this was a great app. easy to navigate, had everything you needed to know about your device, use tracking, like it had everything. but recently it asks me to sign in every single time I open it (to find my vape that I've misplaced). like what's up with that?

I have to say I'm pretty surprised this works so well. Usually companion apps are cheap Indian developments, but this is actually working as intended. Props for that, I'm switching from elfbar to vuse now. Finally a company that understands that customer service goes a long way!

whenever I lose one of my vapes I have to make a judgement call on which will tale longer: continuing to look for it or trying to open this bloated app and navigating to the most useful "find my vape" feature. PLEASE make a widget or something with just this feature since you all can't figure out how to make an app run well.

app continously freezes. I have 2 devices all the same model. its frustrating to try to select a particular device to no avail, the app just won't accept your inputs. Further i have used multiple chargers appropriately rated to the device spec. charging the device is frustrating and inconsistent. at times it charges perfectly at times it just won't charge and throws charging errors despite using the same charger. reaching the end with the frustration of owning this device!

Overall pretty good, I really wish there was a way to lock the device buttons while still being able to use it as no matter how I hold it I almost always seem to turn it down accidently. I would think that a device that fires off of inhalation would need a lockout feature.

Hate this app. throws out an error, freezes, then crashes. contantly locks my vape. Have to open the app to unlock my device constantly through the day. I'm already looking at an alternative device from other brands due to this app's constant need to lock my device.

Haven't been able to "find my vape" for months, the sound or vibration is not going off, when I press "ping device" it stays yellow, meaning it's not activating the ping. I actually lost mine while I was sleeping and I pulled everything apart and can not find it... on the app I can still change the cloud control and see the battery percentage, but no ping.

This is so unnecessary 🙄 Things were fine with the old devices without Bluetooth. Now I have to enable Bluetooth and Location on my phone just to adjust to it's highest and drain my phone battery. Even the smoke cloud at the highest isn't as strong as the older devices. Total waste of money and time on my end. Waste of money and resources on Vuse's end. If it ain't broken, don't fix it !

So SLOW. Sometimes the app works fine and other times it's just awful. It takes like 3 minutes to respond and then another 3 minutes to load. It's so painful.

Before Vuse changed their pods I would have given them 5stars. Since the new pods, the noise, the flavours are not as nice and the amount of faulty pods that cannot be exchanged at a Vuse stand because the wholesaler will rather the client keep a slip for every box purchased allover. It's a Vuse pod that clearly doesn't work and Vuse you are most definitely aware of this problem, so make it easier for your clientele. My husband and I are done, the market is luckily flooded with 👌🏽 choices.

The app is amazing when it works. Absolutely love the Ping feature, I know I'm not the only one who constantly puts their vape down and can't find it a min later or falls asleep with it and it gets lost in the blanket lol! But every month or so it logs me out and won't let me log back in unless I Uninstall and re install it and now it's still not even working with that usual work around :(

the app doesn't work I've been trying to log on to the app for 3 months now it always go to create a new pin, when I put the pin in the app then freezes at that point and won't proceed to the next stage! 3 months of the same thing over and over again, I have deleted and reinstall the app so many times only to get stuck at the same point every time!!! #RIDICULOUS!!!!!

The app is not working, unable to get onto the app without it stating an error occurred, have un-installed it multiple times and reinstalled it again, but to no avail. The app keeps running into an error when attempting to create an encrypted code and safe word, and does not allow you to bypass this section before connecting vuse with app.

I hope this app gets fixed as it is actually good for my partner who is trying to quit vaping and the usage tracker has been a godsend in progress tracking. But now the app is useless, you have to wait 2-3 minutes between tapping something for it to actually do what you want it to do. It's very slow, and not how it used to be. Logging in should also be functional in the province of Quebec. QC banned the sale of flavoured vapes and since then, we have had to register his devices in Ontario.

The only thing of use on this app is to set the strength. The app freezes constantly which means you have to restart it. Once restarted, it starts counting puffs from zero. If you are thinking of buying this device because of the app, rather buy something else. The app in its current form is basically useless. Edit: The reply below is disingenuous as I am not the only one having said the same thing in a review. It's just an attempt to make it look like the company is responding to problems

After your last update, your app is worse than ever, it freezes up all the time and because it freezes the usage counter doesn't register the puff counts unless you reboot and still it only counts the puffs after the restart and all the puffs before are lost. Please fix this. It was so much better before. Great, a response 9 months later, , , Well, now data syncing stays thinking on the screen, and I've done all that you've recommended, still not better
