You will be charged an extra $5 for paying bills (at least as of Feb 2025). The Mobile app has an extra $5 processing fee, use the website and your bill will be cheaper. The app is also slow, and usually just opens web pages anyway. I would never recommend this app in its current state, you're better in a browser.

I have two business mobile accounts and personal home internet. I can see one (my) mobile account no issue. Always have to select "log in" but not enter any info before seeing anything else. The other mobile account is hit or miss if I can see 'daily usage'. Phoned help, they said to manually count my texts 🙈, and had no solution for data used. Can only see summary of bills, not detailed breakdown. Sorry to say but Bell's app was 10x better...

locked me out cause thumb reader is not working. I tempted to use password, first time gives me 30 min lock out. not impressed with. app should not fight you. its 2026 apps should be easy and moving smoothly. not cousing head ach and making some wanna switch providers. Not impressed be. with Sasktel all my life and they ate going down hill.

Had mysasktel app and tried to signin password required characters which I had a mixture of kept saying INVALID plus I needed security what are they talking about. Then got try again later. Had no problems for years before.

if I could rate this zero I could. Quite possibly the worst utility app in the world. I try and sign in and I'm supposed to get a text verification code. You'd think the company that owns the entire cellular network in the province could manage to send a confirmation text, however they can't manage that.

Used to work, now it doesnt. The last update broke nearly all the internal links and anything beyond getting a read on your data usage is impossible. At least it gives you a warning "Some features may not work after recent updates" although it has said the same thing for 2 months now. Methinks they don't know what patches/updates are actually for. Typical SK Crown Corp, "we know it's broken, and we're not going to fix it, thanks!"

Unfortunately, my experience with the MySaskTel app has been extremely disappointing. Since I first downloaded it, I’ve never been able to pay my bills through the app. Every time I try to log in or access my account, I get an error message and nothing loads properly.

Worst TV APP I've used- and I'm 70 years old! (So, worst TV APP in about 40+ years!!) TV connection whenever, sometimes says "I'm out of country"??!! Asks to close, re-open, unplug, uninstall/reinstall - with same results!! Like some kind of TV Lottery- you'll win a connection as the grand prize, every time you turn it on!!

Won't let me select that I agree to the terms and conditions when I try to register. Frustrating garbage. The website is also garbage, FYI. I just called their 1800 number instead, they had everything sorted out in under 5 minutes. Don't bother with the app or the website if you only need one thing done.

This may be the worse app made! Never works! Has been saying "NETWORK ERROR " for months. If this app did anything that it was supposed to do it would be somewhat helpful. Consider getting a new tech team that can actually repair this app. I can't uninstall it because it come default on my phone, I have cleared the cache numerous times but never works.

When my SaskTel updated it tells me to login in and I use my email that I have with u guys, it tells me that it's not valid and to try again and I can't see anything, not when it has to be paid etc, and I kept trying to log in but it keeps saying "this doesn't match our records" etc. I'm getting a little annoyed and wondering how do I fix this??? Never had to log in before but now I have no choice. Please help.

Again, an update pooches this app. Just sits and spiiiiiiinnnnnnnsssss been 20 minutes now... Do I need to delete the silly thing AGAIN??? and reinstall to get it working... Also it used to stay logged in but after the previous update that doesn't happen anymore, have to type the password in EVERY time. Aaaaand, not surprisingly, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix anything...

Getting worse with every update. Haven't been able to log in for two days since updating on 10/15/18. Finally working decently after uninstall and reinstall in early November. 12/25/20 Absolutely amazing. Another update, but this one causes your app to crash upon opening. 30/06/24 After three and a half years of the app working decently I accidently updated. Can't log in now.

Worked better on my iPhone. Switched over to android... Never worked properly since initial install. Always network error pop-ups. Once I hit cancel, it then tells me that my username and password are incorrect. Hit cancel again... And it will actually take me to see my data usage - but won't let me see other devices on my account, nor will it show me billing details.

When I try to pay my Internet bill, money goes to my cell Bill instead. I won't be paying over the app anymore, the app put money in the wrong account twice already. My internet was shut off, because I didn't pay into my internet. I had to pay a reconnection fee, that was not my fault. I'm having troubles with money this year and don't need anymore stress, it will take a month to transfer money from one account to the other. They don't fix the problem I won't be using the app anytime soon.

app kept kicking out when trying to change pin. Also applied to purchase a television channel package but did not go through but wouldn't allow to cancel, add another etc. tried to call Sasktel but you cannot add channels by calling. service through Sasktel definitely has gone down over the years.
