It's a relatively poor app, but the main issue is that for unlimited packages—like the "All-in-One" or "Unlimited Night" plans—it doesn't show the amount of data used. It would be much better if the usage amount for these packages were included in the package details

It's a real garbage.you can never connect and thy have a kind of proplem all the time.you never can inquiry your account and know about packages you bought.every time I tried to log in,they said:sorry and we are unable to respond due to some problem...

Very easy and useful. It offers very economic packages for internet and conversation. There are great prizes too.

I don't receive login SMS for a month. the app is not working on my phone. I also checked spam but nothing is there.

this app is great but there are some problems that you should fix. some delays, and lagging things, butter the user. when I want to check some information about my internet usage, I face some problems. this app is great, but it can be better

I've updated to the latest version and it's just terrible. First I had an issue buying data packages, and instead of returning the money to my bank acpunt, they transfered it to my wallet in the app itself, and when I tried to buy the data package from my wallet, it gave me an error that the service provider credit isn't enough. after a couple of ours and many other Unsuccessful trials, finally I was able to buy a package data. Also they have eleminated some of the features in new version

I'm very disappointed of this new update. Actually it's far from good. Hoplessly I've uninstalled it to install the oldest version but it wasn't work at all. There's list of errors and app's shortages: 1. It can't be opened and send me error of being connected to vpn or internet disconnection while I have none of them! 2. I've used to manage my internet package by the percentage presented in the app, which is deleted in the new version and I hardly can realize how much internet remained 3. ...

A worthless app, no usage, and doesn't work at all. It's almost week that the app doesn't respond and have no connection to server. Not nlonly I can't monitor my data usage, but also I have difficulty to use my SIM card's features. Cut the story short, this app sucks.......😠😠😠. Damn all developers.

update your app icon to support the color palette. we use color palette for icons and your application won't change its icon color and made our UI so messed and dizzy.

The software is very useful and I enjoy working with it.

Today's my 1st day using this app and it just keeps annoying me! First i was told to update the app after the update when i signed up and logged in it said that there were connection problems!! Then i uninstalled and reinstalled it now it won't let me log in saying the password is incorrect!!! Tried to reset the password annnnd i get no txt msg!!! I guess i was wrong choosing Hamrah Aval...

It doesn't show my active data package on the main menu, I don't know if there is a bug or something fishy is going on by mci. At first I thought I didn't have any active package but when I bought a new one It got reserved yet still no active package been shown. You are the worst, terrible and disgusting.

Dear MCI Team! After updating new version of application I'm not able to get signed in to the app from more then 4 days and before that it more options of the app was giving error I don't know such a big companies with huge customers can't fix issues in a week. Every day I'm trying the site or app can't get in to know my remaining internet data or balance. Please if you are charging the customers with a big amounts kindly give them a bet good service too.

بسیار بد. همه اپهای خوب خارجی را که فیلترکردید اینم شگرد جدید برای بالارفتن آمار دانلود اپهای داخلیه که مرتب خطامیده.. .. so bad, You get the internet that you paid for and it is delivered with these terrible and very slow speeds, and you also filter all the good foreign applications. Now, in order to increase the download statistics of these programs that we had to install, it keeps giving error messages so that we have to install them again! You really took off the dress of honor completely.

this app suddenly stopped working during the update, I reinstalled and installed few times and the download was extremely slow and at the end I was able to open the app. however you need to confirm your account by typing your phone number and requesting a confirmation code from the service provider but each time this message appears: خطا در پردازش this app was working just fine but now it is useless and awful!

I'v been using this app. since its very early versions. It can get much better if its developers intend to, but regarding the fact that there arent much opponents in this field, they are still acceptable. Best wishes for this people.
