This app keeps saying wrong passwords, even though my password was right all along. After 3 attempts to login, my account got locked again. When I had to change passwords, the popup said "Try Again". This kind of issue occurred so many times, even my friends keep getting this problem too. Very frustrated & time consuming for this problem. Poor system & poor password detection with just simple login in this app.

convenient but gawd damn the app is really buggy , want to renew via tng ewallet cannot meh , the app just very buggy and won't load the transaction, update it's been. 2 days now still cannot pay with tng , whats the problem ? second edit : it's been so long and they haven't fixed the ewallet issue ? how are we gonna renew our license if u won't accept payment please fix this asap if not then remove the ewallet option , it has been very inconvenient....

I am unable to use MyDigital ID and login to the app. I have already contacted the MyDigital ID team to highlight this matter. They have checked and found no issues as: 1. MyDigital ID certificate is up to date. 2. My phone operating system is up to date. 3. I have redownloaded MyJPJ app and is up to date. Yet I cannot login using Digital ID till today. So how am I to login to the app which makes it mandatory to use Digital ID as the only login method? Please retain password login.

Having trouble as the payment module doesn't seem to appear in the app as shown on the official portal to pay saman. I also tried to register for MySikap to resolve this, but the registration failed. I hope the responsible team can look into this so that users can make payments more easily. Thank you.

Can't proceed to renew the road tax. Stuck at the payment, waited for around 30 minutes. Had to cancel the payment process. When I wanted to redo the road tax renewal, a pop-up message came up and ask me to wait for 15 minutes. Turns out that 15 minutes is forever.

I was unable to login even i have already type in the correct password and ask i click it doesn't login. I try uninstall the app and reinstall again and the problem still remain the same as once i click login it show no login. Kindly fix this problem as well! It can quite inconvenient if there is a roadblock even i don't have physical roadtax.

My 1st time renewing my driving license through this app. Everything was smooth until FPX payment part. App showed my transaction failed but my bank account was deducted. The amount was not returned to my bank account immediately after it failed. So where did it go? I have sent all the details to the IT helpdesk email given. Hope I get a reply before my driving license expires!

When login the app it says ID has been locked. Then when I try to reactivate and submit the new password, the button does nothing. Then when I tried renewal on my dad's account every time I try to go to payment it shows me the webview error page or a blank page. And I have to wait for 15 mins between each try.

bad service. can't even pay with touch n go even they have option for it and the system always has problem to get inside. try to pay also difficult. Yet i went to the branch they only accept card as there is no other option to pay with cash. this system is so bad. please fix this issue because i need to renew my license. if i didn't pay i will get fined but it's not my fault as this system is so bad lol

this might be my first time encountering such a slow and useless app since forever. it says i've registered my account, so i thought it'll give me a form to fill my password but nope nothing, then it brought me back to the login page. how would you expect me to fill in my password that i don't even have at the first place? can't you guys hire a better app developer or something? this is very slow and inconvenient

totally useless app. can't even allow rakyat to login with your original id n password. can't reset password. forcing users to register yet another app. whoever came up with this idea should be sack. totally brainless practice. the worst part is that the web site forces us to use its app which in turn cannot access. only in msia, this is what you get. over complicating things.

After every update, myjpj will reset the cache rendering my login information to go missing. very inconvenient since won't use the app a lot but when we need it, there's always an update and login will go missing. not sure why simple things are so hard to be done in most government apps.

Overall it's easy enough to use but there's a fatal bug. Sometimes I cannot view vehicle information. It says "no record found" when there's a record.

Announce that Mac2026 only can login by using my digital id but even with latest version, still cannot login with my digital id. After verification from my digital id, suppose it launch back myjpj app and direct go in but now still go back to front login page. How we gonna login on Mac 2026 when the app still cannot work well with my digital id?

Kinda brainless app, request to reset password but it needs the damn verification number at the back of the license which we could not access if we could not open the app. Which brainless idiot think of this to torture the rakyat. Second option to login via mydigital id..but the app cannot even send a verification email. Did you guy's even test before launching? this reflects the stupidity of the govt initiatives at all levels.

need to reset password everytime you didn't login for a while, quite annoying. And when want to reset password, said the email is not correct although I type the same email when I reset password for many times, if want to reset the email account need to go to JPJ counter! Really useless apps.

Renew license, then suddenly system crashed, being asked to wait 15minutes to see update, payment successful but cannot save payment receipt, cannot save PDF copy of the renewed license. Lousy app. Even mySikap as well, can't print receipt and PDF copy of license. Don't tell me I need to pay for PDF.

Can you people make the payment process less buggy? I tried to pay for the fines using TnG and FPX, and it always stuck in the process and when I tried to pay again it shows me please wait for 15 minutes. But I waited and only can pay once more in about 40 minutes. The payment is still stucked please fix it.

The most irritating app created, I want to update my license since I'm late on renewal but with it failed transfer every time when trying to go to the payment page, I need to wait for 15mins, are you kidding me? What's worse is that this is officially promoted by the GOV as the next best thing from MoT himself. Does he even use this thing?

becareful of your picture going missing in the app if there are new updates. i clicked my vocational license to check it's digital copy but the picture was missing then when i click on my normal driving license the picture i updated from jpj missing now .They fixed it asap after sitting for a while waiting.
