Worst app in the world. I can't even log into my account, and I c Keep reinstalling, and sometimes, when i hit log in, it takes me to a page that won't even load because it says it's unsecure. When this app is working, it's good, but I can't seem to get signed back in, and I need access urgently.

not working at all. I have updated my phone to the latest version, updated the app, uninstalled then reinstalled the app, cleared cache, cleared app storage, logged out and back in, turned my phone off and on, checked my internet is working, then uninstalled and reinstalled app again. It just says I'm not connected to the internet and won't do anything. Worked fine until today when I absolutely needed to prove my ID and couldn't.

After the latest update, the app has become extremely unreliable. It often gets stuck on “retrieving your data”, loads very slowly, or crashes randomly. When it does open, saved credentials are sometimes missing. The What’s New claims improved resilience and performance improvements, but neither applies—the previous version was faster and more stable. Multiple recent reviews report the same issues, yet no visible action has been taken. Cache was cleared and the app was tested on another device

Personal details wouldn't update in the app. Where I had to previously uninstall, reinstall, clear the cache and relog in before the details would update. Now that doesn't even work. This is now beyond a flawed app, it's now completely broken. They have progressed so badly in development that it is now more convenient to just carry your physical drivers licence with you and check your snail mail for rego reminders. I hope this isn't indicative of South Australia's approach to state improvement.

It can't get the expiry date for some of my registrations correct. Alarms and renew options for vehicles that are automatically paid and checking on the website have 12 months of rego. If it fails at this what is the point?

Doesn't always work. Won't refresh for new check in. Reverts to the previous one and won't close out of it. 25/3/22. Still doesn't work properly. Doesn't always open, then it freezes, and I can't log in. The worst part is, that after trying to open it, it freezes my phone and I have to reboot it. Considering uninstalling it. It's a waste of time. 28/3/22. Thank you for your response, but I don't use it anymore. I've uninstalled it, and re installed it and rebooted. It's a waste of time.

The app doesn't work. It's been more than a month now. I'm not happy at all.. It's been a month now. I still have the same issues. I updated the phone software. Uninstalled and re8nstalled the app several times. Changed phone settings to try different things. All the other apps in my phone work perfectly fine except this app. Very bad experience.

App still won't run or open even 2 years on. My phone is less than 3 years old, has space, and is up to date, but the app just shuts down as soon as it's activated. I've tried multiple times to install. Would rate in negative if I could. -5 stars. Absolutely abysmal. I'll keep doing what I have been, using my browser or signing in manually.

Worked as expected until Christmas eve when app continues to crash. Restarted phone and checked for updates, still nothing. Unable to check in, system has overloaded itself or has given up. Many stores visited don't have pen and paper handy, anyone know an easy fix? Update: eventually began working even though intermittently. Have spent a lot of wasted time in a loop trying to connect vaccination certificate which it states IS attached, complete incompetence at a time when it's needed.

Was a great app... now we just wait and wait and wait for "retrieving your data" to resolve every time you start the app. This takes 5+ minutes sometimes. Time to start carrying old hardcopy credentials around again.

just says "Retreiving your data" but doesn't load? Using the latest version of the app. My guess is the app isn't compatible with the latest Android update.

This is an absolutely crappy app. Does not allow you to login. The tech help was not helpful either. Made me uninstall and re-install the app a few times with no success. Made me change my password and still no luck. They kept repeating that I was the first to have this problem in the last 6 years. Also suggested the problem could be the phone. I use a Note 5. Thank you very much.!

It does what I need (show driver's licence electronically) simply and intuitively. I can't comment on other aspects of the app, but it at least has meant that I don't need to carry a wallet anymore — it works well as a form of official ID that I can display from my phone. My one criticism is that I can't copy & paste details from the app (e.g. my licence number).

I use the app once in every blue moon and EVERY TIME it requires me to sign back in, it never stays logged in like EVERY OTHER APP , this is a hassle because you need to use authenticator and it's near impossible to switch between in time before each new code is sent......RIDICULOUS

Works fine on my Samsung J7, but is very unreliable on my wife's Samsung S7 Edge. On her phone, more often than not it will fail with "An error occurred, try later" when attempting checkin. We've tried Forced Stop of the app, and also reinstall - no difference. What DOES seem to be working so far (fingers crossed!) is turning off Wi-Fi. We have no idea why that should affect it. Of course, this is a pain as she needs to remember to turn Wi-Fi back on to avoid using excessive data!

Tried to login for over a week now. It keeps telling me to enter login details, then it says page has expired and gives me two links to click. One leads straight back to login page and begins a loop. The other goes to another page which tells me to enter my mobile number to get a code sent. I enter number and get code sent. Then I enter code it takes me back to the page to enter my mobile and again, that just goes into another loop. Ridiculous app. Deleting it and DO NOT recommended to anyone!

I'm having the same issues as so many others trying to attach COVID certificate. The endless loop. I think the error may be in the way the code coming from Medicare is being interpreted. The phone is interpreting it as a call to open the Play store instead of calling the mysaGov app directly. Once the store is open you get asked to open the app (which is already open and running). When you open the app via the store, the interrupted procedure either times out or doesn't receive expected input.

everthing is expired and it won't do enything tells me it can't sync credentials has been like this since the new year and can't get eny answers on why. update i upgraded my phone now I don't exist and made a new account and now it won't verify coz there's another email involved

tried absolutely everything and can't login, it keeps looping me through chrome and asking me to reset again. I've deleted the app, cleared caches got a new phone everything 🤣

DON'T TRUST THE REGISTRATION RENEWAL REMINDERS. I had reminders set up, and the right notification settings in my phone, in case I didn't get my paper renewal notice. I didn't get the paper notice and the reminders didn't work. The SA government makes $20m a year pinging people $509 as soon as they don't notice rego expired. This app works well for checking in and keeping a record of registration but use calendar reminders for licence and rego and don't trust this app!
