I was happy when I saw that Primerica FINALLY got an app. I logged in once and then the app no longer allows me to login and defaults to asking for a PIN, then causes the screen to flash back and forth -- leaving me no choice but to shut down the phone and restart it. After several attempts, it's clearly a bug so I am uninstalling the app before it compromises my device. Very dissapointed by it. Primerica has never displayed high tech capabilities with their website or a workable app.

It used to work well but it hasn't been letting me log in for the last several months. I've tried deleting it and reinstalling it and it won't even load.

It didn't populate all my accounts, only my health insurance. Called support and got nothing but arun around for 2 hrs. Not happy. Update, I called the number and NO HELP. My broker called and got the issue resolved and it's now working and populating my accounts.

Nice looking UI and the app itself is pretty quick while switching between the different sections. I like that it has all of my important documents and accounts available for review and downloading.

App is garbage. I can log in on a computer but the app doesn't recognize my user and password, even though I set up access through the app

Unique, very easy to use, ability to get things / documents easier.

After update app doesn't work. Just keeps trying to load, but never does.

Super smooth app. Glad our clients are able to have their own app now

Didn't recognize my password and number of steps to change it was horrendous.

Love the rollout so far - interface is clean and smooth with all the features of the website

The page never loads. I uninstalled the app going to see if that works.

Love the ability to view and make changes directly in the app.
