The in-app search function for rewards leaves a lot to be desired; if I search for a company by full name, it includes various other companies. It doesn't allow you to choose where to send the reward email to, so if you're anywhere other than at the office trying to order something, you are SOL if you don't have access to your work email if you wanted to use the gift card right there. And good luck trying to find your reward redemption history in the app.

Garbage app corporations use for team building and engagement. Used by lazy corporations that don't want to take the time to build a team themselves. Super invasive. User engagement at my sight is non existent. Has the opposite of the intended effect.

You get one star only because I can't give you 0 Stars what a positively unnavigable app with positively no way to reach support of any kind except through the Play store on this location it says go to nectar HR on the web and and hit the bubble on the bottom there's no bubble so that was a lie positively unusable app take it away it's not helping at all

Completely unable to use the app. Will not load after downloading. Tried many times throughout the days. Can not reach customer support. Have to go to actual website for use. Removing app.

Highly invasive, lack of privacy and corporate garbage. Still announced work anniversary despite literally telling it not to broadcast it. No thank you!

The website works fine, but the app has never even let me sign in. I've reset my password FROM THE APP at least 3 times and it still won't accept my password even though the website does. This is ridiculous, please fix this.

It's a good app, has good customer service but the vouchers don't work for the limited options given for Pakistan. Their vendor either does not have vouchers or gives used/expired ones. Getting a resolution is an agonising drag, aimless red tape procedures that get you nothing.

It was a great idea for my work to implement this so you can show your other employees you appreciation when we help each other you get recognized with someone giving you points to spend on e gift cards it's nice,but hard to use for older people.

Nectar is a fantastic way to get your team excited and positive towards each other's achievements in the workplace. Also, did I mention that you can turn the points in for cool stuff? Well, you can! Nectar is a great motivational and bonding tool for the office. Highly recommended.

Lots of good things, but needs some improvements still. Specifically, please fix notifications to actually take you to the relevant post. If I get a shout-out from a couple days ago I have to scroll for two days just to find it.

Company spammed every user in our tennat with a $10 gift card offer for a review. Even better the initial contact required users go reply back to receive the link. And the link seems to require a sign in making the entire think look like a phishing campaign.

The website works fine but the app won't let me sign in and I have rest my password many times. My password works great on the website, just not on the app and it the same password.

I love how easy able to collect & get points. With those points can collect different rewards depending howany points you have.

Does not work or remember you password. Wond send emails to reset password. Freezes constantly. Would not recommend. Horrible.

I can't log in. I don't know why. I keep hitting forgot password and I never get a reset email. I can't figure out how to get in and there's no way to talk to someone for help. What the hell, nectar!?

Nectar as a whole is great; the app, as of late, sucks. Can't even login to do anything after the last update.

Solid app, does the job is supposed to do and allows me to recognize my coworkers on the go!

I hate it. First time setting up account and loging in, my account is locked for 30 minutes. So dumb
