I had ordered a product and wrong product was delivered to me. On the same day, I requested for return and posted the images of the product as well. After multiple follow up, My request was declined after 10 days and they closed return window. They are just trapping the customers like this. Really disappointed, this was not expected from Myntra. Very poor services. Will not recommend it to anyone.
My experience with myntra was the worst . The worst thing about myntra is their return policy . Somehow I wanted to cancel my order immediately after placing it , it wasn't even shipped there wasn't any option for cancellation. Then I tried to contact with the help centre, they said cancel it when the product would delivered so I waited but when I got that product , the delivery agent told me to return it , the agent didn't cancel the product . They also didn't refund my WHOLE amount.
Their return policy is the WORST! Pickup agents are apparently from other courier services. The app doesn't show contact of pickup agent when they're out for pickup. Customer care is totally useless, cos they don't know/aren't allowed to give their contact too. In my case, the agent didn't call me even once and cancelled my return request after two attempts, and I have made the request again and again 5 times and it has failed every single time! Edit:Got my refund finally. Still no pick up!
It's a good app but the customer support system is just trash. I could only say that Myntra should either change their delivery partner or should have a better control over it. It gives you tracking on your order but you can't do it. My order was delayed and when I tried to track it, no response. No update on when it will be delivered. On raising complaint, it showed out for delivery but the still I'm still waiting for my order for 3 days. If not today I'm mailing grievance officer straight!
The user experience is gradually decreasing in its quality every day. The interface used to be much better previously, we were able to find the similar products, same brand products easily. And neither the filters work well. Their customer services are worst. Everytime I order, there is always atleast one issue, and return exchange will be a headache for like a month and you will have to wait forever for returns. Quality is degrading. It used to be much better, Disappointed lately.
Everything is good but the problem is when I order something, then I am given a scratch card in which we can a get a certain amount of Myncash for our next order. But what is happening is whenever I scratch that card , it shows me " Better Luck, next time". I have ordered many things but it always shows this and do not give me any Myncash. How much my luck can be better? is it as that worst. Maybe there is some issue in scratch cards.

The Myntra app is not opening at all. Every time I try to open it, it either keeps loading or crashes immediately. This is extremely frustrating, especially when I want to check orders or shop during sales. I have tried restarting my phone and checking my internet connection, but nothing works. An app of such a big brand should at least function properly. This kind of technical issue ruins the shopping experience. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Very disappointed. 👎
i am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. My order has been marked as “Delivery Failed” multiple times, but I did not receive any call or delivery attempt from the delivery executive. I was available at the given address, and my phone was reachable the entire time. Marking the order as failed without even contacting the customer is unprofessional and unacceptable. Kindly investigate this issue and ensure immediate delivery of my order.

Pathetic customer service. You have to go through a maze to find out on the app to request for a call and it doesn't end there, once you receive a call, you have to figure out for 5 min about which option to select so that they connect to the HUMAN agent. By selecting appropriate option they just give the automated response and we just go around. So frustrating. The products are not being delivered by the promised date.

It’s extremely frustrating to wait for something and then have it cancelled at the last moment without proper explanation. If you can’t deliver the product, don’t confirm the order in the first place. This kind of service is completely unreliable and a waste of time. Very disappointed.

Myntra is running an online fraud. I have escalated the issue multiple times and every time they asked me to wait 2-3 business days for an update. For the last one month, I have been waiting for my order to be delivered. Ironically, the have products listed on the app but in reality they do not have the product. So they take money from the customer and harass them by not delivering. Also they force the customer to cancel their order and in the meantime they keep the money in their account.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the repeated cancellation of my orders by Myntra. On multiple occasions, my orders were accepted and confirmed, but they were cancelled shortly before delivery without any valid explanation. As a regular customer, I expected better reliability and transparency. Repeated cancellations have affected my trust in the platform. I request a clear explanation for these cancellations and assurance that such issues will not continue in the future.
Very very disappointed with this app honestly. I ordered a black leather wallet and I just didn’t like the quality at all, the pictures looked way better and the actual product was not worth it. So I placed return normally. Then pickup person came when I was NOT at home and now suddenly they are saying I received wrong product?? What wrong product?? I received correct wallet only I just didn’t like it. Because of some confusion at pickup now my return is on hold for 4 days and nobody is helping.
