You can now connect to multiple devices (PRO version only), but only to different models, and only from 3 manufacturers. Connects reliably, and unlike some DM apps you can edit/delete entries (essential for any personal healthcare app). Minuses - it says connected to the Google Fit app and data is imported but it doesn't appear to be imported TO anywhere. And only 6 meters listed (from 3 manufacturers) out of dozens, that will connect. If you don't have one of these the app is useless to you.

No way to mass delete early logs, only individual deletions. if you link your device it downloads everything without prompting you to agree to this. I'm stuck with nearly 700 entries from years ago - prior to me no longer testing for a few years. This, for me, makes this app overall very disappointing. As soon as I figure out how to delete my account and all sensitive data, I will no longer use.

Sometimes it's syncs, and sometimes it doesn't. I've had to pair my meter 6 times and I've only had this meter for a month. Just to add, it's now been 10 months since I complained about this, and it's still not fixed. I complained about this back in April of 2025. It is now February 2026 and I still have issues with this meter connecting. I'll just remove this app and log manually like I've always done. It's just not worth the headache.

Awesome app! Works seamlessly with my meter to automatically import my results, via Bluetooth, straight to the app. l can then go in to make notes about the test. (i.e.: fasting, before food, after food, etc.) It allows you to add data for any meds you are taking and info about them. It also allows you to create PDF reports of your results for yourself or your doctor. You can set the To/From dates for the report. It works with all the name brand meters I could think of!

I think the issue is resolved, but it was a major hassle. be warned when you see the option to update account, you can get stuck in a loop where it thinks you are creating a new account and just keeps repeating this. Also your old data will appear lost. This required me calling customer service and working with them for a good 20 minutes to get things on track and have my old data loaded.

I was really enjoying this app until your latest update. Now. Not so much. Every other time I open it to log my information, it has logged me out and makes me re-log in. I don't have time to mess around being forced to login multiple times per day. it's frustrating and annoying. If it continues, I'll just have to switch apps to something else. Being a diabetic who is forced to poke themselves over and over all day long is bad enough. Having to continuously log back on to the program is too much.

Keeps pestering you to login again, or verify email again, or whatever, making the app a lot less useful than it could. Another annoyance is that it cannot compress the graph to "day" instead of "hourly" - I measure the sugar only in the morning so I only want "daily" tracking. And the annoying of logging you out is something... oh, did I already mention how annoying it is ? It can be lessened to a short extent by the use of a password manager which can fill in but still, not ideal.

Ever since they "upgraded" my account it has an absolute nightmare. It starts with not being able to login to the account, so the app won't accept any data from the meter. After trying many password resets, and contacting support (who then said someone would call, but never gave a timeframe of when that would happen, so of course when they called, I wasn't anywhere near my phone. At least they did call I guess.), I did manage to get logged in. However, a huge chunk of my old data was gone.

This used to be a great app for tracking blood glucose & related. Simple, easy to use, reliable. Since it was bought or otherwise became closely associated with Roache Pharmaceuticals, the logins & email verifications are endless. 3 - 5 times per day, even when the "trust this device" is checked and using the device on the same home wifi. There was not an option to continue using the app without creating a Roache account when the change occurred. Looking for alternatives.

changed significantly, and not for the better The app itself, once you're authenticated, works fine. However, the relatively new account system leaves everything to be desired. Now, I need to be completely authenticated to even use basic functionality, and it keeps logging me out. Worse, it looks like 2fa is in place, and when I took my dinner injection, I couldn't even access my records to log my insulin usage. In short, this application now is locking me out of my data. I am not happy.

This used to be a good app, not now. Since the last update you are now required to sign in. Don't remember the password and tried several times to reset it. Won't let me reset it, call support which so far has been no help at all. Sent to a higher support to see if they can help. Now the waiting game to wait and see when they will get back to me. Took something so simple and made it a pain in the A$$.

There is no desktop app to go with this app. Generating reports would be much easier if there was a desktop app. Also, they make you create an account with your email address. If you enter uppercase characters, it will tell you your email is invalid but will not tell you why. It took a while for me to figure this out. BTW: The Internet standard for this 100% supports uppercase letters. The app requires notifications to export a reports, this is totally unnecessary.

excellent connectivity with my accuchek, an option to remind you to recheck, easy selection of icons/emojis regarding how you're feeling etc, and space to add text notes. has carb, medication, activity, weight and blood pressure tracking (manual entries) as well as an estimate of a1c contingent upon consistent use. has the ability to produce and share reports (PDF) and an easy to read summary of each day on screen. overall excellent app

Used to be super seamless and streamlined to use, but now that an account is mandatory, it's significantly slow and clunky. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if it didn't just randomly log you out every day or two, and FORCE you to go through a really slow log-in process... just to spend five seconds doing the thing I've been doing for years without needing to log into an account. Plus now when it decides to log me out, my DMI gets reset as well, which isn't the biggest deal, but just why?

I've used this app for a few years now. Worked fine until a few days ago. Data wouldn't transfer. Unpaired then paired again. Still didn't work. Restarted phone. Then it worked. Date and time are incorrect. My settings for date/time are turned on. Every day now, data won't transfer. Sometimes won't pair again. UPDATE: Support came through. Needed to make corrections in a certain order. Fix date on monitor, test sugar level, lastly transfer to app. All is well now!

Since app and feature update, MySugr app regularly says I have been "logged off outside the app". This is happening even though I have configured the app to run in the background and my phone has been continuously online. I must then go through two-step authentication to log into the app again. Requiring the on-line login (at arbitrary times) to use the app locally is unacceptable since I need to use the app when I may not have cellular connection.

5 years ago, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I'd been using a One Touch Ultra until about 3 months ago when my insurer (BCBS) stopped covering it due to expense👹, forcing me to switch to Accu-Chek Guide. I had nothing against it, except now (the last 10 days), this app refuses to open but for a half second or so! I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling it. Nothing works! On top of that, after I reinstalled the app, the meter can no longer transfer data!

Frustrated and Disappointed. App is no longer allowing me access to my account. My glucose runs extremely high and it used to be reliable, but recently it's not. Sick of the unreliable access issues, resetting passwords and extremely frustrating that it appears to happen when I need to check glucose levels, especially when I feel ill.

This free app keeps track of readings and allows me to figure out how changes affect glucose measurements. the giggle thing takes some getting used to, especially when in public taking readings. I like that it gives me an A1C notification, and it actually works with my choice of accucheck. I'm not sure if it works with True Metrix Air yet, but I'm hopeful. Money is tight and trying to stay healthy.

Tech support, might as well say it's non existent because even though they respond, they don't seem to read your question. I provided the version status, phone information that I rebooted etc. They respond with an obvious script that tells me, among other suggestions to clear my cache. This didn't help when I reported that it didn't. I get more nonsense.
