I just lost all my timings with the latest update - just says 'no data', but continues to follow the old (missing/invisible) schedule. It worked well before. Please fix it or roll back to previous version which was fine. edit: now that I've re-entered all my data I use it all the time and it works well. for all my heating radiator thermostats and smart plugs. Automations & timings work.

App Interface not practical to use you have a giant rectangle to loading the camera gives the idea you can touch any spot inside the icon to open the camera but in reality NO, you need to search around luckily after several attempts i found the spot. Also there's no length recording and poor settings recording, very basic. So basic errors that easily could be fixed and improved. Still the same for years how wonder if the app is out off maintenance and development! And needs more speed loading

I have used this app for many years. Automations don't work at all, absolutely useless. There is no option to use 24h clock. The Appa calendar is starting weeks from Sunday, which is completely unacceptable. Nothing is improved ever. Do yourself a favor and do not buy Nedis SmartLife appliances

I have connected a smart energy meter kws-302wf for a month now and now is the second time when the meter appears offline and I can't read the parameters on it. The internet is working, but the device is offline. Does it have something to do that I have this device connected to other smartlife app?

Works as expected. Sometimes it doesn't update/refresh the view properly when configuring timers but I can live with that. At least it provides free logging of energy consumption over days/months/years for free, which is the main reason why I switched to the Nedis Smart Life app after a competitor started charging for it.

Constantly asking for geolocation for no good reason. No way to deny permanently. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE OUT MY LOCATION! I WANT NO CLOUD ACCOUNT! After unplugging smart plug it just gets lost from device list - has to be added ALL OVER AGAIN. During that process wifi name and password has to be added ALL OVER AGAIN. Day 2: While typing the wifi network name, do type real fast, because the field just deletes itself in intervals. Also, adding plug on second phone removes it from the first!

EDIT: Not only is everything still broken, the lights automatically turn off, with no option to keep them on now! Not only are the ads worse, now they broke the app and everything that's connected with the recent update.... Dung heads!

Got the app for my Nedis smart socket. The UI is bad, it looks like an app for something you got off Temu for $1. It did show how many watts was being pulled through the socket, which is all I needed. At some point the socket started turning off randomly causing my PC and other devices to randomly shut off, so I stopped using it. I checked the app again a while later and turns out they locked some previously free stats behindna subscription. I refuse to use Nedis' products or services again.

Apparently someone decided that the scene widget suddenly has to take up two rows instead of one. I just discovered the widget I had was gone. And when re-adding it i couldn't make it fit into the old space anymore. I have no idea why someone thought that was a good change to make when they could just have left it alone. Safe to say that i won't get any more Nedris products if the app is this poorly taken care of.

For now only use it with the smartscale, works quite well. Couple of things: not really intuitive where to find everything, and it would be awesome to add functionality to export the data. Edit: I really have to take e point away. It happens too often that when you weigh yourself, it doesn't get registered in the app. Very annoying. I did buy and install some switches and smoke detectors, works fine, but not in all cases very easy to get connected.

Doesn't work for me at all. Took me a lot of tries to get anywhere, now the device is connected to my WiFi but still isn't visible in the app, but at least its WiFi indicator stopped flashing - that was getting annoying. Can't recommend the app - the heater itself is good, although instead of being a "smart" device, it's dumb as a brick.

Awful experience. Hard to get it connected to WiFi, because of a confusing tiny blue LED, which blinks and you confirm it's blinking. But the right blue LED is actually the whole power btn, which starts blinking later, after many attempts. Anyway, in "automation" the countdown timer rocks: the only way to set the timer is in seconds, from 0 to 86400s! And at the tinyest move, the number jumps by several hundred. Impossible to set a desired value. It seems that this product was developed by AI...

Bought a water valve, doesn't connect. Nedis website says it's an old variant, that's why it isn't supported anymore. Stupid that it is still sold, but the app can't connect anymore. Useless. Website you refer to says 'sorry, no results found that match your search query'. It is made so hard. Reset properly? It has one button. Which you can press (open/close valve) or long press (search Bluetooth) or really long press but then nothing happens.

UPDATE in response to answer: At least let users decide for themselves whether they use landscape or portrait, or is that too difficult? After last update Nedis app now runs only in landscape mode on ipad. I have an ipad mounted on the wall in portrait mode but now nedis decided to force landscape, all because it is a tablet. That is how you lose users. Because of some stupid nedis architect I now have to find another app to run all my lights and cameras. Way to ho Nedis/Tuya

Rubbish - uninstalled it, does not work. It is really good at creating CSV files with no data in them! The Nedis blood pressure device is also hopeless. I hate it. Cannot send data to app, date in US format (fixed), without batteries, everything resets. It could not be less user friendly. Don't go near it! This is my first and now my last experience with a Nedis product.

I have used this app since Dec2024. My experience has not been so good. On the positive side, I do like the ability to change the color of the LED bulbs I am using. Otherwise, I am unable to change on/off times; the app is very slow in responding; it was very difficult to connect with WiFi. Moving on to a different smart home app.

The support is terrible. I need help with the configuration of the products on the smartlife app, but on the support page asks for the product number. What product number if I need assistence with the app itself? Second, the support robot. Anything I type, it says it can't find the product. I write SmartLife app, nothing. I write application, nothing. I write SmartLife, nothing. The store where I bought all the devices say I have to contact Nedis directly. And no one answers to my message

The smartplug cant be installed either using bluetooth or wifi AP mode. I spent 20 useless minutes of my life. Returning this product for another brand. You have to start realizing this is the max amount of fiddle time customers will spent. I have created better onboarding experience myself using the ESP32 and 2 hours of development time. Useless product!!!

WiFi smart video doorbell - great when it works but unfortunately since yesterday I can't view live stream or playback, won't work on WiFi or mobile data, keep getting error messages, I've tried everything but to no avail. Motion sensor and chime working but useless if I can't view the video. Really don't want to do a factory reset as it's a pain to set up. Currently waiting to hear from customer service, hopefully they can help. Edit to reply - I haven't received an email today.
