Bloated app that tries to do everything but fails at its core functions. I can check my balance with it but nothing else. It took an hour to figure out how to add roaming to my prepaid SIM because of the convoluted UI. There seem to be apps within the app that take over a minute to load 1 page. And not only do you have to add fixed quantities of credits instead of paying directly, the app won't even take my money after trying with Google Pay, Alipay, or manually entering my credit card info
Change of language to English is not found anywhere when trying to login. When password is forgotten, your verification code input does not work inspite of trying several times. This app slows down the phone. Far too many notifications. This leaves customers with no choice but to uninstall your app. Customer service is not able to help much over the phone, unless it is a face-to-face guidance. Certainly not a very English speaking customers friendly app.
this app is good in general, we can get what we need with a few taps on the screen. however, some vouchers can be seen on my account but they cannot be used with unknown reasons. probably my own problem?
Takes a while to sort out route to refill
My China roaming VAS data isn't shown at all in the app. My local HK data is also not accurate. I can see my actual local and roaming data values only if I use *#130#. I've subscribed for the local and roaming data for over a week now. If I can't rely on the information shown in the app this makes the app useless. This app's design and functionality is very bad. Convoluted, messy, pointless and useless features. People want this app to manage their mobile plan, but it fails at this the most.
It has been more than a year since I noticed that the network seems so slow. I have to use my wifi to download or install apps. Most of the time video or pics won't open. It wasnt like this before.. i shouldve not renewed my contracts. Also, the live chat is taking too long, 30 mins and still no live agent. I rarely give bad ratings but your service now kinda pisses me off
The amount of ads is unbelievable. Why are you spamming your customers? You're not providing a free service. We pay our phone bills. You need to get rid of the pop up ads. They are intrusive and consume time/data. I am seriously considering switching to CSL over this. Their app is ad free.
Too many useless toy features and not enough focus on the core telecom settings. While it is nice to show off the company has !metaverse! !NFT! !avatars! !cute themes! but for most people there is no reason to open the telco's app other than to check the usage and billing. The UI is designed for kids and not really usable by older people.
Got their My Sim card and tried to register to see how my much data is left. The registration process is as complicated and difficult as applying for US citizenship! What the heck?! After running around, clicking "Forgot Password," which I did not forget but being told "invalid," still no use. Click on Help was of no help either. Calling their 12580 was even more frustrating, with repeated loops and no help! Do not trust Telecom to be user-friendly. This is a joke!
the current version started to uploading something unknown hourly without my knowledge. though it has an notification showing "uploading blah blah" but it disappeared so quick that i cannot have time to read the notification on what it is doing. not to mention it drains my battery, i do think my privacy is compromised in that way. uninstalled.
Why does a Telecommunications App track me and update personal information to your servers? Step Counts and other fitness information should be left for fitness applications. MyLink app updates this information every hour or so to your server (including a notification bar alert and chime!) without, what I can find, the ability to turn this off!? The ability to pay your Telephone Bill in the app is handy. However the other 'stepping over the privacy line' things has lead me to uninstall.
Worst experience with a mobile provider. Bought international package and left me without signal in Dubai and other countries. Cannot reach them on their live chat or call numbers. They say they cannot reach me on my number - of course! That's the whole problem. Can't access payment apps or get verification codes.
I rate no star to this app if I can. This app is too annoying. I cannot login at all. I tried to contact customer support but was asked to login their website. Gosh, I was getting help to login via this app, not the website. BTW, the customer support told me that MyLink login is difference from website. How come they just can't make things more user friendly?
There were coupons in my account which u was not even aware of. You need to give some push notifications or some type of notifications to the user about the coupons you populate inside his account on the app then only they ll use it. The app has a lot of contents which makes the user confused. Design some app which is simple and easy to use
The app used to be 5 🌟 however in the last data cutoff, the data usage limit did not work. I put 6GB limit to one of my sub account but he was able to use 17GB continuously. And for couple of days already, I've been updating the usage limit but it is always prompting unexpected error encountered. Logged off/on to the app several times. Same message appearing. Other features are great.
Why it's hard now to cancel the vas service? The data is to very quickly consumed unlike before. Please help me to cancel and reload again. I have 80$ and 50$ to my apps in my two registered sim card. But I can not use because of the cancelation is out now and not available.

I intended to do immediate payment, but the location where it is for do the payment, after I have entered the credit card information and amount to pay, it pops out thank you for setting credit card autopay. I didn't intended to the autopay setting, but there is no area I can cancel the autopay setting.
Not the best app. For example, the pedometer doesn't always work, preventing you from reaping the monthly points reward. I've tried all the support's advice, restarting the app and such, but still no guarantees. If I didn't need to pay my bill with it to take advantage of the coupons, would not recommend the app.
My telecom provider should be focusing on building a good account management app, not throwing in step counts, translation, navigation "lifestyle" spyware. You shouldn't be collecting that kind of information, and this app could be a lot leaner and snappier.
worst experience. customer service is completely unhelpful, paid for 30 days and only got 29 days of data. instead of topping up the sim just buy a new one each month cause it's cheaper. wasted money and sometimes didn't even work
