For booking appointment, the search function for facilities is not working. key in correct complete name of the klinik didn't appear at all; key in klinik name or district also didn't appear. Tried by spelling the alphabets one by one also useless. Been searching the klinik everyday but The klinik is not shown at all. This app. is hopeless. older version had no problem, but new version doesn't work.
This app has many many issusince before MCO. Now after downloading, lagi more crashing issues. App developers and dept. should be fired! 1) No data privacy protection in app AT ALL. Eg. why are our personal details & ic no shown everywhere in app? 2) Why in the heck am I required to log-in to my Gmail account/play store to use Mysejahtera?!? 3) The app refuses to search without your 'location' gps activated. User can key-in exact address and map stays a grey box. Hello app developer...it's 2026!
Sometime very unuser friendly. update: the updated latest version of apps even worse . I keep asking to enable location services despite my map is even running live showing my changing location. Without it running, Mysejahtera won't run. completely useless.
Good apps, but suddenly after change my phone all my data is gone. My dependant and no appointment history. Uninstall and install back, still same. Can't logout, I can't do appointment for my child.
Will be more convenient if the appointment booked on the app can link directly to device calendar automatically so less hassle.
i don't why the screen keep on loading and couldn't the health facility near me even though i already type the full name. basically cannot click anything in that app and nothing keluar. without this i can't do appointment. my internet connection is just fine and so is my phone
bagi option for number phone/email log in but at the end still kene guna digital id. edit: haha memang x boleh pkai, page x dpat load pun. dah clear cache, delete, reinstall, but still tak jadi. prgi klinik pastu kena hlau sbb tak book dlam app, jhanam btul
i dunno what happened, I already cleared the storage, ccache data, uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing has happend, I reset a new password but also nothing happen, I need go to hospital rn but with this kind of survice, I dunno what should I do. Please upgrade your service, this is for public benefit.
I can't log out of the application. When I want to log out, nothing comes out and I see that my husband's number is still there to log in even though we have separated the way to log in using our respective emails. Then there are several displays that don't show anything, it's blank and I want to log out and try to log in using my own ID, it doesn't give any response. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this application several times but when I want to open the account information section it keeps

The app keeps clashing all the time. I have just registered an account, but the app keeps saying my id is invalid. After it log-in, it only give me and check in button, when I press it, it doesn't happen anything.... I hope people can do some maintainance on it, you need people to use it when they go into shops, but we can't even use this app because it doesn't function well at all.
Takes a LONG time to load. PGcare was much quicker. After working well for 3 weeks, it now says there's a problem with my camera and won't scan. Yet I can scan with my barcode scanner and go to the browser version. But then, I have to enter all my details each time. I have to take my temperature but there's nowhere to record it! A week after re-installing, it has failed again!😡😡
I reached out to Mysejahtera help regarding a fault I noticed in the dates of the pre-departure form, because it was changing after the form was submitted. After trying several times and because the issue persisted, I reached out asking how it can be fixed. And the response is "fill it out again".... It's really vague, doesn't help much unfortunately... It's not an issue with the customers isn't it). Would love to rank it higher........ waiting for such issues to be fixed
With the latest update, the location detection doesn't work! I was trying to book a clinic appointment like I have always done in the past with the App BUT it can't locate where I really am. It doesn't seem to be able to connect to Google Map. Instead, it just defaults to presumably KL because it keeps listing out government clinics in KL/Selangor. I have to type in my state in the search bar. If I add my district, it gives an error message or unable to recognize it. This is so frustrating 😫
Commenting for a friend. He can't download the pdf when his bosses wanted him to provide it (YES, HE HAVE UPDATED THE APP. Due to his phone app conflict or whatever the reason being; When he click on the download icon, nothing happened). And he can't login on a different device because he can't remember the password. And the absolute worst of all, he can't reset his password. He has continually tried to click submit after inserting his phone number, but absolutely no reaction. Help pls.
Can send the OTP more faster? So slow that need to wait so long. I can't even log in the app also. Keep showing invalid username or password. Refer to the help service, just send my phone to my email. What for. Want to change the password also cant. Keep reloading. Reinstall the app also the same. Use the website. When receive the code, 5 minutes already over. How to login like that
After 2 days, still I can't register. First it said "we are sending OTP", but after a long time (much more than 5 minutes), I received only fewer OTP than the numbers I have tried to register. A few hours later, when I many many times tried again to register, it just messaged me: "Oops, we are sorry! There was an issue loading your page...". I tried to submit a question, it did hang and did not work. I even reinstalled the app, the same problem.
