Very poor integration with PayPal, which I normally access via fingerprint. Unfortunately Next make you sign in, which is fine, but it won't recognise the correct password and neither will it allow autofill. Such a pain shopping with Next compared to other retailers due to not only PayPal issues but the lack of order history if you wish to purchase the same item again.

Broken for a while. Trouble loading search results beyond a certain number. "Favourites" page doesn't seem to work at all. It tells me I have 28/150 favourites, but doesn't actually show them to me. Constantly being logged out. This isn't a banking app, I'm fine with staying logged in. If you need a QA, I'm available, as this doesn't seem to have been tested well, if at all.

Love the app in general, the only thing that I hate is that many items are unavailable for my country, however they are suggested in "You may also like"/"Customers also bought" sections. I get an "Item failed to load" error every time. I would expect to see only things that can be ordered (or to let me order these items anyway). I hope that this will be fixed soon.

Too many flaws to use. The filters could do with more options, and I can no longer go into the individual items to look at pictures and view product details. This was previously a decent app, but not being able to view individual products makes it almost useless for shopping. I only say 'almost' as the option remains to choose sizes and add to basket from the search results themselves, so technically can buy things, but the user experience is now poor. Hopefully just a bug which can be fixed.

UPDATE! It's worse now! I can't add anything to my favourites, all that I had in there has gone! just tried to add 2 items....its shows they are there by the counter but no pictures are there at all! I've also sent an email about my complaint to the below address you answered me on and still waiting for a reply 1onth later! Not a good app at all... Very disappointing

As described below, the app simply doesn't work properly anymore. I love shopping at Next and shop all the time but the app doesn't allow me to see anything beyond the first 40 or so results. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared caches etc and it simply doesn't work. No other shopping app I have has these problems. This has been a problem for quite a while now with no signs of improvement. Really poor from a great shop.

I regularly use this app, but recently during sales, when I choose a category of clothing to show, no matter how many pieces are listed( you say 500) it shows about 50 - 60 of them, and doesn't load the rest, and there is no next page. It used to be infinite scrolling ( load more when you scroll down). I've updated the app, ckeated the cadh and data, and none of them helped. If you don't fix this issue, you won't sell on sales. Many customers don't see the sale items to buy them.

This feedback is more for Next business than the app. Placed my 1st order last month, followed the size guide but got dresses that were 2 sizes bigger. Happens. Support advised to return & apply for refund. I'm not looking for refund but keen to buy the items of right size. But... 1. Next doesn't offer exchanges. 2. Next will deduct 20 aed in my refund to process the return. Why penalize me for your failure to provide exchange option, which is a standard e-commerce feature?

This app is so frustrating as it works for a while then all your wish list items disappear ,just logged in & yet again my items have disappeared , come on sort this out this is the third time this has happened & customer support didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.

All of my favourited items have disappeared. Nothing is stored in my wish list. I went back to as many items I could remember to heart them again, but when I closed the app, they vanished. This is inconvenient for me, may you please try to resolve?

Favourites don't work anymore they just vanish. It's incredibly frustrating. Even though Im logged in ,if I close the app they disappear. Filters can be very difficult, sometimes they just don't work.

It doesn't work properly. You can only view item details by adding them to your basket, going to your basket and then viewing them from there. Awful app Edit after update: same issue not fixed and now filter and sort don't work properly. It shows out of stock items as available as well.

It shows you the wrong sizes when you select a certain size using the filter. ie, I choose large and some items only have small showing. Also it shows the sizes as been available but when you go to add it to the basket it says "out of stock". very frustrating

The NEXT app is so unreliable it's ridiculous! The most recent overhaul made deleting favourites easier but since deactivating favourites for the sale none of mine have been reinstated yet. There is also no share function so you can't send items to others to buy. NEXT is one of the UK's biggest retailers - they need to do better!

when the next vip sale started their previews i favourited a bunch of things. when you could finally buy, the app cleared all my favourites. you cant expand any pictures on clearance anymore. there's no proper description of the item in clearance either. when you filter items or sort them in clearance sometimes a bunch of things dont show up that you know should. edit: the whole reason I favourited those items in the sale was so I could quickly buy them before they go out of stock.

awful app, can't sign in, also when trying to place items in your basket you get error messages, when trying to pay bills there's issues, it's been like this for months and they know it. I guess it makes John Lewis money when I can't shop on next, because their app and website works as it should!

Nothing works well.....Nothing loads when you filter items by colour, size etc and my favourites constantly disappear or they just won't load, the app also gets stuck or says "no items found" when you search for some items like for me it was girls socks. The app always used to work really well, not too sure what's happened.

next app used to be really good. but for some time now it's not working properly. I need to put items in the basket to view them especially the sale items, also when I filter a size I want to see it says there's 8000 and above but stops showing any after about 100. very disappointed ☹️

With the latest updates, the app lost all my saved items and I cannot save new ones (they are not visible). Also the items in my cart are all lost too. Makes me not want to use it anymore - cant even track when things come back in stock...very disappointing

Next still hasn't introduced a "bodyfit" filter for "core range" so I waste a bunch of time trawling through all the specialist maternity, petite, curve, tall fits etc when none of these apply to me. Come on Next! Sort it out for the rest of us!!
