way to change the number to send a code to !!! Please fix this ! Or i just wont use it at all, like i have a choice anyway ! Extremely annoying !!!

Absolutely the worst App I have ever had to use. It never recognizes my device, I have to change my password everytime I try to log in. The transition from app to site always requires me to sign in again. How about but building an app that actually works?!?!?! The point of the app is to make it easy to find specialists and check your account and benefits, but it's harder than just using the website, which also never recognizes my device or password.

I login just until the other day I logged in and a screen say that I need a verification code but it's to my old phone number when I recently changed to a new phone number. I tried everything including called to help me with the situation. NOTHING!!!!! Is there a way to fix the issue. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! NOW I CAN'T LOGIN UNTIL THERE'S AN EASY WAY LOGIN. 😡

In the "Coverage" tab, there's no access to the actual coverage. There's no way in the app to check your plan coverage. In "Find provider", you can't ask for a nearby provider, instead you have to know the name of the provider and you can only test to see if that provider is in the network. It's not for finding a provider, it's "Test to see if a specific provider is in our network", far less useful. The features most needed in a mobile app are not available.

Well, I was using the app as a new member. Only a month into my using it, I can't. Why? The app has a "bug" and keeps crashing. "Clear Cache"? Sure. Keeps crashing. "Update App"? Okay. Crashes still. "Uninstall. Reinstall"? Look, it's still crashing. App is officially unusable. I guess it was good while it lasted?

Centerwell pharmacy's app fails on so many levels. My wife and I have had to re-enter our separate information six times each, with the end result being it still refuses to accept payment info. Customer service won't answer waiting 20min a pop being told wait time is 30 seconds over and over. Then on top of all this they lost all my info and then raised my total cost. The only reason I give them a one rating, is because the zero is not an option..... The Humana app isn't much better. No way to

This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst app I have to use! It constantly refuses to let me log into my account even though I am following their instructions....time after time after time. And then calling them for help gets you bounced around trying to find someone to help. If I could change providers I would just because of the website and their constant robocalls. Absolutely worthless!

Absolutely horrible app!!! Very time consuming as every action, like bill pay, requires 1.logging back in. 2. Text verification. 3. Fingerprint verification. App is very difficult to navigate, text support within the app takes forever for a response. I would give a Zero rating if I could, makes me want to cancel my policy and move on.

this app is terrible to navigate. too many steps to find what you need and trying to find what is covered under the OTC is very frustrating especially if you're in a store trying to see if something is covered. my old plan had an app just for the OTC where you could scan an item and immediately see if it was covered.

better be a speed reader or they kick you out. Looking through list of dentist and after a few minutes the app closes and I have to start all over again. The list would be a lot shorter if you had the option to turn off the multiple listing for the same location. Some dental clinics have 15 or 20 dentists and I don't have to see all their names. Would be nice if you could click safe a dentist as favorite or exclude a clinic chain you don't want to see. I'll try the web site and see if it's bette

So far it seems that I can't enter my account only some times, not when I want, but when the app decides. I'm not particularly impressed because I would have thought that with such a publicly and highly known name that the app would work without such an easily noticeable app glitch. I'm hoping this problem will be fixed, in order to restore my faith in this Organization.

too many pages to get to what you want to scan. takes a long time to recognize item...plus you have to enter the store....hard to manage while you are grocery shopping...so you should make a special trip just to use card...plus can I add my husband's card to my account since I do all the shopping and he isn't always with me

Two things: 1. Using OTC in stores fails then works somewhat. Cannot use app to see what qualifies, much less scan. Disappointing. 2. Nowhere is there a place to arrange a ride like with other health providers like Alignment. I tried chatting but the ai said it hadn't been trained yet. It shouldn't be so difficult to self service my needs. Do better Humana.
