I used to be able to read the paper on my I pad, which I did for years. Now, the only way I can read the newspaper is on my phone. Since I updated my subscription, I haven't had but problems. I have talked to 2 different people who said they fixed my problem.....but didnt. I get 3 other newspapers and dont have the problems I have with the Journal. Something changed ...and its NOT GOOD.

The original app in the Newspaper format was easy to access & locate the sections of the paper!!! I will be canceling my subscription because of this format!!! You couldn't leave well enough alone could you???

The previous version of the News-Journal-Daytona-Beach was much easier to navigate. I've been an online user subscriber since the first official offering. This version is a huge disappointment and step backwards.

Indices are a confusing mess. No comics. Screen does not rotate (portrait) only. Articles duplicate in many sections.

Beware. Easy to sign up. Super difficult to cancel this subscription. It should be easier to do within the app. Then you have to attempt to call or chat and good luck with that. It takes too much time.

Love News Journal app, so far, so good. Now I can stay up to date on the Daytona area news, sports and events. Thanks!

The app keeps closing without warning. When I reopen it, it will reopen on the last page I was on. Not happy.

Ridiculous price for junky news. They make it nearly impossible to cancel the unwanted subscription. Don't fall for it.

User support is non-existent. I pay for a subscription and cannot access the newspaper. No phone # or email address to contact (left blank on help menu).

Not much actual news. Not much interesting. Way too many sports and political articles. Pretty worthless for me.

This news service is so off base it does not reflect the views of the vast majority of its own local Daytona metro readership. That is unforgivable. In a widely unpopular (politically correct) move this news service cancelled its popular "mugshots" tab that kept local readers apprised of who got arrested and is in jail. ( very useful information to the community for a whole host of reasons). Shame on Daytona News Journal for irs disgraceful/radical leftist, anti-American stands and censorship.

Wouldn't let me choose the physical paper mail delivery option.
