TROUBLES!! Trying to register but my phone screen won't allow me to scroll down that far on your face page!

Terrible app, since they changed/updated it a little while back, the app is always crashing, they took away the feature to add the customers name when initially scanning a vehicle in. Whoever decided these changes were a "good idea" of any kind, I hope they step on all kinds of legos.

The app used to upload the scanned VIN to prolink on my desktop / laptop. Now it is hit or miss, mostly miss. It used to save a customer name or number like mileage, and it would show on the desktop list. I used the note section of the new app, but there is nowhere to view it on the desktop

way to go, turned a once useful app into something completely useless. Vehicles entered into the app via vehicle tag no longer show up in ProLink no matter how many times I enter it or how many times I hit the save icon. The new ProLink site sucks too, but thankfully I can still use the old version (for now).

App recently updated and now it's almost useless. It's slow and extremely busy and half the time I can't find what I'm looking for on it. Takes 3 times longer to try to look parts up now. Gonna uninstall it shortly if it doesn't get any better than this. Older version worked perfectly fine.

Do you have an app for regular customers? Very disappointed i can't easily find an app.. Autozone and Advanced Auto Parts have sponsored app adds.. I am displeased. I enjoy my Local Napa. Even the website isn't smooth and operator friendly. Was hoping the App would solve all the problems.

I can usually find what I need. Sometimes the website gets the parts correct, sometimes it doesn't and you waste time and money you won't get back. Unfortunately they don't allow a simple copy & paste, leading to me finding parts on NAPA, then having to find them at other stores to send links to friends. Way to make money for other companies because you're incompetent.

Wonderful app. Extremely easy to use. I love that I can upload all of my vehicles data to assure I get the right parts for each one

Well I use my phone when I'm not the shop instead of walking back and forth through the building and the new website is horrible idk why it's been changed but I cannot get to where I need to get to. Bring the old site back. Second I just downloaded this app and cannot get access to anything. This app is made for people who don't work on cars for a living otherwise we'd have access to everything all technical data and everything

For a month: "SSL certificate error" pops up, then "lost connection to server" pops up. App has rarely ever been able to scan QR codes and entire app is not even functional anymore due to the first 2 items. FIX THIS!!!!

The old app worked better, ever since the update it constantly signs out, it doesn't link to the desktop cite and refuses to scan anything correctly. Everyone in the shop has the same problems so it's not just my phone.

Doesn't link up with our account properly to show pricing and availability at our store, only let's you search by part description, won't let you search for supplies or other items other than parts. App is next to useless, you're better off just using your browser with the regular site.

boots me out after login and crashes, not sure if there's a bug but the app no longer loads. have to use chrome.

This relaunched app is great for prolink users! With your camera, you actually have the ability to scan VIN #s and license plates. Searching for parts in the app is almost identical to prolink on the computer, even has current inventory in your servicing stores as well as their warehouses. And all the information loads to your desktop.

This is very nice especially since it's free. It's simple and integrates with Napa Tracs Enterprise shop management software. It saves time and reduces incorrect vin number errors. A must have for any repair shop.

Will not save vehicles to garage after multiple attempts. Lettering in app is over the top of other letters. Can't search parts because I can't save vehicles. One big mess.

Use this app when I was interning at a mechanic shop, the owner allowed me access his account, I probably am still signed up for it, not sure how to delete this but on the same hand, would like to keep it because it was a really easy way to look up parts. I really like the app though and would like to keep using it, but I am not working in a commercial way when it comes to mechanic work. Can you make the app available individuals?

Bar code scanner not working too good. I would rate it a little higher if you could set a default state. Selecting the state everytime you enter a car gets old.

Absolutely useless. I downloaded this app. And when I opened it to create a profile, it only gives me the option to sign in. There is no options to create a profile.

After the change it's very difficult to use and no notes section available not impressed at all it worked well before . They should put back the old version
