Nedbank Money

Frustratingly bugged. No matter how many times this app has been updated I always have an issue talking to an agent. either it being disconnected or when connected I cannot see any messages received from them and they eventually end the chat. Extremely annoying. Changing banks after this poor experience

Every time I open the app - overview fails to load. Then I must wait. When I try to make a payment (instant payment) I keep getting "Accounts Failed" to load, over and over again. practically I can't make any payment from my credit card or virtual card as the account I must choose failed to open.

Worst bank ever, three separate times they have frozen my account because they didn't update my fica info as discussed with their operators. Now can't access my app because their log in system doesn't work. Stop chasing BEE standards and try to do the basics right. Most of their staff can't speak English correctly. Bye Nedbank

the stupid camera always malfunctions not allowing me to sign in. I really expected better from Nedbank when I contacted support but instead got a snobby person who said figure it out. I can't control that Nedbank's software downscaled quality so poorly that it can't even recognise what it's done.

Useless. The Banking app has never worked. all you get is a "We couldn' complete your registration" we have a technical problem please wait a few minutes.Cant access my online banking at all but can access the Nedbank Id Section. Moving my accounts this weekend. Been calling for help and all I hear is we don' know why its happening. So I am moving my accounts this weekend- being forced to go into a branch now. Its no use having a account and your not even able to access the profile or move funds

I just downloaded the update now and I couldn't make payment. Now I can't login it's requesting I call the bank if the problem persist. I am not happy. The app is not as smooth as before. Updates are supposed to be more convenient 😕.

This app provides with 24/7 365 service with personal bankers. In addition meeting all my banking needs & financial advice & support. Including transactions current, past, investments both long and short term as well as savings etc, payments, digital banking & access to bankers, personal financing at very good rates & also insurance for vehicle, housing, legal, life & extras on vehicle insurance such as scratch & dent, rim & tyre, credit shortfall etc. Brilliant.

I did not opt-out of marketing push notifications to get push notifications about opt-ing into getting marketing push notifications. In fact, I loathe that I am unable to disable all push notifications except transactions I make. As a result, I consider Nedbank communications nothing but SPAM. As a result, all comminications from Nedbank is wasting my time and peace. EDIT: I'M STILL ANNOYED AT THIS

it's a great app to use because it makes things easier wherever you are. At anytime, it's no longer mandatory to go to the bank anymore. The app really changed how banking system used to be. Improvements of Technology and advancing of how we bank this dates really gives people to do other things whilst you are still paying you credit at once.

The Nedbank Money App is fairly easy to use, but what irritates me is the constant glitches. Sometimes, the app just won't let a person log in, no matter if you restart your phone, especially in situations where you are far from your laptop to log in to your online banking profile. The other thing that is really a problem is the fact that one can not see all the transactions that went out of your bank account. You have to wait days for it to show which is a problem. So, Nedbank, please fix this!

I used to be impressed by the app and the efficiency, of late I am frustrated. The app used to allow login without data, that no longer happens. Making life difficult when I am out of the house to transact. I am not given the option to decrease my credit card limit. I only have the option to increase. This means I need to call the contact number each time. 😞 Can someone please assist me with fixing the app so I can transact without having to call someone

This used to be a great app for years, now I can not decrease credit limit on the app and the app needs data to log in. This is actually a train smash for me

User interface is terrible. Unable to see what im typing. The text field is at the bottom, while keyboard covers text field. Terrible for such an established bank

I am not pleased with the service . Lately I haven't been able to gain access to my banking details. There's always a problem and its quite frustrating that yall aren't doing anything about it.

The app is very useful and easy to navigate. But my problem is that it constantly needs to be updated now and again. Kindly fix the update issue then we're good.

I regret updating my Nedbank App. After updating it, I tried logging, but it did not allow me to complete complete my registration, saying I must go to the branch. That time I need to use my App now

Need to change a few things with app. Specially when people don't have data we can't access the app that why I'm giving this rate a 1 star

The Nedbank app ever since I joined the Bank using this app makes me Bank easy. It can change your life and everything in the app is easy and convenient.

I can't log in my account it always give option of putting ID nr instead of password when I put my ID nr it asks for selfie then approve msg but I can't receive a message I'm exhausted

Chat system with agent doesn't allow me to connect for some reason. It was working fine before the update.
