The app is getting better little by little. I wished it were to be connected to Samsung so everything would be connected and see what the water level would be, what coffee brewed, cleaning and notifications set as well. Updates also need to be improved, whether it was disconnected before the update installation or if something went wrong, why it takes forever to install. But we're getting there.

I can't even open the app anymore. it worked to place my order but it hasn't opened in over a week. A pop up comes up that just says "Nespresso" then the bottom right of the pop up says "ok" and when you click it, the app closes. I had it at two stars but downgraded to one when I tried to email the support email and it won't go through, saying permanently undeliverable.

Agree with the other reviews saying that this app isn't user friendly. They erase your cart after one day and I'm often signed out of the account for no reason. The "promos" they have involve buying 20+ sleeves (which is hundreds of $$$) and getting MAYBE two free. The coffee is good, but not worth these insane prices. Can't wait for their patent to run out.

This app is SOOOO laggy & slow! The items also don't seem to be as up-to-date as the website, which I also find to be laggy but better than the app. For example, the advent calendar had been available for several weeks on the website before it showed up on the app. It's also virtually impossible to change or even delete autoreplenish orders.

Not a fan of this app. It's just not user friendly, it could be soo much better. Maybe cuz the developer is a Swiss company, I don't know, but to me you could start with a click on whatt you're looking to buy, like vertuo pods, then lead you to size or flavors. I don't need accessories or machines hanging out above and especially don't need original pods sitting there when I don't even own that machine. Get rid of stuff on screen customer doesn't need to see.

I feel it could've been more user friendly. Difficult to find how to delete items in the cart. My machine has already been registered, yet it didn't give 'already registered"as an option. I think after spending $110 on coffee, i feel my shipping should've been FREE. Also i ordered 100 coffee only because i saw there was a free gift offer, but then after placing my order i saw the option for recurring orders, which, if i had known before submitting that this was an option, i would've selected.

App frequently cannot locate the machine even after recognizing that it was connected via Bluetooth. Constantly gives me an error even though the internet, Bluetooth, and location are turned on. Also, the app keeps signing me out for no reason. Not sure why this app constantly has issues, but it's frustrating. I only downloaded the app to be notified when a maintenance was due for the machine.

The app is okay, but it works slightly different than the online website. The biggest issue I find, is finding the free sample to add to the bag. It's easier online, harder (if not impossible) on the app. This has been the case for many years. And I've ordered off both methods. When I order on the app I don't get the free samples.

Please fix the website. I don't like the app at all, but am forced to use it. I haven't had problems for the last 5 years ordering online, but in the last year it is almost more hassle than it's worth. Checking out online continually bombs out. Also, still can't order free samples on the app. Can't order free samples as in website. Also can't see shipping method on order status page. Wouldn't use, but website seems to be down for the past two days.

All the emails I get say FREE SAMPLES WITH EVERY ORDER, so I assumed they were automatically included. They're not. You have to add them to your cart before checkout, but you that you can't add them in the app, just directly on the website. That makes the claim of free samples with every order illusory to app users. There's also no way to email for help. Just phone call or live chat.

Great coffee, poor offering. This may be the last time I order coffee through the app. The first order was great, then we've had nothing but problems for the next four. Once they couldn't find it, then when they "did" they promised to rush it over night. Got that order three days later. The second one kept showing in order received (or similar, don't remember the exact wording) again, and had to call. Off and on for the rest of them. Maybe I'll just switch back to the web.

have to go "back" to be able to see the submit buttons. It automatically changed my order from 30 pods to 50 without explaining why. I assume that was a minimum order Maybe?? When you place something in your cart it doesn't confirm it and you have no idea whether or not it worked. again you have to go back to get to the homepage to see the cart icon.

There is always, always some glitch with the app. Before you couldn't pay, now even though there's a new process, you can't set up an easy order. Seriously, this should not be that difficult. Lots of companies, much smaller than Nespresso, have simple apps you can place orders with. Good thing the coffee is so good. But hire some real IT people, instead of the nephew.

The product itself is of excellent quality—albeit overpriced—but it still saves money compared to regular trips to the coffee shop. However, while the product feels premium, the app does not. It frequently crashes and often clears my cart, making the ordering process frustrating. I have yet to place an order successfully on the first try. For a product positioned at this price point, I expect a much smoother digital experience.

The app won't let me place my order. There is a "warning" message stating certain capsules are no longer available. I cannot delete the message. I empty my cart and try again but cannot order anything at all. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and the warning message remains. It won't let me proceed to place my order. This error message has been ongoing since January. My daughter's app and different account has the same problem.

The buggiest app I've ever seen. It contantly signs me off for no reason, so I have to re-login multiple times. It is extemelly difficult to connet to the device, and even after it's connected, it wouldn't stay connected for more than a few days. After that, you have to factory-reset the devcie, then clear app cache and data, and they MAYBE it gets connected again (most often than not it won't).

A nice idea, but not really executed well. It's great to have a mobile optimized way to view products and decide what you want. However, when I tried to place an order (went through the checkout process, shipping, payment, submit, the whole thing), the order was never placed. It just kicked me back to my cart, which still had my items in it. Ended up having to go to the actual site to submit the order. Uninstalled.

I really enjoy my Nespresso machine. One of the features that I loved and one of the reason why I got it was because of the Bluetooth being able to pair with the machine. But connecting the Bluetooth was the hardest part. For some reason my app kept crashing every time I tried to add my Bluetooth. When it finally connected, it wouldn't let me hit any buttons. And now every time I open the Nespresso app it crashes. I guess now I don't really need the app and I'll just take the machine 🥹🥲.

Maybe actually the worst app for ordering I've ever used. While the app has improved in the last year it still has a long way to go. It's slow, the navigation is poor and not intuitive, almost always have issues at checkout with order being inaccurate. Brutal relationship because I love the espresso but the purchasing process is horrendous. Think you can actually redeem the free gift they're advertising? Think again.

Issues from beginning, downloaded App, w/ several attempts to log in with email and password after setting up my account, failed every time. Tried logging in via Nespresso's website with still no success. Did a password reset. I was finally able to log in successfully after resetting password. Strange part of it all is that It showed I had items in my cart when it wouldn't even let me sign in. Definitely bugs to be fixed plus not able to have residential billing address separate from shipping.
