I can't even set up debit pay. when im asked to put the card number in, it comes up as null. I've restarted the app 5 times to see if that would fix it, but it never worked. I called customer service, the automated voice was creepy, and I was on hold for a while, so I hung up. Hopefully its just a glitch on their end.

Overall, I think the app design needs a refresh. It looks dated and doesn't perform the best. There is something wrong with the code because every time I hit pay, it will tell me a payment isn't on file. If I follow the prompts within three clicks, I can continue as usual. It isn't that difficult to deal with, but with the other issues I see people mention, there's clearly something wrong.

Cannot register. After entering my info 3 times I gave up. ...(2 days later)... After writing the negative review above, a tech from the support team responded to my email (which I sent at the same time as my review.) You get a membership card at an Irving store, and use that to sign into the app. While the process seems cludgy, I was impressed with the response time and info provided. I still don't have a membership, but I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 because of his efforts.

I will go to irving as a last resort only until you add the option to pay with credit cards to this app. The mobile gas app is much better. Mobile gives 1% cash back and lets me use my cc that gives me an additional 5%. 6% cash back is about 20 cents per gallon. Double what irving gives, because they force you to pay with checking. Ridiculous.

The Irving station near me I didn't honor my rewards or their promotional giveaway, the pump was literally the slowest gas station I ever used AND riddled with bugs. I went there for your instant win game, instead your system never applied the 3c savings amount OR gave me a digital entry ticket. The scanner inside the store would not read the barcode from this app AND there is no phone number entry, so you need the physical card. What a waste of time and money.

Not all stores honor the posted price on the sign and the employees don't have the "authority" to change it for you. on top of that their "debit" comes out of your account constantly late causing over drafts and then charging you an additional $35. I'm done with this RIDICULOUSNESS!!!!

instructions unclear: the flyer at the gas station give little to vague details on what to do after you register an account, add the Irving rewards card. then how would the card pay for gas?! further confusion, instructing to sign up for home heating when all you want is the discount on gasoline at the pump. absolutely no information on the flyer for the app! just a qr code. it's as if they put no thought or effort into walking you through it. You can call it EZ all day, doesn't make it so!

App is absolute dogpoo in trying to get it to accept a password that you had saved (or even getting it to use biometrics instead of username/pass, which is saved). How do you call this easy when I clearly have to set a new password every time after awhile? Ridiculous.

I have been trying to get set up for several weeks now. Have spoken with Ashley several times and by email and she has told me that the problem is with IT. When i try to log in I keep getting AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED in the lower right hand corner. I have contacted Zipline and was referred back to Irving to set up my debit pay. Ashley helped me get an account but I cannot log in. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Please help me in getting this set up!!! I ALWAYS gas up at Irving and nowhere else.

Not as convenient as you'd think. Tha app frequently gives an incorrect location so I constantly have to double check it. Not so easy in an unfamiliar area. The app also frequently closes by itself and I have to revert to using my rewards card. Just today I had to sign back in as I was trying to use the app.

First off, every time I change the date of my birthday, it reverts back to 1900. Second, when trying to input a mobile number, the app crashes. Third difficulty linking Bank to card, had relink my bank to card 6 times. When trying to get ahold of some assistance and unable to, it is really annoying, and even if i get assistance, Ican't understand what the other person is saying or that person doesn't speak english well enough. Tried deleting account, and even that doesn't work driving me insane.

It's better than before, but there are quite some flaws upon fist time trying to login. Why would you let me have an account already but won't take my Google Voice number when I try to login to your mobile app. And it shows invalid_phone_number instead of just saying you don't accept VOIP numbers. I'm not sure of there's plan to add pay on phone feature, the fact that Mobil has contactless payment or pay in app is quite nice.

When I try to open the app, it goes directly to the app info page. It won't open the app, and the app doesn't show an update. Help! I'll add stars once the app works again. Ok, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't keep my location on, and I don't understand why you need my location. If I'm not looking for a gas station location, you don't need mine. I'm very disappointed in the change.

I have tried to setup my reward card. It starts with different digits than the card l received at the big stop. Also l live in Canada and the app only recognizes USA states and ZIP code. Won't let me select Canada then province then postal code. Very frustrating. We only have the one Big Stop in Pembroke, ON and l frequent it everyday. I investigated further and there are two apps. one for Canada and one for USA, however they aren't showing which one is which to use. If that was displayed app for Canada and app for USA it would clarify which one to load. Now I am using the Canada app and happy that it is working well. :)

The app keeps shutting down after asking for my phone number. I put my number in and a verification text is sent to my phone number and then the app glitches, shuts down and I am sent back to the login screen... I'm unable to pass the phone number screen making this app completely unusable. I use a Google Pixel 7 pro if that is useful to fix this error.

I use the card at the pump just fine. However, I try to log in online and it tells me I have invalid credentials. I try installing the app, and incorrect password, though I just reset it online. I ask to reset the password and I get sent a verification code, so I do that, but then it tells me it can't find the account. YOU JUST SENT ME THE CODE TO MY EMAIL. Awful app.

This app is overall a great app for tracking your rewards, if you enable location it is great for finding your nearby Irving stations. When you look at the rewards history you can easily see all of the reward that you earned as well as all of the transactions that you made before and since the rewards. It seems to have all of the great features of the website bundled into a neat and tidy app for your android device. The only issue was the app wanted to close out the first two times that I tried to add my phone number. After that no real issues.

Useless. This app does nothing to enhance the user experience. It gives you a bar code for fuel rewards, but you can't use the bar code to access the rewards. It can only be done with the card. I downloaded this to maximize my rewards between cars, as we're always forgetting the card. Way behind their competitors.
