App has always been my preferred way with New Era. however, recently I'm running into really weird problems. under MLB "teams" list, I can select any team EXCEPT the Oriole's, which is one of only 2 MLB teams I purchase for anyways. also, if an item sits on a certain portion of my screen, tapping it will do nothing. getting annoying enough for me to resort back to the website temporarily.

Gave me a 20% off coupon, but then I lose my free shipping 🙄 had a 10% off coupon that kept free shipping and was $1 more then the 20% off. Outside of that the app should have a lot more filter options. I should be able to search by City, then sort by size, and new to old. That way I can see all my teams at once, in my size, and from newest to oldest cause obviously I'm here for a new hat.

it's okay it's not bad they got plenty of sneakers it's very simple very easy to order stuff off the website from the app but it sucks they don't really have like many different types of shoes for wide feet

This app works horribly. From adding items,to removing items from your cart, and even changing item quantity. Nothing works correctly it takes forever to refresh if it chooses to do so at all for many things. I've tried everything it's been like this since recently reinstalling it. l will use the website I'm installing this.

Great app, great product, the hats beautiful quality and same goes with the shirts, only 2 things, 1 shipping does take some time usually 9 days for normal shipping and even when I pay extra for a 2-4 day shipping it gets shipped at the last hour of the forth day so its kinda annoying, but doesn't take away from the quality, and the secknd thing when I add or take products away from the cart "or bag" it does take some time or doesnt take it out, so be careful if you buy a couple products.

the app was great until the last update!!! I can't buy anything because no matter how many times I try do delete an item from cart the app just thinks but leaves the delete and or purchased items in my cart. please fix!!!!!!

Paid for expedited shipping 2-3 days got in 7. not going to complain bad on that because of the weather everyone was going to too. But just be aware. The REAL issue is I was sent the incorrect TEAM and Size on a hat that I was getting for my husband. 1 I had to email them twice to get a response soon. and then the response was I had to send it back the said hat, it would take 2 days to PROCESS then ANOTHER 3-5 DAYS TO GET A REFUND. to "fix" their mistake. then of course probably another week

this app is so bad, it constantly glitches, no way to save your hats that you like, constantly freezes. this app needs a huge update,debating on deleting the app because of how bad it is

app keeps crashing when I go to look for any collection and try to scroll or do the filters and scroll it freezes then crashes.

The app is worthless. It asks you to put a phone number & doesn't even give you a space to put it. Have fun getting no sales!

I've been buying and ordering New Era hats since I was a child, I am now 53. Even with the soaring prices I've continued to only purchase this brand. With that said, I am getting sick and tired of the delivery dates being days to weeks off. You took payment on time and I pay for the delivery and that includes the date specified. The sad part is after reading reviews, it seems as if this is a normal for New Era. Its is your responsibility even if FedEx don't get the job done in a timely manner.

3 outta 4 of my hat orders got to me without a problem in like, 5 business days. One of my orders never updated my shipping info, whether it left New Era or not, where it was at, if it was delivered... I had to call and figure out that it was delivered to my very old neighbor. I dunno if it's Fed EX or New Era. Since it was the New Era app that never updated the necessary info needed to track the package, I'm just putting this out there for whomever might find it useful. Not nearly as informative as the website. Can't find nearly as many selections on the app. It constantly freezes and/or crashes. Has a wishlist option on the app, but for some odd reason, it does not have it on the website. So basically, neither of them match up with each other information wise. The filter option on the app is non-existent compared to the website.

I've ordered two hats in the past month that I paid $15 for express shipping. I didn't get the first hat until after 2 weeks of ordering it. I just ordered the other hat on January 16th and found out it was just shipped yesterday and has an estimated arrival date of January 25th; 9 days after my order and paying $15 for what is supposed to be express shipping. Worst part, I've contacted customer service at least a dozen times, but haven't received a direct response back, NOTHING. Worthless!!!!!

This app has the worst customer service. You don't get the hats in 3 to 4 days, and they send hats that are made poorly and expensive for the quality. To make returns, you have to mail it back, and it takes about a month for you to get a refund, no customer service phone number, this app is more of a scam and I haven't received my refund still after sending back the poor quality hats I shipped them back on 12/28/2024. This app scam don't buy from this app

So many glitches with this app. Once I reach the $100 free reward mark, reward items just keep increasing in my cart and there is no way to stop this. So after 30 seconds I have 50 hat brushes and visor curves and the price of the items in my car is thousands of dollars. This app is horrible. The only way to use the 20% coupon is through the app so it makes sense that they would allow the app to be so horrible. I would give this zero stars if I could.
