Quality, fast delivery and beautiful clothes! I cannot afford straight off the runway items (but so helpful to see them) ... You can always find new season trends at more affordable prices.. My advice to the mid-level buyer... Make a wish list, check it often and watch for items to be discounted and for Net-a-Porter to provide discounts. My last purchase wound up being > 40% off the "Runway" cost! Shout out!! Great website for high-end retail! Intuitive and easy to find what UR looking for!
A pretty stable app but the search engine is not accurate whatsoever. For example, search "Faux' and 15% will be faux animal material and 85% will be lamb, calf, buffalo horn, etc. I looked into the items to maybe find the keyword in the description but nothing like that came up with any of the items. So, keyword search in specific is not really reliable. Otherwise, easy to navigate and sleek. Thank you.
The app works just about but I installed it to receive a 15% discount as per net-a-porter's ad campaign. Nothing I wanted was included as they have a brand exclusion list the length of my arm which isn't apparent and just led to me frustratingly retrying the discount code over and over. Dishonest advertising has put me off entirely.
To warm up Black Friday or similar promotion season, using technical issues as an excuse to present low prices to attract more visiting, then cancel most of the orders but still dispatch few of the selected customers. Non-transparency, Non-fairness, playing tricks. But of course, they didn't violate laws.
I've had the same account for years. Downloaded the app, wouldn't recognize my info. Set up a registration said I was already registered, tried to change to a new pwd my email didn't work. Each time I try to sign in I get an error on my login info and it's beyond frustrating to have to go through this entire process ev-ve-ry single time!! I saved my login info each time but it doesn't recognize it when I try to login. I get emails to again change my pwd, but it's not working properly!! UGGH!
Save yourself frustration and do not order from this company. I have recently placed 2 significant orders that were approved by my CC company immediately and Net a Porter cancelled them. My CC company assured me that the problem was on their end and all they would say was that they were unable to verify details. Makes zero sense and extremely frustrating. They've lost me as a potentially valuable customer.
Can't rate products poor customer service. I was sold a poor quality product, no help with repair and I couldn't leave feedback to help other consumers. Additional mislabelling of products as sustainable with a short life cycle. Net-a-porter still yet to contact me after assuring me they would. It has been 2 months.
Downloaded the app to get the 10% discount and it didn't work and the app was very glitchy and annoying. Since everything is so expensive on there maybe spend some money on making the app work smoothly. I won't bother to buy what I went on there to now.
Abysmal wait times for returns and refunds, including chats and phone. I returned a $4k order within 4 days but no record in my account. My time is too valuable to be underappreciated. I will not shop here anymore. This is NOT how to treat anyone, especially customers. Stay very far away from Net A Porter!!!
My first time purchase from them, the verification of payment take a bit of time but i still receive my bag, perfect. Delivery is very fast. Customer service is not as bad as the review, they spent time to explain to me. Will purchase again. Thank you customer service team.
I use to be able to view images and recently all I get is a page with '!', when I search and to view anything i have to click on the '!'. Uninstalling and going directly to website. So not convenient!
Always excellent material and made well. The cut of their clothes is impeccable. They offer styles that are both fresh and relevant. Net-a-Porter is my new favorite place to shop! I get so many compliments!
advertised a promo code for 10% first purchase. honestly a first time user with new account made but it just won't accept the promo code. if there were any additional T&C then they should have made it more aware able. truly a dissatisfying experience with net a porter.
The new background on the pictures are distracting and don't make for a pleasurable shopping experience. Not a fan of the app since this change. The way it was before was better.
I like the app, but it can be better. Loading my shopping bag takes a while, it's somewhat frustrating; and a few other instabilities. I hope there will be a considerable improvement in the aftertime. Thank you for creating a safe and secure shopping experience.
I tried looking for the shoe I saw the other time I used the app, I even Screenshot it so I could find it easier but the other time I tried finding it using the screenshot it didn't work but instead showed a different shoe so i tried finding it on Google and I was sent back to this app but it said 'please check your connection' but my connection was perfectly fine, please fix this
they have false information. they advertise that 10 % off if you download the app but they don't say that it not apply to all purchase till you get to the payment !!
I love Net-A-Porter But Really wish if they can at Least give Free Shipping to loyal customers or "At Least" Around your Birthday! The small & Very lightweight items I ordered Definitely Do Not Cost $10 to ship!! =(
the app is horrible to navigate through and trying to checkout I had to reenter my address at least 8 or 9 times because the back button to remove their pop-up survey takes you out of the cart and forces you to start over entirely.
App works okay however I was unable to use the promo code that allowed 10% off. I guessed this was because I was shopping the sale items but this should be made a little bit clearer
