Works great for starting 2023 Q50. Works about 95% of the time. Several times I've had an error saying a door may be open, which was never the case. My biggest complaint is there's no way to turn on the rear window defroster. My Subaru app had many more options such as... setting the interior temperature, fan speed, turning on the rear window defroster and more. Car locator seems to be very accurate.
Easily the worst app I've ever used. Car status, eg doors locked/ unlocked, frequently wrong. Unable to communicate with the car even when I'm standing right next to it. Takes an extremely long time to refresh the car status. Just awful.... Update 3/4/23..Appears to be working better now. Vehicle Status and location seem accurate now. Updating is still slow. I'll use and observe for a couple of weeks and report results again.
I've had this app for over a year, and even after an update it still does not work 100% good. Any actions that I select loads for minutes before either crashing and saying it can't be completed or to actually work. I'm giving it only two stars because it works but is annoying that it takes so much time to load and then, surprise!, it can't complete the task.
I'm disappointed that you can't even use the app unless you pay for the service. I assumed basic functions would be free but no. I believe newer vehicles you get a free trial at least but I bought a pre-owned 2018 QX80 (from an authorized dealer) and that means I didn't get a trial period of the services in the app. It would be nice to at least have that option before signing up for a full subscription.
1. Notifications are usually late - can get "your car unlocked" 20 min after the fact 2. Getting vehicle status is a hit or miss. One can go hours with "your data could not be refreshed" or "your vehicle could not be located" Otherwise, not bad when it works
This App is awful! It doesn't display or read my mileage. It hasn't since when I bought the car brand new in Aug 2024. How am I supposed to control my settings, schedule service, etc if the app can't even read my car and it's settings?
Horrible experience on this app. It has error that my fronts doors are drivers & passenger side but in reality they aren't. Also many features dont work either. The engine start, door lock, unlock don't work. All it says is,failed. Also I have Uninstalled, reinstalled app a few times and that didn't help either. Support has been no help either because the text feature is not Lit to even respond to anyone. Why have app for a high quality car when most features arent working? Very disappointed.
Unable to copy and paste the login code from email to app. Need to memorize and type in each individual six digit code from the sent code into the little boxes. Please have your App Developer fix this. It's very frustrating.
The app is just "OK"... I don't see why they couldn't include the option for controlling the temperature setting when you turn the car on. I had that on my Hyundai Sonata and that was back in 2015. This app has PLENTY of room for improvement.
The ten minute remote run time pathetic during this cold snap, plus u can only cycle it twice. Was useless. Woefully insufficient to warm up my QX60. Also do not appreciate my data being sold to LexisNexis which resells it to third parties to our detriment.
app not working properly. It doesn’t let the car connect to lock, unlockor turn on. Location wrong. None of those functions work in the app, and it’s been like this for a while. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, logged out and logged back in, and it still has the same problem.
my husband has a Ford and their app is awesome and it's free. this app pales by comparison and works intermittently. doesn't do much more than start/lock and locate car. and there sgoukd bot be a fee for that. I bought my QX60 certified used so had no real trial period. infiniti/Nissan should give more especially when they charge you.

This app used to be ok . but now it requires you to sign in EACH time you use it. Instead of doing a fingerprint, they want you to sign in. I called Infiniti and was told this is a "security feature" BS! MY BANK has biometrics as a security feature. This is lazy programmers who don't want to fix a bug. Just like their parent Nissan, Infiniti doesn't care! Hey Infinity, prove me wrong.. fix this!
This app needs serious work. Hardly ever works, logs out in the middle of usage, takes forever to load, remote start is not reliable through the app. I have been locked out of my car several times due relying on the app for use. Do not recommend and hopefully there is an update soon.
This app has never worked, it's absolutely useless. 2026 features unavailable without the app. A QX80 that cost $116,000, should not need an app in order for you to set up Spotify or the Wi-Fi hotspot. Here I am paying a stupid amount of money per month on a car that I can't even get the features to work on because the app is trash. Support is no help, 45 minutes on hold every time.
My biggest complaint with the app is that we aren't able to extend our runtime, at least give us 15 minutes instead of 10, other manufacturers give us the option to extend the time. other than that it works fine MOST of the time.
App is inconsistent and requires me to login too often when it's set to remember me. Doesn't work u less I'm steps away from the car. Defeats the purpose of remote start.
at times the ap will not operate despite having a good signal. I've had tech support to do a reset but I continue to have the same issues. I can't fully rely on it when I need it
The app only locks and unlocks the vehicle. It presents many other features, but none of them function :(
