Three stars for the information being there. Minus 3 stars (let's just say I rounded) for an absolutely broken user experience when trying to pay a bill. Even after logging in, the app couldn't show me a bill without a 15? Digit bill number. So I chose the option that I didn't have it. Then it required my birthdate, zip code, and either (an email address or phone number - either of which had to be on file with them) - so that they could send a verification code, which was never sent to either.

The new design makes it hard to check multiple locations at the same time. The old way I could easily check all the locations at the same time to see who had the best time for me. Now it takes 5 times longer for me. Also, I don't have a computer/laptop or tablet and this new layout is very hard to view on a cell phone. The app just loads the website, so why take of space on your cell when you can just save the website. There is nothing different between the two.

This app sucks. When you try to set up an account it accepts your email and password. It then tells you to login. At that time it says the info is already taken. I've tried 3 email boxes and multiple passwords and it just doesn't work. Totally useless. They don't reply to chats from the app. They have no way to call off the app. It appears there is no way to make a secure payment. Also most employees have an attitude that they don't care.

Completely useless app. Worked the first day I set it up with no problem, but IT NEVER WORKED AGAIN. It failed me at my doctor's office, failed me when my test results came in, and failed when I tried to set up a new appointment. The app relentlessly crashes, freezes, or tries "loading" endlessly. I just opened it, logged in, and was asked to write a review, and anyone want to take a guess what it did? Exactly, it froze and failed to work again. So here's your review. Now, I'm uninstalling it.

Login info doesn't save. Keep having to enter it over and over. Birthdate selection sucks. You start at 2009 and there's no way to skip 1 year back let alone 10 or more so it takes forever and you can't input numbers yourself. You have to select from the calendar. Appointments default to afternoon. If fasting this is silly because most will want to test in the morning but default. App keeps nagging me about an update but there isn't one available. Janky af app. Please fix the bugs.

Every time I open the app, it sends me to update the app, with an iron to open. There is no update. It's an added step to open the app and view your results. Quest can not be reached by phone. Their chat is a useless chatbot. There's no option in the app to print results. There's an option to fax the report, the imaging is poor and unable to read. There is also a security feature built in, no screenshots I need a specific result sent to a third party and I'm unable to do so.

Utter dogshit. The app, and the web portal as well, require you to answer security questions to set or alter your information. However, the questions are computer generated, which is to say completely worthless even if they do work, which for me they did not. Just a series of addresses, companies and etc that I have never been to with, and when I selected the "not associated with" option, appropriately, for every single one it failed the verification. Repeat until locked out for 36 hours.

Trying to input date of birth was aggravating. Instead of just typing in the DOB, you have to use a calendar. On mine the year 2009 was at the top. I pressed the year but nothing happened so I started scrolling backward month by month. Being over 60 it was taking a while. I decided to try again and a drop down menu for the year appeared this time. NOT intuitive. There should be the word "Year" and a drop down arrow. Then there's no confusion. Better yet just allow for typing in the date

Almost without fail, when I need to find my results when speaking with a doctor, the app forces an update first while the doctor waits, but the app does not update when the rest of the apps on my phone update. After the forced update, I then scroll through many screens of lab results going back 15 years that aren't organized in any particular way. Seems obvious that the most recent results should be on top. Not convenient when I really need the results!

I don't know what it is about this app, but entering my password is always a nightmare. Even with Google 'remembering' it for me, I dread it because I end up locked out and can't re-use a password I'll recall easily. I finally register as a guest, but entering one's birthdate takes FOREVER (not kidding--try it!) If I can't make an appointment on the laptop using a browser, I know it will be a bad experience!

Works pretty good. Makes it fairly simple to schedule appointments and see results. However, it demands location permission every time I log in, even though it clearly doesn't need location to operate just fine, including choosing a site, especially since location has nothing to do with my results. It also doesn't have a "remain logged in" function, so it's only slightly more efficient than using the website itself, which won't pester me for my location.

App is ok but even though I make my appointments in the app, my results do not show up there. they say you have a bill but you can't just ho into the app and pay, you have to find the bill and enter a billing code/invoice number to make a payment. Not a true full-service app. it provides the portal but it seems you don't truly have an account to access and perform all customer service items like view results or pay bills.

I appreciate being able to schedule appointments on the mobile app. It was better when I could also check in from the app, but this stopped working well then stopped working altogether. I'd like it if the bugs could be fixed & this feature returned, but I find the check in kiosk usually works well. The kiosk would be better with a shelf to rest my purse. It is awkward to balance my ourse, find and manipulate cards, etcetera.

This app is a real pain in the arse. In order to enter your birthday, you have to keep pushing the < key to get to the year you were born! Thank God I was not born in 1940.. It would have taken at least 10 solid minutes to get to that year. This definitely needs to be changed to streamline the scheduling process. So frustrating, it also kept trying to schedule me in a location that was 20+miles away from me. After going through the entire process 3 times I was FINALLY able to get scheduled. :-(

App forced me to give it locatiom permissions to work at all (not necessary) and tried to force me to give it precise location when I gave in (VERY not necessary). Then it turned out to be a broken mess that didn't function. Lots of weird freezing and loading loops. It honestly behaves like spyware. I deleted it and signed in from the website on my web browser instead, which they pretend you can't do in order to drive you to the app. Stay safe out there!

Upon registration, the final step is a verification code. But the app kept rejecting the verification code it sent to my email. I tried 5 different codes, which meant reentering all my personal information 5 different times. Really fun. But every time the app kept saying verification code is not acceptable or invalid. So I couldn't even register. So I couldn't use the app. But its a tell tell sign the app stinks if they can't even get their registration protocols to accept a code they send to u.

It would be great if it worked. Only some lab requests and results are visible to me. More than that, some were visible and disappeared. Not all of them appear to have been communicated to the doctor. I have one test that is partially "in progress" but I'm told at the same time that nothing is in progress. The requests from my doctors, under Activity, have no dates & are not marked as "resolved" or similar. So I have no idea if I should schedule an appointment or not or what is active.

This is the most frustrating app I've ever used. It logs me out every couple of minutes while I am actively using it. Everytime I have to type something my keyboard covers it to where I can't see what I'm writing and correct mistakes. Furthermore, I can't add a dependent because the verification requires I upload documents but uses a computer format that gives me no options to upload from my phone. Trying to call them is equally as frustrating.

I downloaded the app to receive a test result, and it was flashing like a strobe light while trying to load, then no links within the app were responsive when trying to click on them. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and same issue. Rapid flashing while the green circle spins, showing it's loading. Then it stops and I can scroll the screen, but can't click on anything within the app. Useless.

Where do I begin? To get the birth date, you have to scroll a very long time to get to the right date. Why not just pick day, month, and year separately? It stopped working on me twice, put in a location I never picked,and instead of just changing location, I had to start all over again. A pop up kept telling me an update was available, yet when I tried to, the only options I had were OPEN, and UNINSTALL. I'd much rather go back to just waiting my turn at the lab, but we must use the app.
