myQQ – Quick Quack

I asked numerous times for no tire shine and they did it anyway, leaving armor all residue even after I wiped it down, to splatter all over my graphics on the sides of my truck. I'm very disappointed and needless to say, my truck will never be going back to Quick Quack again!!

I bought this because of the grand opening sale, first few washes went well, the one before today's broke my license plate frame off, no big was the dealer plastic one, but the metal frame I replaced it with snapped off too and I saw a long, wide dirty streak on most of the passenger side.

every time I try to use the app or web portal the server says it cannot find my account. I have to reach out to customer care and deal with it on email, phone or in person. the app is useless.

Customer service is not picking up. The app isn't helping for changes to my license plate. Series of poor services continue.

one of the carwash places destroyed one of my tires while going through the wash. Reached out multiple times with no response. Very unsatisfied.

Meh. The attendants look very professional but that's about all there is to it. There's really no amenities at this car wash. No mat washer, no glass cleaner and the towel station is too tall for us short people. Also, I've just tried the $9.99 promo for the basic monthly package, but it doesn't even dry my car very well on the way out. Not impressed.

too many problems. The website doesn't work anymore. Support sent me to the phone app. App won't let me create an account or log in. It keeps sending me in a loop. The Service line had to make needed account updates because the app is a mess.

Great experience visiting the location on Bell Street the crew led by Dez are amazing and they do their best to keep everything running smoothly 👍🏿

My first car wash, very nice wash. I had to shammy dry a little bit. Very glad I got a membership I hate washing and waxing my vehicle.

not to Happy every 3-4 Months they raise their price started at $60.00 now going to pay 80.00 one more increase going to close my account and going to compensation

Removes your license plate before dust. Customer service is hidden in the app. No refunds. Cashapp of car wash services. Beware.

Always leave with excess water on the vehicles when exiting the wash. sure would be nice if they offered dry towels instead of wet ones. it's hard to dry a car off with a wet towel. Would not be so bad if the if the blowers actually blew off all the excess water.

can't contact customer service. I got in on a promo last month and expected to only pay $18.99 again this month, the same as last month. but I was charged full price this month

Easy to manage subscription and make changes. Great deal and good service at the local car wash locations!

I like that my membership allows me to go to any of their many locations for the same great wash, vacuum and wipe down.

Terrible customer support. Talked to an employee to get one of my cars removed from my subscription and my card changed cause I had just got a new one. Somehow they messed up and I ended up getting charged on both cards. Emailed customer support , sent pics of bank statements and they said to call. That's all, nothing more. Call for what ? Nah I'm good just cancel my subscription. Thanks for nothing "Bella E." from customer support.

Love the full package and it leaves my car shining all month. they're serious when they say unlimited.
