No way to contact restaurant, spent over half an hour on a call centre who just says they can't contact restaurant, unable to cancel. I know there are worse problems in the world but you should be able to cancel an order that doesn't arrive or at least contact the restaurant, all we wanted to do was try to pick up the order ourselves after waiting for an hour after the apps estimated delivery time and just get told we cannot reach anyone or refund you.

Sad that the app fails to open up at a time that I go to pay for my order and that I cant retrieve my points via my paper reciept. I have abandoned the app and have gone old skool with a normal Nando's loyalty card. Whatever next? The card scanner breaking down perhaps? I cant fault the food and service at any Nando's restaurant, but its a bit of let down, when the company behind this loyalty scheme can't seem to get it right, letting down its customers...or is this just co-incidence? Hmmm...

logged me out and will not let me log back in. sends a code to my email. every time I enter it get message 'something went wrong' then ' your session timed out'

Great for eating in, but the absolute worst for deliveries. have tried different stores and something is always missing. once, the £75 worth of food never turned up. Customer service over the phone read a script, offer no solutions.

The customer support seems to have fewer options available than if you order from one of the bigger takeaway apps like Deliveroo or Uber Eats. Ordered but mains didn't arrive. The Nando App customer support were unable to fully refund the missing order, whereas through Deliveroo it probably would have been automated.

send code to email takes ages to arrive so can't log on. pin marker for driver was lagged out and when it appeared it was about 3 miles out

Easy to order and customise each meal. Makes ordering for a group easy. I wish I could pay with a gift card through the app though instead of having to go to the till to pay that way, hence only 4 stars.

App is difficult to navigate. Confirmation codes sent 3 times but could not log in. Had to force stop the app and restart for the confirmation code to be accepted. Not convenient when you sit in the restaurant and want to order

Trully a terrible app. Decided to use it in a busy restaurant, crashed x2 then froze as I made payment. Bank app notified me that money had been taken but app did not complete order and restaurant did not receive it. Ended up having to speak to 2 members of staff and still couldn't sort so I ended up leaving the restaurant with no order, a hope of a refund, an immediate uninstall and a whole lot of unecessary frustration. Awful experience, stay away and order the old fashioned way.

I went in to a nandos. To collect my free full chicken which i have collected over my 10 visits, i ordered some chips expecting a full chicken with it. I showed the manager the app and the chillies that should of been updated. She said your entitled to it but you need to have them updated on the app or system won't allow us to give it. I am fuming about this. It's the principle which pisses me off. There was a technical issue on the app saying Error occured. Please try again later.

Been using this app and my card for a few years. Now it has logged me out of the app, yet when I try to log back in its telling me to register my card (been registered for a long time). It says I need to click the link in the registration email, which doesn't get sent. I click resend but it does nothing! This worked fine until recently, now it's completely useless. Please sort ASAP!

Love it, but wish you could order the bottles of perinaise in app with everything else instead of walking up to the counter separately.

Works well. Fast orders and keeps you updated on out of stock dishes... Although, nothing should be out of stock... Just saying!

Awful new app. Why not give an option to just show a barcode at the till like Costa rather than have to hand my phone over?! No longer can you tap your order in on the phone so you can remember the family order at the till. Webpage interface is poor quality and lazy programming. If eating here was based on the app, I wouldn't bother any more!

One of the worst apps for food ever made. Half the time it wont login, or cant connect or update. "An error occurred, please try again later" is its popular feature. All it does it track point too, you can't even order food, it just has a link that goes to the web site to order, which is just as poorly designed! come on Nandos, its not that hard to get basic IT right in 2019!

all works as expected for delivery and collection, lots of updates about how your order is progressing. You are now encouraged to use the app when eating in. That makes sense. However, with no update on food progress via the app, and an absent waitress, the app doesn't enhance the customer experience dining in. In fact, it made it worse because when waiting for 30 mins to get our drinks and food, we had no communication. No progress update. Very annoying

Rewards don't work. I cannot redeem the rewards I have. Useless. Also the prices have skyrocketed used to be a nice cheep night out with great food now it's pretty steep.
