Please fix the pausing issue. I am trying to watch Monday night Raw. I paused it, talked to a buddy for about 5 minutes, came back and it automatically goes back to the beginning. Plus trying to pick up certain times leads to frustration and me deciding just to wait until I get on my computer. Why have an app if it isn't going to work properly? If it wasn't for HAVING to have Netflix to watch raw, I would cancel my subscription just for how poorly the app works.

I do love Netflix. I've had it since 2012 before any other streaming service. I don't have many complaints about it other than the having certain things locked if you're not a premium member, the commercials, and I don't like the game thing. But times are changing and I understand the change. I still love Netflix over any other streaming services. However the commercials are louder than the shows or movies and I have tried everything on my end but it's not fixed so I think it's a Netflix thing.

Netflix has gotten greedy and the content is not worth it. The change to limiting Netflix to one household prevents me from using the app while traveling. Their help page states that you can cast. But their app doesn't even provide the casting option so that you can. If you have a job where you travel often, then you are paying for a product that you can no longer use properly. On top of that, the content has gotten extremely poor that Netflix no longer is different than watching regular TV.

Really close to canceling my account after over a decade of having netflix. The level of GREED netflix continues to display and act on is disappointing. I can no longer access my account on multiple devices. Instead it wants me to add a member and of course pay more when already paying $16 a month. Disappointing and ridiculous. Honestly, I guess this will force most of us to go back to basics, owning physical copies of our favorite TV shows and movies, instead of paying to own nothing.

There are a lot of things that have become annoying about Netflix, but most of those things are annoying about all streaming services. However, not being able to cast to my TV on an ad-supported plan is app breaking. The usability of the service is entirely shot without being able to watch on my TV screen. There's literally no point in having it anymore, I'm not going to watch movies on a phone. Cancelling, this was a terrible cash grab idea for y'all.

I like Netflix, but there's a lot of major issues I have. I think it's kind of ridiculous to have an ad version/no ads version now considering they used to always have no ads. and the fact that Im not able to cast Netflix to my Chromecast because I didn't pay for no ads is stupid, and there's content on here that you need to have the ads free version to watch. and you need to be in the same home to be able to access the account?? stupid. you have some good Netflix originals, though.

When watching on a console, the frames will get pixelated. I have gamer wifi, so I know it isn't a wifi problem. I will close the app and restart it. Sometimes that works but often it'll start with high definition and then 5mins later it's pixelated again. Also, this is the only app that takes 3mins to load fully. I have HBO, Hulu and YouTube. All three of those apps have no pixelation issues or loading problems. NETFLIX SUCKS

What happened to this app? Netflix is NOT cheap. So youd think I'd be able to do the basics. Rewinding, pausing, fast forward, ect. Pressing play on the show you choose to watch. Not the case at all. Netflix freezes or crashes anything you attempt. I don't remember it being like this in the past. Can't handle how big it has become perhaps? I have cheaper streaming services that don't do this. Why keep spending money on this one?

yes they have a decent selection but good GOD. Do not believe their lies that there aren't "that many ads" on the affordable subscription. I genuinely think they rig it to where the first couple of things you watch wont have very many ads but before you know it, you'll be watching a horror film with at least 10 immersion breaking, nod ruining ads. it literally makes it not worth it. I'm so tired of these companies charging so much for the subscriptions.

So netflix allows you to pay extra for multiple profiles on your account. But they've changed it so that all your accounts MUST be used at the same address or they lock up your login forcing you to use two factor authentication and tell them why you're logging in from somewhere else. If im PAYING for multiple profiles I should be able to have them logged in ANYWHERE. Yet another reason to switch streaming services.

Not a bad app... definitely better than some others. One very helpful function I'd like to see added... on your "Continue Watching" row, when you tap the three dots and it brings up a menu, please add the option to "share" from there. This saves having to do a search for what you want to share only just to be able to share it. Also, if I only have one profile on the app, why do I need to keep choosing it? The app should start and go right to the main screen without having to tap my profile.

Content is good. However, I was 90% through watching a show over a few months when it was no longer available. It was not listed on Tudum as a show that was scheduled to leave Netflix in February. Yet, one day it was there. It was gone 2 days later. The show was back a day later. When content disappears without warning, it makes me believe that Netflix is a not a reliable streaming service. I'd rate it higher if such glitches he's didn't happen.

Paid for the no ads tier subscription, still get ads on some shows. Not a baked in ad, a real deal cut the show and insert ad, no skip option. This does not seem to be ad free to me. Netflix support told me showing ads is not up to them, it is a decision by the production company of the show. Paying premium price for no ads and getting ads does not feel like a good deal.

Its like mobile game ads but with film. Its unskippable, multiple ads. The ads are very annoying, you cannot escape them if you dont pay into netflixs GREED. They used to be good for the economy back in early 2000's but now its abt $20 a MONTH and more for no ads. Mind you, its glitchy(for me), lies about being able to screencast, and removes beutiful works of film for the latest movie with Jacob Elordi. A show will automaticlly pause and i cant unpause. It has some great films, though.

When traveling abroad, some downloaded movies become unavailable in new country. I think if I pay for service in tbe US, I should be able to watch all the movies which are available in the US. Also, the is no download option for Windows, so I can't download movies to watch on tbe plane from windows tablet or laptop. Lastly, the prices went up quite significantly.

The app physically controls the brightness on your phone, and doesn't allow you to adjust to past what they deem acceptable. Since half of their shows are incredibly dark, you can't see anything. The irony? They give you directions on how to change the brightness on your phone on their website. I would also appreciate the ability to turn off sections you're not interested in such as games, podcasts, their version of shorts. It's all so unnecessary.

I had Netflix 4 a long time Nvr had a prob I don't care if the price was lowered 4 ads! I DON'T WANT THE FREAKING ADS! would rather pay what I was 4 no ads but wasnt even given a choice. Not once in years did I have a prblm with skipping freezing distorting but now I cant get through a movie without it. not to mention the dumb movie selection to choose from. I wish it was back to how it started where you could choose ANY movie and you'd receive a dvd in the mail or at least as it was 2 years ago

the price is right for the content, Netflix has a pretty good selection, I wish there was an option to download shows they used to have like Buffy and the 100. I really miss rewatching my comfort shows and Netflix is the best place to watch without hassle, like so serious. please bring back Buffy. allot of millennials rewatch that show, you're missing out on the we who specifically got Netflix TO watch Buffy. Netflix is top, honestly. I'd never not, yk?

Was wonderful. Now unusable due to lack of Chromecast. Dangerous for travelers. I pay for my Netflix to be able to watch it on whatever screen I want. I've been able to Chromecast from my phone to hotel and Airbnb screens. (These days most devices accept chrome casting). I don't want to have to bring my own Roku with me when I travel. I also don't want to sign in to stranger's devices! Due to a recent update that is no longer an option. Hoping this gets fixed otherwise canceling my service.

Charged us for an extra person (with ads) despite no one signing up for that. disabled their call and chat support so there is no way to dispute it or get more information on it. They added the charge 1 day before the payment date, then blocked the primary user out of the account saying I had to make a new account and pay extra and see ads. Just part of a pattern of terrible customer service, poor communication, and avoiding responsibility. Ive been using this service for over a decade. Boooo!
