The app works perfectly, except for the simple part that invoices for in-app purchases are not available under invoices. Looking at FAQ, there was an issue in November 2020 "Vi arbejder på at få kvitteringerne ind i appen"! It is now more 4 years later, and it still does not work! It can't be that complicated! If I use the app, I will get an email with the invoice. If I use my visa card, the invoice is available in the app. Please merge it now😃

Used to work and was pretty good, but ever since my old debit card expired and I entered a new one, it forces me to use nemID every time I go to checkout, no matter how many times I re-enter it or reinstall the app, even my friends have this issue. In addition, the customer support chat in the app is also completely useless. That's not to say the actual people chatting are, but the chatroom says it's "ended" after 5-10 seconds, no matter what I type or even if I see someone on the other side is writing a response.

Unstable as all hell. Feels like a constant beta build, with frequent issues of freezing up, losing connection to servers, double or triple scanning products and more. I never know if I'll have to go through regular checkout anyway, since it seems to be a coin flip on whether the app is functional at any moment in time. And so the convenience of "skipping the queue" is lost, making the app nigh pointless.

It works fine as long as you don't use the other Netto app (Scan and Go). Because otherwise you have to spend most of your shopping time switching between the two and wait for the "Scan and Go" app to boot up and detects camera to scan barcodes. Really impractical. I don't know why there should be two separate app to do the shopping in single store 🤔

Works. Have not experienced any issues. Would be nice with some API for accessibility of the items I shop at Netto, at least an overview, that I can configure to view how many of each item I have bought in a month or yearly. This would make it possible for me to consider my shopping habits, healthy or not. Thanks for shorting the queue at my local Netto.

The concept is nice. However the entire point is lost, when the app constantly fails to initiate payment because it can't determine which shop you are in, and tells you to "try moving closer to the scan&go area" - despite you, literally, having your phone right next to the scanner with WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and Location services active.

I really want it to work. it was so nice the first few times. then I experienced it by not letting me scan my code when leaving the store so i had to ask an assistant to let me out. this happened 4 times until I gave up in my local store. I have now tried it in another store a few times and it doesn't even let me pay, The code of error is, "make sure you have internet", "we are trying to find your store" and just spinning after paying"

Insane amounts of bugs. First time using scan and go I could not add a card unless i deleted my basket and hence I went to a cashier instead. That was actaully a good thing, as the app showed 100dkk to much. Second time using it, an item i previously deleted got automatically added back, makning me pay for it. Wanting to refund it, but I can't as the refund option does not allow me to use a camera. It is for the lack of a better word, criminal of Netto. The incompetence is staggering.

the app is full In danish and it doesn't have a feature to switch to English. useless people from a useless company. can't believe sailing group allow this kind of ignorance from the dev team.

The best thing about this app is that now I can keep an eye on the prices. Very often, the products are listed at e.g. 25 dkk (spot deal or similar); now I scan the product while shopping and can see it beeps in at e.g. 29 dkk. No more "accidental" prices on my account! For that reason, I can recommend 👌.

It has been years and they still haven't found a way to not require MitID at almost every checkout. It's rarely faster to use the app if you have to navigate to the MitID app, wait for the request there, confirm your identity with biometrics, navigate back to the netto app, and then wait for confirmation in that. Please just let me use MobilePay or at least automatically open the MitID app when the payment requires 2FA

Happy to get some discounts! I usually use e-tilbudsavis for bargain hunting and i like that in my shopping list there i can click on the item and pop over to the weekly ad. I wish Netto+ had the same feature. Then it'd be 5-stars. I'll continue using Netto+ to check up on any personal offers i get, since they are not found in the weekly ad.

Tried using it twice. First time I couldn't go pass nemid verification. Second time it took 3 tries to finally go past the nemid verification. When I finally thought I was set, it asked me to input a card, which was odd since I already had a card and I could see it. The user interface is garbage an not intuitive in the slightest. I stared at the screen a good 2 minutes to figure out how the hell to use the card I already had until I pressed 3 tiny dots as a last resort which didnt even seem like it was supposed to be a button. When all that mumbo jumbo was done, and I finally pressed the check out button, a thing started loading, telling me to have patience as they are trying to figure out which netto Im at. After seeing that circle spin for 2 more minutes I just lost it. I've seen bad ui/ux but this tops it off. How hard would it have been to just put a goddamn qr code in the shop to scan for location instead of waiting to be identified?? And my location services were on on the highest setting, mind you Not to mention that I was excited since the intro screen was in english. But then still in english it asked me to chose a language, and out of the 3 present ones, none was english. The only english bits are the intro screen that you literally see once after you install the app and the "please have patience" message when it tries in avail to get your location.

Quite a few features like the profile button and the personal discounts stop working if the app has been dormant for some time. I have to close the app fully to get them to work again. Also, the member barcode is one of the main attractions of the app but isn't directly accessible from the home screen. I strongly encourage this to be changed. Take away the receipts if you will - I don't need emidiate access to those.

As with the scan and go app, the checkout feature is kind of a 50/50 gamble on whether or not it'll work. Even with a good phone I just feel anxious every time I go through the payment process. The app looks nice and is quite useful for just browsing, but I ain't budging from my 1-star review until I no longer feel anxious when paying.

The QR code after payment never works with the scanner. It used to work until a few months ago. I am using the latest version of the Netto+ application and I haven't changed my phone either. Don't know if this issue is phone specific because I can see other people being able to scan the QR code without problems. I have a Pixel 9 Pro running the latest version of Android. I have also ensured the brightness is at maximum to help the scanner read the QR code better but to no avail.

Buggy bloatware. I just want the scan and go functionality but have to pay the time cost of loading the latest offerings and switching to Pay&Go screen. The app can lock into unresponsive mode when something fails: e.g. wrong scan result, aborting resolving a wrong scan result because it takes too long and freezes up the entire flow, etc. and then requires restarting the app.

They should ask coop about how an app should work. Useless. When to check out, it asks for my card even though it is registered. Still, when i choose it again, nothing happens, it goes back to previous screen. I don t know if the offers activate when you use google pay, i have a strong feeling that they don't. I mean, who s responsible for this department???

Nice idea but apparently support had stopped. 1. People use stuff like Google pay. Developers forgot about that and the link between card and customer is lost 2. Recently the app stopped working. I could not press anything on my screen. I had the app open and it only partially responded. It's extremely annoying. When you roll out stuff like this you need to keep it operational. This makes for a negative customer experience, even when in a nice store.
