Having problems with sim card registration. It keeps saying that I have already input wrong OTP more than 3 times even though it wasn't wrong and it was just the first time. Now it says i have requested OTP more than allowed and still haven't registered my sim card.

I am encountering numerous errors. When I attempt to pay the phone bill and purchase a package in the MyID app, an error message appears without providing any details. I am unsure if an update is required. When I visit the Play Store, it only presents the option to open the app. Now, new error: I can't log in my account .

Not that good. A lot of ads and pop-ups. That's still fine. But, what makes me upset is that the app is taking too long to load the page about my registration, data plan, and remaining balance etc. We are not here only for gaming and bonuses. We want to use a good internet service. We don't mind paying for it as long as it is running smooth. Please get it fixed asap.

This application is useless because this app UI is very complicated and confused. It's difficult to find to buy data and voice package. I think it is difficult to use for normal users. This app always showing error when you click Your account to see main balance, remaining data and voice package. This app need to improve more and more.

What is happening with this app? It always shows "No internet connection" though my internet is on. Of course I use Mytel simcard and its internet service. I can't even log in. It is really disappointing. If it is some kind of error, pls fix it. I really enjoy Mytel operator and this app. It's super convenient to purchase packages pls fix the error

WARNING!!! Google alert data stealing and spying security risk, urge uninstall MyID2.0 immediately!!! The worst Apps with numerous Ads wasting data just to check balance. Failed to function outside Myanmar as it needs OTP yet not support overseas sms, a basic service provided by all vendors. Unable to login with OTP to top up before expiry in overseas, has to give up sim card and will not use mytel again.

I have an account and I use to have a lot of fun and I love it . But issues start when I try to check my details and an error occure , I cannot even buy internet pack using this apps . So , I clear all the data and I try to log in again but the server keep on response me with no internet connection , while I can even watch YouTube . Please fix this issue

What wrong mytel, my balance (1230ks) was cut out and disn't receive short SMS or feedback from server. 3 time call and connect to costumer service for this but they didn't give any reason what they have done. It is seriously for me and other costumer. Please don't do this anymore, like other operators and want to hear someting why my balance was cut out.

It isn't easy to use like when you want to buy a package you can't easily find the button. Make sure what the priority is. Not everyone wants to watch your videos and songs. But everyone is using this to contact with each other and the purchasing package isn't easy in your app. It's nonsense.

How do I fix this constant error? When I log into the MyID app, the recharge and data balance never appear correctly. I am asked to log in and out repeatedly. Now, even after logging in, I can't log in again. I keep getting an error.

The Transaction is too slow in my opinion, the top up has already been done and package already bought and yet on the main page the remaining of my money still display the same, it took me about 5 minutes to get it to see the results. A bit too long in my oponion. Thank you.

Good to play the game and get a lot of point and bonus daily. There is only one thing I would like to suggest, and that is that it would be more convenient if you could connect the number you like without classifying the phone type when linking the phone number.

Ok. I'm done. Sometimes fight covid game is just stuck at loading. Now I got prizes from infinity plan but okmytel icon isnt showing any notification and stuck at loading. So i thought i could send feedbacks with screenshots but after choosing screenshot it kept getting back to home interface. This is a big joke that in-app send feedback feature is not working. What are you guys developers even doing?

After installing the latest patch, it won't start at all. Many bugs, always need to log in your own account on your own phone, customer service won't reply and many more bad experience. When will you make it better ? Been using this number for years. Changing it will make me do more unnecessary works otherwise I'm changing to other network immediately. Fix the problems and try to answer your customers. Thanks.

This app was cool. But from 2022 on ,it's not cool anymore. I can't claim my rewards from the right bottom corner and occasionally My bill was not showed on the app .Connection is also so slow. You'd better to check it as soon as possible. Thank you.

It takes a lot of time to load important pages like selfcare, infinity plan, data packages, etc. But unimportant pages like stranger, music, videos, etc, are loaded fast. Maybe I am the one not enjoying such things like videos and musics on SIM tool kit app.

The latest update is working for all users. Please kindly fix it. The selfcare tab is working for now. The account tab under selfcare is not working at all .The detail informations of data and voice packages connot be checked.Mpt, Ooredoo and telenor app are far more better than this Mytel. This Mytel digital hub really sucks. They really don't care about the users.

too complicated. there are mini app that are unnecessary. if you want us to use other mini app, just make a new app not on operation app. it's too heavy
