News Pass: Breaking Local News

For now, I'm rating this news app 5 stars. If things change, I will update my change of opinion. Hopefully, this news app stays the same even after updates, because news apps are known to change for the worse after updates. I like the news stories about the U. S. that come from other countries. They show how other countries view this country and the political side shows that are going on now. That's interesting to me. I hope this app continues as it is.

News Pass is ok. Right now, there's just way too many ads, too many to enjoy the app. There needs to be a paid version for all the ads, then this would really be a great app. Continue working on ideas for the ads....

The default settings make the ads take over your screen like malware. Here in New York state anything that takes over your phone so that you can't dial out in an emergency is illegal. I'm not interested in messing with settings to get rid of this. There sre other apps where this is not the default. I'll use those.

I really like this app. The way the algorithms pick up on what I like to read. Many articles about the story. The misspellings drive me crazy, but, I make do. Thanks, News.

Ads make the app unusable. 8vdont mind inline subtle ads but full screen ads that take over, no thanks. I may a little to remove ads given the option.

Every time I try to use this phone to download or look at an app it will not allow me to and not only that it takes 20 minutes sometimes for I can see what people are sending me Verizon sucks

No good. Too much Covid19 BS, too many apps and not enough local news. Same story is reported 20 times.

A whole bunch of notifications but a lot of local news so it's all good!

"Local" is misleading: News from cities with same name but DIFFERENT STATES are listed in newsfeed - despite location authorization!

Google Play won't give me News Pass app. It keeps saying pending. How much longer is it going to take to give me this app?

I find it very easy to do what is needed with this, news app.

Great App whish there was a ad free ap I could pay for.

Breaking news always gives current news.This is lovable to me there are many old news in news channel.But breaking news gives us Instant news.

Always gives news of unimportance from across the nation. Local news seem to be fillers.

News has become a show not really any news they all got to enhance the subject beyond reality, ( we need a real news time raw &truthful not whitewashed mealy mouthed babble !!
