NCPMobile: Shopping Rewards

Nice app. It's annoying having to enter each price. If you can remember to scan as you're shopping that would be better. The treasure chest game is rigged. After 15 tries green keeps getting low numbers. On the 16th try I choose a different color and that's when green hits 1000pts. Customer service is great though. Someone called me just to see if i understood the program and needed any help in the beginning when i first signed up.

This is a great app for earning points to exchange for rewards, like sweepstakes entries and egift card codes! You earn points for each and every shopping trip that you scan in. NOT for purchasing specific products or brands. And the thing that is so great about that is, everyone shops for groceries ... among other things! You can scan ANY purchase! Every.single.purchase. No more trying to get a clear pic of your receipts! NCP makes it FUN too👍😁

I absolutely love being a part of NCP! It is a wonderful app, it's Very easy to use, gives you plenty of messages with directions on how to get around in the app as well as information on sweepstakes they have going on. They give you a good amount of points for your shopping trip scans and plenty of sweepstakes. The only thing that can be kind of a pain is having to scan every item that you purchase. Other than that it is a great app. I can't say enough good about it! Thank you NCP!

I love the NCP Mobile App! I had the home scanner but switched to the app because I kept having lots of problems transmitting the home scanner. I didn't think I would like it as much as the home scanner but I love it so much more than I thought possible!! No problems at all & much, much easier to use....each trip is transmitted instantly even when I have too weak a signal to make a phone call & my rewards are really stacking up. I can scan any trip no matter where I am, no more waiting to home.

I have parted ways with NCP after four years. The app deleted me like I do not exist. I scanned each product for my Christmas shopping on December 20th and after I was done scanning, the app claimed I must log in again. What? I have never had that issue but I will do it. Now my log in is no good. When I select Forgot Password it gives me an error. I sent an email, no response. Too much work!

once I got the hang of this between the mobile app and having signed up thru the website first. now it's much easier to deal with. when it came to scanning groceries, I've learned the fastest way is to have your receipt out, then line up everything with the barcodes facing you but I try to keep a little distance or angle the barcodes away from each other. so that way you won't hit same ones by accident. I scan straight down the receipt so not to miss anything, very organized done faster too.

I've been using NCP for over a year and it's a GREAT app! It's super easy to use, it's easy to navigate, easy to understand, and a convenient way to earn a little extra money. It's not hard to scan the things you purchase, it takes a few minutes as I'm putting things away and in minutes, I'm done. They get the info they need and I earn. There's also fun little ways to get extra points like surveys, games, and contests. Also EXCELLENT customer service the few times I've had to call them.

very easy to use and understand! And if there is something you're not sure about or have questions about their FAQ and also their daily emails also have an answer!! I only thought my purchases from retailers were accepted but i was wrong! Even every gas station purchases and pretty much any and every place you purchase something from counts and should be reported! The rewards points stack very quickly!! My most favorite i haven't gotten kicked out of a single survey!!❤️❤️

it's a little hard to get started. I still dont really understand when exactly would be the best opportunity to scan these whole order; individual & purchased items on said shopping trips. Yall don't seem to have a whole lot of help when to scan all items from a shopping trip maybe a guide using incentives to reward/remind us to remember to scan after leaving a shopping trip would be helpful to also guide the new panel members on the best techniques/ the best course of actions

Very neat and organized. Easy to log receipts and view your points. Well put together rewards system including a wide selection to choose from. They engage often (through your preferred method, I chose email) in case you forget to scan. They are the only app, that has a survey system, I participate in every chance(that says alot if you knew me). Overall they give rewards for something you HAVE TO do, grocery shop. Rewards for SNAP recipients too.

I wasn't sure about this app in the beginning and if it would even be worth my time to participate but my mind has definitely been changed!! it's easy to use, I've only been using it a few months and already have received 2 Amazon gift cards. There are lots of sweepstakes to enter(haven't won anything yet) and if you're consistent with using it after your shopping trips your points add up quickly. That's my only problem is remembering to scan my purchases when I get home. Try it out!!!

Real rewards and straightforward surveys. I wish I could correct a shopping report after submitting it because occasionally I make mistakes. Also, the Treasure Trove feature is nice, but it's a bit deceiving: I never get more than 150 points playing it, but it always shows much higher numbers in places I didn't click to make me think that by chance I just missed those higher points; I think this is dishonest. I appreciate the sweepstakes, though I haven't won a drawing yet.

I work at a drug store and purchase a vitamin water every day for when I'm there. Because of this, my account is locked out of using rewards, even though I've been recording all my purchases for the last 2 months (including online delivery purchases that weren't previously scanned because I need to freeze/refrigerate right away when they get delivered). Seems to me they just don't want to pay out rewards (I hadn't used any yet, but had enough to redeem before they locked it).

NCP outdid themselves. This Mobile App is an "Awesome" upgrade from the "Scanners." Easy to Understand, Read and Navigate. The only issue I have is, "When I buy meats (tray of chickens, hotdogs, turkeys or hams), I don't have the choice of how many I bought, like other items, so even if I buy 2 each, I can only record it as 1 item. If NCP fix that issue, then everything will be Great.

This mobile app is amazing how quickly it scans the bar code. I haven't even lined it up, yet it scans even if it's upside down or a bit out of the green square. It is so fast and a breeze to use. I highly recommend members using the hand held scanner switch over to the mobile app. It has shortened my scanning multiple items at different places, making it a delightful fast experience. No more hunting for hand-held scanner if set down or not returned to its charger.

Kinda frustrating hqving to scan every single item. Then when there was a promotion, I toggled the button to yes abd then was told to select the promotion type, but it woukd never give any options to select. i finally had to justbput the item in at regular price and say no to the promotion in order to mive forward. So there is no way the total i paid is going to match the total for the items scanned. oh and what do you do if something is consumed before it even made it home?

so far so good. I get points just for scanning items when I shop which is only one step more than what I'm doing already doing. I'm sure the cash out is timely and so far it looks to be anything difficult for me to be able to accomplish. if I keep you at this rate I could generate an easy $25 within the next week or so. I recommend it as a seconds form generating extra cash. not gonna pay the bills but I can't complain about some extra, easy, help from time to time. yes!

With many items being purchased online it is so easy to scan! Plus I can scan when on trips and not have to try and remember to do it when I return home. There are some purchases that I make that don't have bar codes, no worries! NCP provides some generalized codes to use and no book, no worries as it is a part of the mobile app. The Spin to Win has been updated to make it easier to use. The Pic & Win & message center can now be accessed from the mobile app as well. Love the points most of all.

I first got the app a couple months ago and everything was great. I haven't used the app in a couple weeks just because life gets busy and I go back on tonight a handful of receipts to scan and lo and behold not one of them will scan. I then try entering the information manually and it keeps telling me that every barcode is invalid. I did check to see if I needed to update the app which I do not. No ⁸t sure what went wrong along the way but it's quite frustrating.

Awesome, if you're willing to put in the work. I get a $15 gift card every month. I scan absolutely every trip which at times is a little time consuming but definitely worth it. Just scan the items you buy and bam you get points to redeem once you've accumulated enough. So yes time consuming but not hard. I redeem for Amazon cards but you can also find other gift cards including visa.
