myTV SUPER - Watch TV and news

The connection is very unstable and often stops with remarks .. "watch later". Called the help desk, the problem persisted. What's good of fantastic rich content!

Please include English subtitles, then it will be worth it for me to pay the subscription.

In order to try to fix the "unable to open/freezing screen and unable to proceed further, I had been Installed and uninstalled the app every few months for few times since first time I downloaded it which had been so inconvenient and annoying!!! The technical problem occurred again yesterday so I used this "method" since yesterday for few times, it still did not work, guess I need to give up Please fix it, tvb I T. staff!!!!!!!!

Everytime after the ad, the screen frozen and was unable to continue, sometime even when the ad start, it takes long long time to load, it force me to quit and restart the video. It is hard to watch the full video in a single time slot, wasting lots of my free lunch time to restart, reload the video. Please fix.

Version 6.4.3. Rubbish app!! Played programs will get stuck after showing advertisement. App ask for too many unneccessary permissions which is an intrusion of privacy. After some use, you will find the app is storing over 1Gig data of "user data", hogging the memory resource of the phone/device. All red flags!!

Sound is very low even the volume is adjusted to its maximum. Take a very long time to load an advertisement and always unsuccessfully to play the program after watching the ad. I can tell you. The ads are the bugs of your app. Rubbish app!!!

The Application needs to calm down, the advertising pop up is not convincing for old users to resubscribe, also please upload better videos quality, it's like watching 480p even when choose HD quality or usually it is not bad but sometimes it's like watching boxes. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS A GREAT APPLICATION 👍

I don't wanna give a single star to this app, but it's defaulted to give at least one. I mean, why they need to get access to MY PERSONAL MEDIA FILES/ CONTACT/ ETC. to provide a TV service? It's ridiculously insane. U are forcing people to withdraw from watching your programs. Could the admin of the app comes out and explain this? Thank you.

What is wrong with this app these few days? No problem to load their pop up ad, but once i chose the drama I wanna watch, it said error and pop me out of the app. Watching 1 drama, I was popped out few times!!! It is so frustrating. Come on! I dun mind see ur ad, but let me watch some drama for god sake!

a pop out asks me to update the app but there is no "update" button available when im directed to Play Store but only "open". it kept me directed between the app and Paly Store endlessly. I just wanna watch the news at 630. its getting worse and worse everytime after we get the app "updated successfully". TVB, you have too many staff oppose to your company political stand la. Your I. T. staff is screwing your business deliberately.

It's greed that TVB is showing, as a subscriber of a paid subscription, you bombard me with ads, remove the rights for something as small as screen cast. Your set top unit sucks, it always crashes and now you remove users the chance to run an ads infested stable app release. You deserve to go down hill as a company that only focuses on greed.

Don't know what TVB is doing but today's update (11Apr) killed the app. Stuck on startup screen for more than 5 minutes. Force quit and restart phone does not work. I am now paying for a service that I can't use!!!!!!

This app requests too many permissions! I don't want my data to be used in nefarious ways. It's irresponsible. If this app is sacrificing our privacy for the sake of more data, then I won't be using it. I hope the developers seriously consider the privacy issues of their users and limit the scope of their app permissions.

Rubbish app. I can't see the video on my TV. Can hear the sound, can see the app interface, can see the advertising when I open the app but the video shows only on my phone, not on TV.

Why it needs a GPS for location? And nowhere is the location data guaranteed to be confidential. This app cannot compete globally nor the content is in any sense attractive or competitive. It should have a -5 stars rating if it is possible.

1) Keeps stopping on Android 10 (and below) devices without saving login credentials; 2) Cannot customize notifications. You're sent imminent show-start notifs as well as uninterested promo ones; 3) Loading time much too long.

Yes, while watching ad is a given, but ad on almost every click we made is way outta control, just too annoying, and seriously affecting viewing momentum

Was fine, but recently no pictures, just audio when playing live TV or playing free program...Ad can be seen though, only program is black screen with subtitles...weird

this app keep wasting HD memory. It can take 15gb if I didn't delete app data by myself. While, onxe you delete the app data, you will need to find your acc/pw to login again.

Difficult to open the app since my last update with this app version. Either no response or too slow to open with the Samsung android phone. Hope this can be fixed ASAP
