after a long time of use the internet will be at 1G or none at all, this js making my life harder until i had to buy a new sim, smartfren was great after a long use unlike this one, and sometimes even tho you get 4G or 5G it will not load tiktoks, photos, video, and other stuffs, this is not a great operator to use, at least make the internet more useful.
Whenever I open the app, it always redirects me to the platinum package website, even though I clicked the X button. There are also too many frequent pop ups. It's frustrating and uncomfortable to use. Furthermore, the internet speed is pretty slow despite having 5G support. I definitely will NOT be upgrading to platinum after experiencing all these. Been thinking to switch to other provider, indosat actually sucks.
even after extending my 12 months package on IM3 APP, the sales of im3, all random people not from verified IM3 number, spam my WhatsApp everyday to ask me to extend my package even when I've already done so. after replying them, all replies are standard, "so sorry" and next day another person will contact again asking the same question. in total there has been 24 people from IM3 than has been spamming my WhatsApp. PLS HAVE SOME DECENCY AND RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! disappointing.
Too many forceful ads, it pops up in your face right after the app starts. This is not even a free-to-play game, I paid for the data every month and you still need to bombard me with forced ads at the startup screen???
1. This app's support system for reporting issues is extremely frustrating. How could it not be? I wanted to report a problem I was experiencing to a live chat agent, but the process took several minutes just to connect. When I finally connected and expressed my complaint, I had typed for less than a minute before the live chat agent left me and I had to start the whole process over again with the bot. 2. I reported this issue to management three months ago, but there has been no response
BAD NETWORK EVER! Bad help center. Just talk with robot, no resolution. Not clearance the problem. Bad apps ever.. Internet so bad as well, digital agent representative very slow respon. so mess up! INDIRA? not a solution, but repeated suggestions ONLY (text book). restart the device many times, but there is no change. especially when it is nearing the end of the package,the NETWORK is MUCH SLOWER than usual. so the quota's remaining is lost.There is no improvement at all.
absolutely horrible. disruptive pop up advertisement simulator. also they give a pop up to buy a different item ON THE PAYMENT CONFIRMATION SCREEN. Impossible to know if you are buying the correct package because they complicate things by having so many packages. they hope people buy the wrong package so people have to buy 2. horrid.
Very annoying app, I am very dissatisfied with this provider. As a user, whenever I am in the middle of using other app, all of a sudden there is a random pop up message (often providing me with useless informations) and when I click 'cancel' it will direct me to im3 website, again, very annoying
app is good but the connection is worsening. tested the internet and it only showed 6.3 mbps, i thought my phone was lagging but the internet is. i hope y'all can fix this.
every back to previous page, it always refresh to the top of page. The customer service agent dont answer my question for live chat, even worse, takes much time to response.
The pop-up ads are very annoying and continue to redirect to the Indosat website even after clicking the cancel button. I feel this marketing method is unnecessary and prefer to use email messages. The pop-up ads are disruptive to user experience and I request that they be removed.
The digital agent (INDIRA) representative is too long to show up even after I waited half an hour it still doesn't show up. Remove package menu not working. Indeed, an SMS notification appears that the package has been deleted, in fact when checked, it is still active so that my new package cannot be used. The sensory features also need to be improved. What I don't like the most is the digital live agent which is not very helpful, slow response, and needs to be improved.
Keep giving pop up ads. Indosat also frequently giving class 0 message for ads. The class 0 message is supposed to be for emergency situation only, yet being abuse for promotion. When receiving class 0 message, phone screen will stay on until we cancel it. If we are not aware of it (for ie phone in the pocket), it means it will stay on and draining phone battery.
too many unnecessary ads that forced to open the website. it's disturbing and dumb bcs it's ALWAYS popped up in a very urgent situations and I can't even blocked it. it doesn't and will never influenced me to buy your offers. your internet sucks in my campus, I barely can send messages on wa. whoever came with this advertising idea, they're the worst and I wish they got kicked out from your company just like how you did it then.
Everything is fine, but stop redirecting me for some services that i didn't want at all! When i opened the app, 3 seconds later you got redirected into a service without your consent, and EVEN you already exited the app before the 3 seconds mark, you still got redirected. Just stop, please.
Is this just my phone, or is there a bug? When I open the app and scroll down, the screen turns completely white. The content only reappears if I open something (like the chat assistant) and then go back. However, when I scroll back to the top and down again, it turns white again.
it's basically an adware. never in my life I have a sim card that aggressively keep sending you ad after ad way more than a scammer, and it's not just their data plan ad, it's all sort of ads that have nothing to do with them. ironically, they claim to have anti scam system yet they are more aggressive than scammer with their advertising.
The live agent took too long to respond, I also waited for quite a long time before getting connected to the chat. I need help for my "pulsa" that always gone for nothing, it happen since July 2024 and still ongoing. Been using indosat since 2003, these last 2 years are terrible. Are you guys a thief?! Come on!
