There is a lot of things that could be done differently and make the app more efficient. The biggest problem I encountered using My Registry is when other people are looking at my registry it shows items on the list twice. I synced my registry from Target and that's when I noticed it first. I tried to delete the double items but everytime I tried too, it rerouted me to my registry at Target and it only showed the one item on that registry list, not twice.

A great way to compile gift lists, but requires a fair bit of manual work. The prices don't update live (or at all, really), and sometimes trying to open the link doesn't work on PC, only the app itself. I'd recommend telling people to go to the website and place there, not just using the in-app method to purchase.

app does not allow me to sync my registries from other websites & I've tried everything. Buyers can't see the item's actual price; The price is often wrong & you have to manually change it. If you add an item that's on sale & the sale ends, the buyer won't know & is going to be charged whatever price is currently on the website. registry doesn't direct them to the website, just has a "Buy Now" option that will only show the value that you put it when adding it to the registry, not actual price.

Who wanted AI in a wish list app?! What even is the point of using AI here? The recent update also made the app noticeably worse. Whenever I try to add something, it doesn't populate any of the information anymore. This used to be one of my top apps, but now 1. AI and 2. it doesn't even work right anymore. So now I need to find a new wish list app and transfer all my lists. It also opens links in an internal browser with no option to disable that or open in my preferred browser.

This is a terrible time-consuming app. It won't sync with my other registries, and to add items to the registry is very cumbersome and time-consuming as when you select something, you then have to go back to the beging and re-selct the store.

Absolutely love the app, until it was updated 2 days ago and now it will not load and the app instantly closes. I have deleted and reinstalled but still the same issue.

It used to work great. Lately the scanning part only works half of the time and then it shows a list of stores from different countries. where they use Euros and Australian dollars. I don't know why I am getting these options as my location is clearly nowhere near any of those countries.

It's a very finicky app. When it works it's really great, but then occasionally it decides to forget who i am and start me all over again on creating a registry... Then it remembers who i am and we're back on track. It also doesn't sync perfectly - so a few times I've had items on my registry disappear and reappear on a later date. Some Amazon items don't show up. Despite the flaws I've found the app pretty helpful. It's not great but it's good.

Setting up wasn't too hard. And as you use it you start learning its features. Very useful for making a registry in Canada (QC in my case) and allows importing the item from any store website. The only issue is when it's doesn't load all the data of the item so you have to enter it manually. Takes a couple more minutes but isn't a deal breaker.

It's always been my go to app for making wish lists. But now it's not letting me add my own photos to the list. So when I'm out Shopping in person and see something I'll take a picture so I can put it on the registry. Now it's not letting me have that option and only letting me add from links and online stores

The sync option for one of the websites has been down for days, and because of this, multiple people have bought the same item without realizing it & I now have to reach out to people and ask them to return gifts since there's no other way for me to remove or change items through the app directly. Thanks guys!

This new update is terrible. The ease of adding items to my list from amazon is gone. It wont share properly anymore. I hope this is resolved soon.

been using this app for years and now it literally doesn't work since the latest update. trying to add a gift with the browser share function makes it crash.

Great concept - Not functional. Creating a list is super, but viewing it takes you to the website and requires you to log in again

Every time I open the app, it automatically takes me to "Special Offers" where it tries to get me to sign up for emails from third parties. I click "skip," and it'll take me back to the home page, then back to the "Special Offers" page. It does the same thing when I uncheck each of the boxes and click "Submit." It will not take no for an answer apparently. The app will be unusable unless I agree to be signed up for these spam emails from third parties, which I will not do, so the app is useless

Great Customer Support. Great App. bit cant view someone else's list I app, it takes me to the web.

EDIT: weeks later after uninstalling the app and reinstalling, the app is now just crashing every time I try to use it! This is after numerous chats with support for my previous review : this app is a complete mess! it doesn't properly track gifts purchased whatsoever. It deletes gifts and support is no help whatsoever after numerous attempts. I've reinstalled it twice. Contacted support 4 times! I wish I could start the registry over on a different app, but it has already gone out to people.

Good idea but feels more complicated than needed. It can't find any details from Wayfair when I try to "share" the page of what I want. It just posts a generic photo from wayfair store and not a picture of the product I want listed to my registry, plus I still have to add in all the details myself. O haven't tried to add from any other shopping website yet.

Stopped working, needed to uninstall and install again. I can't add any more gifts from the stores. The other registry that I made I can't see anymore. Even after I uninstalled and install again, no change. It seems like it only works for awhile and it stops.

I used to love this app, but now when I try to add an item from a browser (ie not Amazon), it can't capture all the details nor can I edit the item later to add more details (like a photo). This app is now worthless and I'll have to find a replacement.
