Netwerk24 – Alles op een plek!

Recently almost completely unusable on my tablet. Everything loads painfully slowly and the app crashes constantly while I'm reading. This is specifically a problem with Rapport - I now just read the newspaper on my computer instead.

Sluggish when there are multiple photos on an article. Impossible to scroll past (not tapping at all) a shein ad without it opening in my browser. Enlarging photos is basically a useless feature.

The app keeps moving to a different article when you try to scroll down to read more. When you go back it takes ages to reload, just for the same thing to happen when you try scrolling down again.

The app slows down to the point of unuseability when loading ads (and there are lots of them). It makes the app very frustrating to use. This is after paying a monthly subscription fee.

You need to respect your clients and stop these moving ads when people are trying to read. It's distracting and looks really bad. you are the only news outlet that does this. Bad. I do not recommend it.

App stopped working again. Newspapers don't load. And the app still shows publications that have been discontinued for more than a year. Rather put them into an archive. Really irritating especially since I pay a subscription. If Media24 regard themselves as the top media house in the country, this app is really a bad reflection on them.

Used 'report a fault' a few times. Had to uninstall the app and reload several times. Then it works for a few days and then it is back to square 1! I use 2 telephone nrs. from the very beginning and is a regular subscriber. I really am getting fedup and consider ending my subscription and rather subscribe to DM.

No screen shots. Need to log in again and again - gaan veroorsaak dat ek my betaling staak, hoe stop mens die betaling?

The app repeatedly demands the login details... then informs me that I have repeatedly signed in and that I should sign out before trying again.... is that logic advice? Where do I sign out when I am not signed in? I uninstalled and re installed... no improvement. Please fix this issue. NETWERK24 is annoying paying subscribers with this issue.

It is virtually impossible to scroll down in an article without accidentally swiping a little to the the left or right, which takes you to another article. This has been an issue with especially Huisgenoot articles in the past, but seems to now have spilled over to all articles. Please fix the issue asap as it is distracting from the user experience.

I am now forced to use this app due to mySubs end of life. I only read magazines and it is not a pleasant experience on this app. Long way to get to mags and then you can't read anything if you don't have internet access. When reading it can't access full screen any longer and to page to the next page once zoomed in doesn't work. Either reduce it to original size or tap at the top part. The worst part is that it doesn't remember where you last read always goes back to page1. Needs to be better

Pathetic replacement for MySubs, which was great. Have given up trying to read today's newspaper, the moment I enlarge an article, it scrambles the page, overlaying articles, frustrating doesn't start to describe the experience. The beauty of MySubs was that I could save my magazines and read when away from WiFi, now you need to be online and that means using expensive mobile data. Everyone I know who subscribes to Netwerk24 has similar complaints!

Had this app. Tried to use it, but it was nowhere close to other news apps. Removed it when I discovered MySubs. It works so much better for me to download the newspaper and reading it during the day whether I have internet access or not. This app does not offer this functionality, so how is it supposed to be the replacement for MySubs? Not impressed.

I've been a subsciber for more than two years. My monthly fee is oaid via debit order. Now suddenly I am blocked and told to register as if I am a new client. The app gives me no option to log in with my email address and existing password. Most frustrating!!!!

If I could give this a zero rating I would. The worst app EVER. You cannot download magazines or newspapers meaning you cannot read anything offline when you are on an aeroplane or an area without signal. You lose your last page when you close the app. So many more negatives. ZERO POSITIVES FOR THIS APP.

App keeps on crashing after upgrade to Android 12. Cleared cache and reinstalled several times already. Also cannot enlarge or rotate pictures in the new app. Looking forward to improvements to address these issues soon. Such frustrations may be acceptable for a free app but not when paying a substantial subscription fee and having to put up with so many ads. .

it's 2025 !!, how is it this App still does not have a dark mode setting? This App has a 2.8 rating!? From reading other comments it's pretty clear little Netwerk 24 is not really interested in providing their readers with a quality product especially with their move to fully digitalise all their publications.

This app is absolutely frustrating. Can just repeat what previous reviewers said. Takes time to get into focus. Does not keep your page - have to go through all the previous pages again. etc, etc. My subs was much more user friendly. Also thinking of cancelling my subscription as it is not worth the frustration.

The new "read later" function is horrible. Have to select pages to download, doesn't seem to function properly. Normal reading also a pain as zooming in on a part of the pages lags depending on your current signal strength. Mysubs had it's issues, but this way worse

Works well when all is well, but once you experience problems, there is no support available. The call line has no call back and 'high call volume' leaves you stranded until all airtime are depleted. The layout doesn't make it easy to log out as suggested, will see if email feedback exists
