NBC South Florida: Miami News

This app is now just as crappy as everyone else. Just downloaded the update and low and behold it takes more clicks to get to other news galleries. I could care less about watching live tv if the app takes almost a minute to open (every other app is instant on my devices). They really need to think about the casual user who just wants to read news articles and still watches their news on a traditional tv.

Only company I know that presses their app, incredibly aggressively, on you when someone sends you an article link. The link is through the app, itself, rather than a regular URL. And, even if you download the app, links never go to the article you've been sent.

I like this app, except for the fact that whenever I share a news story from the app to a friend, that person can't access the article unless they also download the app. This is unacceptable. The articles should be sent via url not applink. Please correct this in a future update.

FAKE NEWS STATION I have this app in my Samsung plus TV, but it's really just Pluto TV. Anyways, we are in Hurricane Idalia and need as much information about what who where and when.. well, this awesome app wants to do a story about the losing dolphins and there over paid players. The new on this app is from a couple of days ago, and the news is never relevant to current events. I would never get this app on my phone or recommend it to anyone. It's horrible. More fake news

It was OK until the Olympics. Now I get an insane amount of Olympic notifications each day and barely any real news notifications even though Olympic notifications are specifically turned off. It is annoying to the point where I am considering deleting the app.

the ads are overwhelming, and so is the click bait on the news. they post a news clip, and when you try to watch it , it sends you to live tv news. It sucks.

Absolute best integrated News/Weather app ever! Each NBC affiliate around the country should adopt this format UI. For that matter any and every news outlet should customize this for their locale. .... I live in SW Florida and Love the weather module and appreciate the focus on the tropical outlook since this is a Miami centric app!

I appreciate how fast the notifications go out, but the videos never open or load. I only ever get to see a title. While I'm on data or wifi, it never makes a difference.

Very annoying app starts playing an ad which you cannot stop. If you click on it to try and stop it it takes you to the advertisers website.

love the accuracy of the weather and the lasted news. I depend of lasted weather and traffic news for my daily commute. even the kids have the app on their for to check for the weather before going on the bus.

Awesome app! I get the all the news, weather, and traffic info I need to get me out the door, and it keeps me updated throughout the day. Wouldn't change anything about it!

The live radar doesn't work when you zoom closer to your location. Regular radar is fine, not sure if it's just me but I I installed and reinstalled app and same thing

1-22-22 Update: wow thank you so much for putting the option to switch between future radar and past loop or have both. This makes my radar experience a lot better. I also would love to include an option that would satisfy radar nerds. Anyway possible to add a Base Velocity or a storm relative mean radial velocity?

Now, with this new updated and improved NBC 6 app. its the best out there, I've tried all local weather/news apps., and none compare. Like the old saying goes " believe, you, me" Thanks. Chl. 6, Miami. Fl. ps. (try it and see)

Lived in Broward. Hooked on the great weather team. Now we live in central Florida and I keep the App because of the accuracy of the forecasts.

Very slow to get around , always updating, with spinning for weather area, same articles for weeks, poor app

app keeps crashing after update!

I keep myself informed on the Miami local news with this app. I initially started using it for the weather, but lately I use it almost every day. Great app!

need to see t.v.schedule for December 31 . Ohio State and Miami football play off

Lots of notices, no real way to get rid of unwated information, app always working, draining battery 😑 😴
